Great service but very busy. Good with electrical issues. Lee was able to diagnose and fix an issue with my wipers which I was dealing with for over a year and that also fixed my infotainment unit that had not functional for longer than the wiper issue. Price was very reasonable. Ford wanted almost $500.00 just to diagnose the issue.

Great mechanical work but I ran into sketchy pricing and an unprofessional attitude .When disputing a price ( the mechanic told me he’d not charge me extra for a 2 minute weld, the gentleman at the desk however wanted to charge me another 110 for it), I was told “ oh well I guess we just shouldn’t have done the job, should have just let it drop off the lift”The guy did take off half the additional price he was charging, but it was still unprofessional.Response to owner :Didn’t demand welding on the ball joints . That was your idea . Which once again is exactly what you charged me extra for when the mechanic said he would not .

I wont take my Volkswagen to anyone else. Lee is the most honest mechanic I have ever met, he wont try to upsell you on anything. He did a Timing chain job on my GTI and I couldnt be happier. He knew the engine extremely well and inspected a few other parts on it while he had it apart to make sure I had smooth sailing.I highly recommend this shop!

Ive had custom parts made and installed for my Harley, scheduled maintenance for my Mercedes C300, and tons of work done to my diesel Ford F250. LITERALLY THE BEST MECHANIC IN MORGANTOWN. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Lee is phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable on all types of cars and he was the saving grace for my Volkswagen Tiguan. When I took my car to him I was frustrated and worried over my engines turbo. He accurately diagnosed my car and talked me through all of my options, providing me with both the pros and the cons. Ultimately, it was determined that my turbo would need replaced and he successful did the repair in reasonable time for a fair price. I recently purchased my car from a used car dealership unaware of all the issues it had. In addition to replacing my turbo, he was honest with me about other serious issues that were luming under my cars hood. He did not pressure me into getting any additional repairs, but instead explained his findings to me and once again walked me through my options. His transparency as a mechanic is unmatched and this is often a trait that is rare to find among mechanics. If you have a foreign car, do yourself and youe car a favor and take it here! You will absolutely never regret your decision. Even if you dont have a foreign car, still bring him your business. HE IS WORTH IT!

All I can say is WOW!!! Stopped in on Saturday, which is rare for shops to have weekend hours, for an estimate for some exhaust repair work. Went back Monday for the repairs and not only were the friendly and efficient, they were done in half the time they originally estimated. Highly recommend Lee for all your car repairs needs.

Took my Camry to Cars Inc to have my alternator replaced. With no prior appointment, they were able to get me in for same day service. Very glad to have this business in the neighborhood!Back again about a month later, this time for a major break job on my 2010 F-150. Another fast and excellent job by the guys at Cars INC!

When the tow truck tore off my undercarriage protector, Daniel came in during off hours, way above and beyond, to get me back on the road again. He was extremely knowledgeable and very good at all aspects of car repair. They are now my go-to for all car related stuff!!! Would give him a 10 if I could!

When my car broke down in Morgantown still 5 hours from home I wasn’t sure what to do. I called up Cars Inc, and even though it was 10 minutes from when they closed, Lee told me to bring my car in.He offered to stay late and fix it so I could continue my trip home. Absolutely recommend! My fiancé and I were far from home & our alternator went out on us. We were fortunate enough to get the part that night and needed help/tools. We called Cars Inc and he was super nice on the phone, and was even able to get us in that night! Got it towed there, he helped my fiancé, and had us out of there that night as well!

Lee from cars is legit He was completely honest with me about everything! Told me what I needed and gave me options to fix the issues. The man even stayed till 1am to finish my car to make sure I had it back the dsy he said it would be done. Mad respect for him! I highly recommend this place for small repairs or a whole rebuild.

I am normally the type of customer that takes my vehicles to the shops that for lack of better words, give the impression that they are the professionals and they can fix your car right (dealerships and places with lots of advertisement). Well after countless trips to the multiple scam artist shops in this town, I took a risk and had my vehicle towed here from a local dealership. The dealership quoted me $5000 for a new transmission and labor, it sat there for months because my wife and I could not afford to fix it. After a friend mentioned to call Lee from Cars Inc to me I gave them a call, the price he quoted me for a used transmission with a warranty and labor was less than 1/3 of the dealerships price. At that price we could afford to fix our car and Lee was even nice enough to have it towed to their shop at no charge. 2 days later I got the call it was finished. I went to pick it up and he gave me the total bill and it was under $300. The dealership professionals misdiagnosed a bad transfer case motor as a bad transmission. The people here are great and have the customers best interest at heart. Im sold, I will keep coming back. No more dealership work for me.

Took my car in to have coilovers installed and an alignment and Im very pleased. The price is great and they got it done quickly. They set the ride hight to my liking and after I ran into issues with clearance they offered to re-adjust free of charge. They seem to be knowledgeable and have great customer service. Ive had a few shops in the area try to swindle me but these guys are completely transparent and thats the sign of a good shop. All maintenance on my vehicles will be done by Cars inc from now on.

Good small shop with competitive prices. Can actually diagnose and fix issues instead of just throwing parts at a problem. Has recently reopened and no longer just a European car shop. Fixed a wiring issue no one has been able to figure out with my car. Highly recommend.
