Wow! They can accomplish the impossible. I had to have 4 Tenants Served with Eviction documents and they are very difficult to get a hold of. There is an Outer layer of fencing that doesnt allow anyone to get to the front door. Making the service very difficult. Dom and Joshua are an excellent team and they know how to get the job Done. Dom is extremely responsive. I only had one conversation with him. The rest was all done over email. I would defiantly use these guys again.
Great service! This firm was very efficient and professional. They were very patient and helpful with all my questions and even provided me with updates to keep me informed every step of the way. I will definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to all I know.
We were very happy with the professional service provided. They were able to expidite our request for process service. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again.Selina- Auburn Legal Document Assistance

No issue, No problems, quick and reasonable. I see myself definately using them in the future.
Do NOT hire them to assist you with filling out and filing your unlawful detainer (eviction) forms. Line item # 19 on Form UD-100 has a place to indicate whether you DID or DID NOT pay an unlawful detainer assistant to give advice OR assistance with this form. It then asks for their name, address, telephone #, registration #, county of registration, and expiration of the registration. I was planning on doing these forms myself but realized I did not know enough to be confident that I would fill out the paperwork properly and I did not want to delay the eviction any longer than necessary. I told them that I needed assistance with the forms and filing of the paperwork and decided to contact them. They advised me that they were not attorneys but that they could assist with filling out the forms and filing them for me. When they sent the forms form me to sign they checked of the DID NOT instead of DID box indicating that I DID NOT pay them for their assistance. When I called about it they said that is only to be checked IF I used an Unlawful Detainer Assistant. I said that I thought that was what I was doing. They said Unlawful Detainer Assistants are registered with the county and are licensed, bonded and insured. Again, that is what I want. I told them that was the whole reason I called them and paid them. If they are not that then I wanted a refund and I would find someone that IS. They said we already filled out the papers. I then told them that they have not been filed yet and that I was not going to sign the forms and send them back to them. I asked again for a refund. Someone else called back later and said he could give me $40 refund since they have not taken the forms to the county to be filed but the rest of the charge would stand because they filled out the papers already. I then looked over the rest of the fields that they filled out and noticed they entered in an incorrect date of expiration for the 3 day pay or quit notice. If I would have continued with this company and had them file the paperwork, it would have delayed the whole process as it would have been kicked rejected. Which is the whole reason I wanted to hire an assistant in the first place: TO GET IT RIGHT SO IT WOULDNT BE REJECTED. I have not hired another company that filled out the paperwork CORRECTLY, is Registered with the County and is Licensed, bonded and insured. They are great and actually do MORE for you at less cost. Check them out. The are called The Eviction Center in Hemet, CA. Debbie is amazing and I would be lost without her.
Excellent service, quick, and reasonable fees. Highly recommend.
