Horrible service.!! Dropped off prescription 12:00 they told me 45 minutes and 1.5 hours later I come back for it and they don’t even have me in the system. This is the second time this happens…… in a roll 😮

HORRIBLE People!!!!! The Pharmacy told me my medication will be ready AFTER 5:40pm. They did not tell me that they closed at 6pm. It took me 40 minutes to get there because of traffic 🚦. I NEEDED the meds in order to go to work. I had to come back the next day for medication I needed the SAME DAY!

Found everything I needed and more lol! Maybe could of had a better selection on diapers as far as box sizes go

WORST experience, WORST customer service EVER.The staff couldn’t be bother to provide simple helpful task such as price checks at the counter.The staff present Margie and Wes were rude and unwelcoming. Margie in particular was complaining and commenting on how me and my sister had spent “too much time” at their store as well as deny voiding transactions or complaint about the multiple transactions(2) when the voided transaction was caused by the employee.Long story short... avoid this store at all cost.

They closed the store 15mins early. Closing the door right in front of our faces. Unacceptable.

I normally like CVS but this store seems kind of run down on the outside and dirty on the inside. It was neatly stocked though even when I visited in the evening on a weekend. So I guess its OK but CVS can and should do much better.

Customer service is here was bad, I asked two different women for help with something. One was stocking and couldn’t even look up from her work to direct me and the other was the cashier sighing and being impatient because we had lotto tickets to turn in and stuff to buy (we were the only customers in line)

Today I called to refill two medicines and they told me there was no problem that I would pick up my medicine in 2 hours and so on. I did it when I picked up the medicine they gave me only one. K was to talk to the person k was at the other window and I was greeted by a woman in a very bad mood telling me something in English that I did not understand and I said I do not speak English and he continued speaking in English. I told the first person that he had helped me at the beginning so that person would help me. Speak Spanish. And if he came to help me.The other dark person. It was rough, she had gone to speak to her partner, she spoke Spanish and thats it. To help me
