Just went in to grab some coffee at Starbucks but just doing that was a delightful experience! This store is always clean and the employees are courteous and helpful. I try to visit this location any time I am in town.

This Safeway is nice and clean. It is orderly and well labeled so those who dont come here often, like me, can locate what theyre looking for very quickly. They have a great selection of products in the store. The checker was very pleasant and efficient, too. There is plenty of parking and this shopping center has some great stores, as well. If I lived closer I would probably make this my main grocery store.

I live pretty close to this Safeway. It’s very convenient and “safe” especially that I most of times end up buying after 9pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it’s big enough so I can pretty much find almost everything I’m looking for. I absolutely have not had any negative experience with this place. I strongly recommend it.

Always clean and has a wonderful selection. My family has been shopping here since it opened.

I always have an awesome time at Safeway, everyone is friendly and helpful. We never have to wait too long. Especially today went looking for my husbands favorite cake, and was sad that it was all gone. So the ladies at the bakery made me one in less than 10 minutes! I love how kind and sweet they were. We have been coming to this Safeway for over 10 years and had relatively good service. However today, we were given above and beyond great service. Not everyday does an employee go out of their way to make a customer feel special however today, Angelina did just that. I wish there was more I could do to notify management how kind and caring she treated us. She made us 3 breakfast burritos, (which were excellent) and the way she went out of her way to even make sure we had forks for our desert was beyond kind. Not many people have a smile on their faces while at work anymore but she was smiling and giving us the best customer service Ive had here in 10 years. Please somebody give her the recognition she deserves. Thank you Angelina!

This Safeway is friendly and kind employees. I would recommend this location due to fact that their employees are friendly and not only that VERY CLEAN AND NEAT STORE!! NOT LIKE GILROY SAFEWAY. This Safeway is the only one I go to here in Morgan hill. The employees are the most kindest, organized, and patient people! They always go the extra mile. I was looking for a specific yogurt and was looking really hard because I always get it there but this time couldn’t find it! There was an employee who happened to be stocking in that same aisle and walked up and asked us what we were looking for. He told us they had a bunch of stuff to restock in the back so he was going to go check it out to see if the had it. Sure enough they did and I got my yogurt! I told him thank you so much for taking the time to check and bring it out.Carlos is an employee that is usually at self checkout. He is very nice! He always goes the extra mile and always remembers us. I enjoy greeting the employees and shopping there. This store is very clean. It is always organized. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing you can trust with Safeway is they will have groceries. All kinds of groceries. Groceries that come in big boxes and groceries that come in small bags. Groceries are one of those key essential things that you need to live and Safeway has them in the store, on the shelves. You can walk around the store and pretend that you are like Caesar at a market during the Roman empire, selecting the best goods for you and rejecting the ones that dont meet your needs. Thumbs up or thumbs down, the choice, and the power, is yours!

I am not one to normally put a review, and I hate that I’m having to do this because of a bad experience. But when you’re a customer, and you have a grocery cart over at $300 full of groceries, and are treated with disrespect it’s worth letting others now. The deli department at this location needs an attitude adjustment!!! Rude, rude, rude!

They are always there to serve and support their shoppers even during this difficult time in the pandemic.The Safeway company also take extra care to be organized, safe with spacing, ensuring mask compliance, keeping the sleeves stocked and still manage to smile and work hard.In addition, they underwent a recent remodeling effort to keep pace with demand and now its even more visually pleasing. Well my experience at Safeway was disappointing - I have learned to check my receipt and found 4 mistakes where I didnt get the coupons that I clicked on.Now that I see I didnt click Post I can update to say that they made good on my coupons ($23 worth). I shouldnt have to make 2 trips ...

Safeway has gotten surprisingly good. Well stocked which is great in these times.

The Safeway app is terrible and the prices on products are way too high.

Went early very few people seemed strange but good easy well stocked on most items felt safe.

Love the Safeway on East Dunne. Great products, good prices and excellent service. Friendly staff💜BUT, Dont go to the Safeway on Tennant, the people are slow to help, the checker named Robert is extremely rude and condescending. Not enough variety at the Deli. I dont recommend that Safeway.

Complete redo of store. Looks nice but EVERYTHING has been moved to different locations in store. Took much longer to shop which isnt good at this time.

