I dont understand the poor reviews for full-serve. I am utterly baffled by the complaints in some of these reviews.If you want pay someone to do it for you, full-serve it is. You walk in and check in into a kiosk and wait your turn, similar to that of a walk-in clinic or any other no-appointment-needed walk-in service. There are variables in play that determine how long it will take for you to be served. these include, and are not limited to short line, short wait; long line, long wait; a prepared customer that knows what they want, short wait; an unprepared customer, long wait; veteran employee, short wait, new employee, be kind and patient with them; full staff, short wait; short staff, long wait. There are many more but Im not going to spend a lifetime stating them all. Id figure its mostly common sense.If youre there for something simple and dont want to wait, such as making typical copies or printing an email, you can go to self-serve, providing the machines are in working order(just think of how many prints these machines have done), and do it yourself. Instructions are provided to make a quick and simple transaction.If you want to skip the lines all together and just pick up your prints/merchandise, I suggest placing an order online. Request your pick up time if possible or wait for the time stated. Some items can even be scheduled to be delivered for your convenience.The prices are competitive. The staff is helpful and will point you in the right direction, call on a Spanish speaking worker or refer you to another employee who specializes or has more knowledge about your question.I have worked in the service sector for almost 30 years and know how hard these positions can be. Id like to give thanks to all the staff (yes, even the ones that didnt serve my family) at the Moreno Valley location for the services they provide. I would also like to give extra thanks to Santana for her service in February. This receptive manager turned a difficult time of mourning into the celebration of life that it was meant to be. Your drive for excellence and eye for detail produced the most beautiful obituary. We had so many attendees, as well as messages from those who received them but could not attend, comment on how extraordinary your work is. We cant thank you enough. God bless you.

Came in to get gloss paper copy. Standing in line for 10min the associates completely ignored me two other customers were helped before me. Waste of my time. Work on acknowledging customers as they are coming in for help. Will not come here!

Just came for a quick FedEx drop off, huge mistake. wait time is ridiculous, do not recommend if your looking into getting something done quick.

Black guy in printing works slow.. held up the line took almost a hour to help 4 people with small needs..dnt come here.like i know they pay you by the hour but hurry up

Their full service is horrible. Ridiculous the wait time. They are super slow even when they see there’s a lot of people waiting. If you decide to pay for full service they should give you a good quality service. If you decide to pay more for a copy at full service you should get a good service. They don’t care about people waiting a long time. My wait time for printing an email was 54 minutes.

I been waiting for 30 mins for customer service and management never came up front after being notified. I dont understand why 30mins!

Ever since they switched over to “virtual check in” these employees take FOREVER to call you up. I checked in, the wait time was 6 minutes and there were only two people there before me. I waited over 28mins for them to call me up. Never coming here again!

This store just wasted so much of my time. This store is not the place to go. Low quality customer service, poor out dated full service department. The new virtual line text message gives you 1 min to show up after texting before sending another text saying your spot has been given to someone else! waiting almost an hour now and no one looks at me or acknowledges me to day I see you and will be with you shortly. The customer service associates just walk right by and if I ask for more back up for the dept they give an excuse and walk away doing nothing. Thanks to the not helpful associates behind the desk on Tuesday March 2nd at 2:00-2:40. This wait time is ridiculous. To be fair, the manager Holly helped me, I had to call the store and ask for a manager and she accommodated me.

They will take your money for an item they dont have in stock and not tell you until 2 months later. They dont even give you interest back. Forget brick and mortar stores anymore. I keep giving these places a chance and they continue to let me down. Dont waste your time

A hot mess. When you walk in everyone who works there looks at you lost, hoping you dont ask them anything. I had to eventually interrupt employees chatting while I was standing in line forever. Store is dirty and unorganized.

None of their quick print machines have been serviced. No toner, no paper and they dont care, and theres a line with more people than in the whole store waiting for printing service. Slow. Average wait is about 30-40mins for 60¢ worth of prints. I actively avoid coming here.

This one woman at the store picked up my baby and dropped kicked it across the store and started renegading. Bad service!

Not that great store needs to be cleaned..hardly pleasant and noticeable. Ink for printers and or cartridges are locked in a total section...you have to ask for the exact one without browsing for yourself. Staff friendly enough but obviously a store that needs to hire a loss prevention staff or in house security...as of right now the way they are trying to solve the problem isnt working and leaves the customer with the thought of not going back there for sure.

The line at the print and copy can be long sometimes but the staff are good friendly and go above and beyond their job scope to help me out. I come here a lot and have never had any issues with the staff. Always very helpful.

