Gilbert in Sales is great. I came in never having ridden a harley before but had multiple motorcycles. He got me on a test drive in no time and I was hooked. They have access to great roads that arent crowded and allows you to learn the bike without having to worry about traffic.

Great place for service. Had me in and out in a very timely manner Instead of having to wait 10 days for a new part, they had one that only had 1k miles on it. Got the factory warranty on it allowing me to only have to spend 1 night off the road instead of ten. I highly recommend the HOUSE OF THUNDER! Thank you!!!

THEY SAVED THE DAY !!!!!. Saturday July 3rd Corbin rally. near the end of the day I went to unlock the forks on my 2016 Road glide. The ignition when rotated shot upward and my forks would not unlock. I tried to put it back in after watching a YouTube video. I just messed things up. I called House of Thunder I explained the situation and they said they were open until 6 pm. The tow truck got to Corbin at 5 pm, got me to House of thunder by 540 pm. I went to the front desk and talked to the person I had spoke to on the phone. he sent a mechanic up front, he hopped on the tow truck and had it fixed and ready to go in less then one minute. I went back in to pay, they guy at the front desk said no charge have a great 4th of July. I had no way home and live two hours away. They saved the day / weekend and I am very grateful. Thank you so very much House of Thunder.

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. The process took over 4 weeks and still got a used bike with a bunch of problems. They said all of the maintenance was done and when they delivered it with the check engine light was on after having it for an additional 4 weeks to preform all of the necessary work. They didn’t do anything to it, it had an oil leak and they didn’t address any of the issues they said they would fix. When I called them regarding the check engine light they said it was because one of the auto decompression Solenoids was bad. I took it to a third part shop to have everything actually addressed and he informed me that the bike didn’t come with the auto decompression solenoids. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. Buyer beware when buying a used bike from them.

Antonio & Mike did an excellent job of making the buying experience relaxed and comfortable. They tracked down the exact model color combination I wanted and the transaction was seemless. They even provided their personal cell phone numbers should I have any questions or issues. Good guys, nice staff and welcoming dealership.

While on a 9,000 mile trip, I had a water pump let go on my Ultra. On that very day, the service manager himself came to Pinnacles National Park and picked me and the bike up for the hour drive to Morgan Hill, CA. It was late in the day and the nearest replacement part was in San Jose. The service manager was supposed to be off the next day but stated if I could get the part in San Jose the next morning he could get me on the road that day. Then, a text message next day to ensure there were no issues and another text two weeks later! Crazy good service and what and ambassador for House of Thunder Harley. Thank you John Scura!

I bought a 2010 Crossbones and the staff was excellent. Their prices are fair and when I go back in they remember me and make me feel like family. My Crossbones ended up having a warped rear disc and they took care of it quickly and for free and even picked her up and dropped her off.This is a great Harley Davidson Dealership. 5 Stars well earned

People were helpful, but low in stock of Harley-Davidson items. They are open on Mondays, thats a good thing.

