SCAM PLACE! Stopped in to change ownership of a vehicle with a lost pink slip, but all the necessary paperwork. I was sent away with 2 needed forms and was charged $2.00. Returned the next day with all my paperwork filled out and was told I needed to pay $500+ $75 fee and that the DMV was charging all kinds of late fees. Went to the DMV and paid $250 with 0 late fees. WATCH OUT!

WORST PLACE TO GO. They don’t do their job the well at all and will keep you waiting a long time. They don’t care about the customers and they had me wait more than 2 weeks for license plates and had me back and forth. Made excuses every time. Don’t recommend coming here at all it will just be a waste of your money and time.

Came here to get my car registered. Not only was there a lack of miscommunication in regards to what they were charging. They told me they miscalculated the full charge, like how are you going to miscalculate how much i owe and what you guys are charging me? Anyways took too long I might as well should have gone to the DMV. Not worth it. But I do appreciate how nice they were. Also, they were supposed to give me a refund for overcharging but didnt even acknowledge it until I came back to claim my refund.

Ive always had great customer service here. They treat me like I am family there. Ive done my taxes with them since Ive had my first job which was back in 2015. Ever since Ive never went anywhere else to do my taxes. Thank you for your service Elizabeth.

I was able to register my car get insurance and tags. And they also do taxes too

I like going here because I dont have to deal with the DMV and the people around. I am germaphobe and their services are convenient for a person like me who doesnt like to deal with crowds. They are nice and I like how you are in and out. I normally call ahead of time to make sure there is not to many people cause its a small business.

Unorganized, my father brought his smog check here so he can get his tags up to date. They lost it and he never received his tags. My father got a ticket for not having his tags updated and Y&Y are saying they never had it. Even thought my dad payed for everything and is telling them exactly who he did all the paper work with.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is the definition of poor customer service. I understand when dealing with the public, people have their off days but what I experienced here was beyond horrific. From witnessing the workers illegally foraging signatures in order get the job done, literally was mind blowing! Please save your time and money and go to the DMV directly! I would not TRUST or recommend this shady business to anyone.

This place is unorganized I called let them know what I need they gave me a price, I show up the next day during business hours and they are closed . I return later and let them know what I need and then they come out with a completely different price and a day wait period. They should really gather all there employees and explain all the fees for the different situations that there is. so I came to the dmv and got everything taken care of in 35 min. Saved me 65 dollars I would of spent there. Usually go to stop and go smog an registration but they were closed for the day... I highly recommend them they are on the right page . As for y and y I will not be sending any referrals to them you should go either

Do not do any paperwork here !! They charge and they start the process when they want! I filed a paperwork 3 weeks ago and they just took it to the DMV !!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE OFFICES AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE !!!!!
