One my favorite dollar tree store. I come here often usually when it just barely opens after dropping off my son at school down the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful, store is well organize and clean. Easy to find the things you need.

Went in to purchase picture frames..bought more than that. But the cashier charged me twice on an item and added the person behind mes item by mistake. When I went in to get a refund the cashier got the manager but lied and had her give me another receipt. Then when I complained they said they dont provide refunds. Im sticking to the 99cents store from now on. Not helpful and worse customer service ever.

I took my mother in we wanted to buy a few items and the staff were very friendly it was a great experience the store was very clean and well stocked and there were a few customers in there but everybody was having a great time

Everything is great we have a present for my niece.

This dollar tree is always clean and friendly staff. Usually always stocked well with arts and crafts. Love this place.

I went in the afternoon the employees were really nice and I love that they have lots of Valentines balloons💖💖

The employees are not friendly & have bad manners. I am 67 yrs young & I had alot of things I ended up buying. 3 of your associates passed me & didnt have the courtesy to ask if I needed help. I dropped 2 items & I let the associate on that isle, who was behind me, it fell & I let them know. I told her thank, for picking it up, and I didnt need it after all because I cant carry it, I have too much in my hands. She had no response. As I was being checked out at register I pulled down my masked so I could breathe better the cashier asked me to put it back on. I then asked her if they have tissue or mask. She said no but when I first walked into the store they offered a lady a mask when she forgot hers at home after completing my transaction I told the cashier the area that you depress #s at & a little counter top for customers needs to be wiped down. I pray I dont get sick. People get covid-19 because of not being clean. The baskets being used are not wiped down & customers are asked to bring the basket back into store but no one cleans it. I hope the next Dollar tree I visit will be a better experience. You can be poor but not dirty.🤔

Clean store always has what Im looking for always surprises me on my finds.

I went there today 8/28/2020 at 2:05pm in dollar Tree Perris Blvd Moreno Valley...And i had coupons for popsicle and hichew 4 coupons of each items and the manager wont allow me and said you can only.use one coupon and i said i always use 4 alike coupons in dollar tree iris ave because thats the maximum we can use in your coupon policy. And the manager said in sarcastic way not here And i said okey ill just do separate transactions and she said no separate transactions only one you can get, not to come back.with all other customers behind me.Wow so sarcastic you need to learn good manners and right conduct. So sad the owner of store couldnt get sales/ coupons are considered cash or money.So i reported her attitude to the Dollar tree corporate...I will not.come back to this place, i will stick in Dollar Tree Iris Ave.Moreno valley California.

Dollar tree almost always has what Im looking for. If they dont have an item, they usually get it in a week or two. I go to 3 different locations, and I find everything I need, and then some. ☺

Some staff members here are very rude. My mom asked one of the ladies a question in Spanish. The lady rudely responded with ENGLISH PLEASE! This made my mom feel uncomfortable and unwelcome until she found another employee. My mom is the nicest person in the world and does not deserve to be treated so rudely. I understand that in the U.S. the dominant language is English, and I know that not everyone is going to know Spanish, but there is a way to politely let someone know you dont speak the language, especially if you are on the clock! If your heart is bitter you should do something about it instead of trying to take others down to your sad level.

Tha cashier girl wasnt wearing the mask properly her nouse was exposed.

Price great. Usually good customer service. However location is not the greatest. I would have my kiddos on a tight leash. Not the cleanest store either.

Best time to go is in the morning when everything is stalking off the floor theres nobody really walking around picking things up so has the afternoon comes its a mess

Lines are usually long, cashiers are not always friendly. Customer service not a priority. Always have stuff in stock and very clean store. Youre welcome when you come in but if you need help they act as if youre bothering them.

Love the store but there is a lady worker thats super rude! Shes a older lady thats blonde and every time I go in there with my son she always says bad things about kids! And when i see other families with their kids i hear her talking s*** about them like kids always makes a mess when they are simply looking around. She always follows my son and make rude sounds when he just looking at toys. Then makes a comment like kids always makes a mess when my son isnt doing anything. I feel like i have to tell her before you assume my son made a mess it was already like this before i went into this isle. She is plain rude! It makes my shopping very uncomfortable that if i see her I Will just leave the store.

Pretty typical of a Dollar Tree. Yet theyre always busy, & almost always have a long line.

I never thought of this dollar tree as ghetto until today. Staff were cussing about their baby daddys publicly and one staff member was telling all the other employees to call off on her birthday. It was super unprofessional and I was appalled that the staff had the audacity to air out all of their business in front of customers. Not coming back.

Its the Dollar Tree. Everything is a dollar. They could improve the customer service with the long lines. Its frustrating when the line is long, and you see staff sitting and staring at their phones.

Shopped here numerous times because it was around the corner from the house. Its always a mess. Its like the workers NEVER organize the shelfs unless they stock that item.

Some of the workers arent to nice.

Well started out waiting in a long line and with one checker and in a few mins two more checkers came out to help very nice job I will continue to shop there .

Pretty big Dollar tree compared to most, when I went the aisles were a bit messy . But thats expected at the Dollar tree, they do have a good selection of items that Ive yet to find at other dollar trees