I went to this dealership to look at motorcycles and was looking to maintain a certain price point. I was guaranteed that we could find a deal that was within my bounds. After about an hour, several soft hits to my credit and the dealers trying to push two items WAAAAY out of our price range, I tried to explain that I needed to go as I had some tasks to take care of at my work. The manager then proceeded to try to sweet-talk me into a deal that was in no way affordable for me. He and his salesman insisted that instead of looking at the bike I wanted, I should purchase a another one because the interest rate would be lower. They said that they could keep my payments the same and keep the cost down and I would walk out with a new vehicle as opposed to a used one. Upon inspecting the breakdown, it appeared that they thought I would not understand that they extended the life of the loan another 12 months (effectively keeping the payment around where I wanted it). In addition, they failed to mention that I would be paying 50% more than my original price and that two-thousand dollars of that would go to fees- thats right, just fees. In addition to all of this, the salesman took a great amount of my personal information and left it on his desk, out in the open, as he tended to other things. I understand and appreciate how business works. I know that a company must make a profit in order to stay operational. However, trying to trick the customer by distorting their perception is not a way to go about this. In no way does this reflect any emotion due to the fact that I could not find a deal appropriate for my budget. I understand my limitations and respect them. I simply feel that it is truly a shame that a company that claims to take care of our countrys service members would treat one this way. My reason behind writing this is that I, unlike House of Thunder Harley-Davidson, would like to take care of my fellow service members. Customers should be aware of their deceiving tactics and blatant lies. No one deserves to suffer at the hand of the deception of a greedy American company. Dont think they are greedy? I ran into some technical difficulties on my road trip from LA to SF.My bike just barely made it to the dealership off the highway. And luckily, I saw their sign from The 101, brought my bike over and was kindly greeted by a sales dude whose name I wish I caught.He introduced me to Theresa who genuinely wanted to help this stuck traveller out! She got me in touch with Harry in service and they were able to fix my issue on my Low Rider S under warranty!Without their friendliness and help, my travel plans would have been somewhat postponed. My bike has been in their shop for 2 weeks after purchase because it needed new brake pads. Are you telling me it takes more than 2 weeks to get brake pads?Sales process was fine, bit drawn out but smooth. But this BS of waiting over 2 weeks to have brake pads installed is ridiculous. I can tell you where Im not planning to take it for ANY future servicing.

I have been Driving Past Gilroy Harley Since 2013 of April. It seems they never the accessory i am looking for or part. My Advise Go To Livermore Harley Davidson Always friendly and everything is available. Its A shame 😔 I have end less funds to spend.

I had work done on my sportster at house of thunder. i got the price of everything and the time frame. they told me it would take a month which i was fine with. I never revived any updates over that month. it took them over a month longer then what they told me. every time i called to check in i was always told by a women that she didnt know anything about it and would have someone call me back. i never received a call back. after finally getting my bike back i noticed the next day that the didnt put the screw for the seat back on. i would never recommend them to anyone. i would say go the the Harley place in San Jose.

I recently bought a jacket for my hubi but it was a little bit smaller than what i had expected. So i returned it and rebought the larger size. Waited for my other jacket to return on to my acct but didnt appear for a week. Emailed and customer service & explained to them and they apologized and they handled it very professionally. I was very impressed of their customer service (Billie/Bill 😉) & he got it done. Thank u for everything! I definitely will shop there in the bear future!

Bought my new bike here. My salesman Rich (Sr.) Was awesome. Very knowledgeable but never pushy. Financing was easy and quick. They all know their stuff.

The service staff, especially the service manager John, are disingenuous. John attempted to pressure me into an overpriced repair, that he stated he would not do to his own motorcycle. He attempted to corner me into a decision that would have been to that financial benefit of the service department. The service department is not trustworthy.

They have so many different things there to choose from clothes gadgets wallets you name it with the name Harley Davidson on it they have it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I find them to be honest, every time we go there its like meeting up with family. My son and his friends love going here with their Harleys.

I am a consumer Test adviser. We sent a Street Glide in to this dealership to have a couple of items checked out. They have come back with a list of items that the around $1900 that it needed. Which it actually needed none of them. The only thing it actually needed was Rear Brake pads, which We purposely had planted on the Bike. And to my surprise, this wasnt part of the list of items that they have said it had needed. I would warn anyone that does business with this dealership they are very dishonest. We had brought this to their attention that the items they have listed it had needed to be done was hypothetical items, and We were Testing them. They done everything they could to back up their list of items it needed, until they figured out we had our own H-D Certified Mechanic to back up our statements. They use this method to bump the the repair bill as much as possible. They have been tested again to give them a 2nd chance with very similar results. Just more to bump the bill as much as possible.

Worst experience ever. Sales staff has absolutely no clue what to order, and is opposed to help with any clear communication.The service departement is not able to fullfill the simplest tasks and is extremly unfriendly and rude. Communication is non existing. Sceduled timelines are not honoured. Staff is lying about quotes and labour estimates. Not a good place to deal with.

I was not heard, my safety was an issue and all they did was disrespect me by making jokes.