Super fresh produce and great service. The butcher will help cut meat to your specs and season or marinate. Also its kept very clean even in the bathroom.

Employees in produce and meat departments are very congenial and helpful. Store is clean. Unfortunately since the pandemic, there are shortages.Be sure to check your receipt. I have been charged for multiples of items instead of the actual amount purchased. Customer service has always taken care of the refund, but that takes extra time. Also, if purchasing meat from the meat counter, check printed label . I have had packages mislabeled and would have been overcharged.

Well Im not happy with all the empty shelves and why do they keep changing the food around. Clerks are very polite. The only safeway I like!

I online purchase specific items for specific reasons and dietary needs and always check No Substitutions and they substitute items that I do not order/want. Ive been told that their managers have told them to substitute even if you specify no substitutions. With todays order, I manually typed in special instructions No matter what your manager says DO NOT SUBSTITUTE, I will return them! Yet again they substituted against specific written instructions so I had to return items again. I may stop shopping there.

Drive up and go is horrible. Today I finally figured out why. I spoke with three different workers and they all blame the manager Stewart for being lazy and not caring or wanting to help anybody. I bet he sleeps like a baby at night. I will call corporate for the third time tomorrow which I doubt they’ll do anything again and let them know. Nob Hill is so convenient and easy to order pick upAnd for some reason when Stewart is managing the Safeway it is a complete nightmare

Very hard to get service in the deli. I think they miss a lot business. I couldnt wait for more than eight ten minutes. I have a over a hour commute home.

Clean store fully stocked and friendly employees

Tennant Avenue location-Deli person was so rude and they only had two checkers, one was express lane. This was a Sunday mid-day. Shelves were pretty empty too. Lots of people grumbling.

A lot of stock missing. Only 2 lines open and over 5 shoppers waiting in each line. No xtra check stands were opened.

Go-to place in the neighborhood, always ultra clean, well stocked, friendly staff who remember regular customers

Safeway always has great specials from one week to the next you can always find lots of useful coupons to combine with weekly specials saving even more on brand names. Meat department as well as deli serve choice cuts and tasty dishes pretty much anything grocery wise youll find it here and more than likely cheaper than anywhere else

Safeways prices are a little more expensive but the quality is top notch everything is fresh and if its not to throw it away or they give it to Walmart LOL just kidding

I have always loved Safeway. This store has a good vibe, good selection but always busy on weekends, so parking is a drag. I do like I can use their self checkout and I can get out quickly. Staff is friendly and courteous and help you with finding items promptly.

They are currently remodeling the store so its a little hecktic.

Love our local Safeway in both Morgan Hill and Gilroy. They have made us feel like family over the years. Clean,friendly and well stocked.

Love this Safeway, everyone is so nice including the Starbucks employees with the exception of the deli counter. Never have I been greeted with a smile but instead get the What else making it uncomfortable to get anything from them...bottom line great Safeway but avoid the deli counter if you want to continue having an enjoyable day.

We got yelled by the store manager Mr . Perez for bringing in a service dog. Not even a excuse me maam no dogs allowed but no he said Hey no dogs allowed!!. Our shopping cart was full of groceries we deserved better. I will buy my groceries elsewhere. No stars!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I bought 3 jumbo-sized croissants at the Tennant Station Safeway Bakery in Morgan Hill, CA. from Tatiana (who I think maybe the actual baker). Ive had lots of croissants in France (most are quite good) and some croissants here in the USA (most are quite hopeless), so I wasnt expecting much, but the ones they had in the bakery looked great. To my surprise, they were absolutely delicious!! Since that time, Ive purchased another 3 and found them equally delicious!! Wow! Thanks Tatiana and thanks Safeway Bakery.

One of the better Safeway stores. Nice and big, all the departments are complete and full service, deli, bakery, seafood, butcher, flowers, Starbucks, even a bank and movie rentals right inside. Seems well managed as the shelves are always stocked and the lines move fast even on a busy Sunday afternoon.

Items are all switched around too early to tell if its for the best.aisle seem wider thats good.

Always clean, Always stocked, and customer service is great.It does get pretty busy depending on when you go and it can get a little expensive but I feel your paying for better service and items always being stocked.