I do not recommend this place for ring binder placement. I brought in two brand new books for ring binders and when I picked up the books, there were pages missing and some pages were not included inside the binder. The employee who did the binder did not know what she was doing. I called the manager and she stated that it was the type of paper that the books have. I am not satisfied with their quality of service.

Management is something else in the evenings.

The people have been very polite but are Nit trained. I will never use his place again. They we’re unable to print basic obituary booklets it took two days to have my things printed and the staples crocked and the paper was wrong the staff did not know how to print the documents. I used another popular printing company that had the same prints done within hours and the quality was better for the exact same same booklets. This is upsetting.

I needed to print out obituaries and they were very helpful in assisting me with small changes that made a world of difference. Thanks to the gentleman that assisted me, his customer service was awesome.

Walked in, fourth store in line.We were tired of shopping for a desk and chair.We were met by desmond who went above and beyond in the level of service we were provided.I run a service company and this dude did it all right!Definitely made our experience excellent

A bit understaffed and also I needed a common adapter for a presentation and they didnt carry it. I just knew they would have it. However the staff is very helpful and friendly.

There’s only one cashier working and answer questions for an entire store full of people on several different occasions, make sure if you go know what you need and it might save you alittle but if time because they are absolutely no help. Very poor customer service in this store

I went to print a large format draft. The width was 42 inches by 20 inches. The first answer I got: Not possible. Our paper is only 36 wide. I bestowed on them the wisdom of flipping it on vertical. Grudgingly they did the job....This is your typical Is it 5 Oclock crew, waiting for an excuse not to do the job... Wont go there again.

The only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because usually the customer service here is great. But today, 1/30, I literally waited almost 40 minutes just to print two documents. The cashiers were both inexperienced and had no idea what they were doing. Usually the cashiers know how to multitask but since today, the cashiers were inexperienced, a long line of people had to suffer and wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Very inconsiderate considering the fact that some people are in a rush and don’t have 30+ minutes to spend in Office Depot.

Walked in, sadly wasnt greeted. Wasnt asked if i needed any help rather i had to ask. The person whom assisted me was sarcastic, but hey like the sense of humor. Did have to wait for checkout quite a bit of customers one cashier. The cashier did ask for backup 4times then i was helped

I always had large volume printing done at Office Depot and never had any problems. Personnel have been very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store.

Wait 1 hour in order to ship. Waste another hour and not ship any thing due to the employees is not familiar with the new system:..... and the printer is not working .. not able to print out the label ........... :(

Easily found the items I was looking for. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

They get everything done efficiently. I can only speak for the copy center I dont have much experience dealing with them in the other departments. The only con is that I think they read what you go to get printed. Im not really a fan of that . But until I can get a new printer not much I can do . The new group is a whole lot nicer that the older white lady that used to work there are was rude as heck.

Office Depot has a bad service and their products are really bad I bought black & color ink when I open the product and install into my printer my computer said those cartridge are counterfeit or are depleted was no ink, I comeback to the store let it know the employees & management they said is not warranty for the ink cartridges so I lost almost $90.00 dollars so be careful.

This office Depot is always busy in their print and copy area, but I usually dont mind waiting, because they are able to get the work done that I need done in a relatively short period of time. Shameka is always on top of the game, and she will make whatever you need to happen, happen.

If your in a hurry go to redlands this store staffs 2 people in the printing section even at peak times redlands staffs 4 sometimes 5 people everytime I visit the printing section the manager at Moreno valley is on the save payroll plan no matter how many customers have to wait

The printing shop is the worst I have seen. It took over 5 hours to print 8 pages. They usually only have 1 person working at the print station.

Told cashier to void my order. Had to back track my steps, to show him the sales price on every item, as computer did not recognize. After the third item I was done. They lost out on a huge order, as I am an educator!

Dont bring your laptop here for cleaning they charge 200$ for cleaning more than the laptops worth!! And yet they insisted there would be no more problems yet later it happened again and another $130 unbelievable!

The line is always long and the employees always seem distracted with other things than taking care of the customer in front of them. Bad service I have talked to manager before but it didnt make a difference.

The cashier, guy, at the ink counter was very rude. He chosed my ink, which is ridiculously secured, and told me to go to the next register, then apparently went to clock out. No explanations. Exhausting waiting in line.

I go there mostly for tech services. Courteous and helpful.

They had folders for 15 cent but when I got to the cashier, I was told I could only buy 10 at the price and had to pay 89 cent for anything over the 10. There was no sign indicating this before I went to the register.