Typical BayArea dealership that is trying to make a sale in anyway they can. I visited but did not buy the bike from them. The sales team will make suggestion that may not be correct just to try to get your skin in the game. I did not like their method. They have a good selections of cloths and some older stuff with discounts. Parking lot is big and because they are away from the City traffic, its much easier and more enjoying to do test rides.

Buying bike experienced ok a little pushy. Parts department absolute terrible. Still havent received parts been over a month. I was told I would receive a call with updates no one ever calls me back.

Good people but its challenging to get through to the service department these days with the Covid restrictions.

The whole staff was friendly and willing g to help.

My experience with House of Thunder was unusually good. I borrowed one of their beautiful rental bikes for at trip down Highway 1. They discounted my ride, gave me tons of advice and didnt try to sell me a single extra thing. I dealt primarily with the manager and he was easily one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. He devoted at least an 45 minutes of time directly to me, no interruptions while we knocked out all paperwork and walk around of the bike. On my way back I ran a bit late in terms of time and he told me Take your time! Enjoy it. Dont worry about what time you get back, just get back safely.House of Thunder Harley-Davidson made my book of memories for life as I rumbled down the coast on Highway 1 and even out to Yellowstone National Park. It was a dream that didnt break the bank and definitely reminded me what company in this area deserves mine and my friends business.Give them a shot and see what you think.

I bought my bike brand new and i got a very good deal. sales and parts department are great. Jason and Andrew are great to take the extra mile toward you. The only issue is the service department. Service department have few issues that not to be addressed by the management such as finishing the bike on time and review their service work before giving the bike to clients.Other than that, it is a great place

Id give zero stars if I could. I THOUGHT these were really nice people when I bought my bike in March. We discussed the price of the bike and then they snuck in a freight and prep fee for around $900 for an $8400 bike. Thats more than 10%.I didnt find out until several months later (today) while I was going over the paperwork with another Harley Dealership. I was told that it didnt make sense being charged freight and prep on a USED bike that was sitting outside. I saw where they SNUCK it in.That was such an unethical and dirty business tactic. Read the details always, but especially with this Dealership. Lesson learned.

Multiple Staff greated us as we walk in and around the showroom. Was asked if I needed help multiple times (great customer service). I ordered a part from House of Thunder on 3/28/18 for $353.00 on 7/10/18 I finally had to contact my bank and ask to do a reversal on the $353.00 as to date I hadn’t received the part and was tired of being ran around by the General Manager Theresa. I was not okay with her running me around even went as far as lying to me and only wanted to issue me a store credit which I one live over 2 hours away. I then found out that her shipping department only insured the package for $100 dollars yet I had to suffer and wait on account of someone stupidity. I will never suggest House of Thunder to anyone I know. I hope anyone who goes into that location doesn’t have to deal with Theresa. I will be contacting Harley Customer Care and her District Manager so they know the kind of stunts she is pulling.

These people went out of their way to help me last time I broke down around the corner light battery went dead on the spot they sent one person out to try and help me and when he wasnt able to get my battery up another man came and got it out and put a new battery in so I could drive back to Harley-Davidson I strongly recommend this place

Went to buy a Harley at this store.The manager asked my wife & I if we had ever had credit problems.We told him I had cancer chemo & surgeries & had gotten behind but was recovering & catching up.He said we shouldnt waste his time.Said we could never qualify.Went to another Harley store.They checked our credit & said our credit was fine.We took a new Harley home.How much money is lost at businesses every year because of rude stuck up employees?Why do owners pay bad folks at their companies to look so satisfied as they push paying customers out the door feeling so abused that they will never return.How much does it lower their net each time they succeed in their efforts to lower their customers opinions of them?How much 💰 cash does it cost in advertising to get each customer to walk in their doors?Why bother if they make those potential buyers feel the cold hard chill & uncomfortable feeling they try so often to fill their store with.Were does their satisfaction come from? Losing money, sales, good will & word of mouth for the owners should not satisfy a sales manager.I have been a sales trainer & manager.I never worked anywhere I didnt triple my bosses net.It was not done by kissing butt.It was not done by abusing folks either.It was done by respectfully professionally learning from working with each customer how to best help them & the store your representing.
