This garage was great to work with on such short notice. My truck started having engine problems while I was in town for the weekend (4 hours from home). They diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. Not many places would replace spark plugs on a Saturday morning for such a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Super friendly people, did a great job of explaining the issue with my car and were very transparent about the possible fixes for it. I had just bought a car and the exhaust pipe was dragging on the ground. I think the mechanics could tell I wasnt having a great day. We all had a good laugh about how horrible the previous mechanic that tried to fix the exhaust was, then they welded the exhaust back for me free of charge. Great people working at this shop, I would highly recommend going here. Hopefully I dont need to go back anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be taking my car to these guys!

Amazing customer service. Employees truly care about their customers and it shows! I trust them with all of my auto repair needs. This is one of the very few auto repair shops that wont take advantage of young adults and over-charge them for services. Being a student, coming up with the funds to pay for my auto services is never easy. The employees here have always worked with me to give me the best price possible while still making sure my car is safe. I could not recommend this place enough!

Nice drop off center,you can even put a time of when you would like your vehicle to be ready I put 2:30 i dropped it off 7:30 and they called for me to come pick it up at 2:40. It was a little pricey but by my car performance was grea.

Professional and transparent about all issues, pricing, and labor. Best Ive been to in Morgantown by far. Turned what would have been a misdiagnosed $800 job from the local Kia service center (who charged me for an alignment they didnt even do properly) into a $150 job. Also when I noticed my check engine light was on after leaving, I went right back and they fixed it immediately (turned out to be an older, unrelated error code).

Im very leery to let someone touch my car even if it is only an oil change but these guys know what theyre talking about and arent out to rob your wallet. They went above and beyond the call of duty to provide superb service. Ill continue coming here.

Had a tire with a nail in it that needed changing, so I brought it in with my own replacement tire ready to go. Work was done that day, and the only cost was about 25 bucks for labor. Very reasonable. I do agree with some other reviewers that appointments could be nice for some kinds of work, but the walk-in model is just fine sometimes.

A great place for a quick fix! Dropped off my car, had it looked over, was told it would take an hour and a half to fix. It was done probably in twenty minutes!

This shop is great. Mechanics and floor supervisors are straight forward, honest, and price fairly. They even helped me assemble a bike rack for a hitch they installed. Will be back for routine maintenance and any bigger problems that might pop up.

Kevin and his crew are great! They make sure they get the job done right. 1st place that has gotten the alignment on my Traverse right. Also fixed the shimmy my car has had for years after several attempts by other tire shops. All it needed was a good balance! The shop always has a nice aroma!

Well worth 5 stars. Our truck broke down on a trip from KY to northeast PA. All the repair shops I called were booked a few days out...UNTIL I called South Park. They took us right away and got us up and running in a couple hours. Changing a fuel pump is not a quick job. They did it though. Good, honest business with good prices is a rare find. At one time I was a mechanic for a living so I do most of my own repairs. But more often lately Ive been taking my vehicle to the South Park service center. These guys are very honest and do work like I would want it done.

They always take good care of me and my car. They never try to push any items on me that are not necessary to my safety. They have their customers best interest in mind.

I went for a state inspection, everyone else in town was busy and couldn’t spare the time. When I arrived the only mechanic was busy with half a car taken apart all I had to do was say I had family to see soon and he dropped everything to do it. Very kind and customer focused group! Prices weren’t bad either!!

Awesome shop for getting your AC fixed. Came in with an AC which had multiple problems and they found all of them which allowed them to repair the system with minimal cost. Ryan explained each thing he did and why he thought it was causing the issue. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend South Park Service Center.

I was visiting home from out of state & using my moms car to get my haircut. I rolled down the window on the way & it wouldnt go back up, meanwhile, a torrential downpour began & all I had was a garbage bag with no tape. I explained the issue to Ryan & they got the window up quickly & explained my options for getting fixed. The people here are so kind & helpful & didnt even charge me for their time( & they were very busy). Highly recommend!!!

Woke up this morning to a check engine light. Being new to the area I didnt have a go to mechanic lined up yet. Called the store and spoke with Ryan. He checked the engine code, luckily it was just a lose gas cap so he cleared it for me. Will definitely be going back in the future for more services after the great service I received today!

I havent taken my vehicle here but their scheduling policy is just bad. Instead of letting you make an appointment for service you just have to leave your car with them until they get to it. My car is running but needs a minor repair. I wasnt willing to leave it with them for 3-4 days to be looked at and not have any way to get around.

Wanted to charge me $600 for a $5 piece and 20 minutes of labor. Took to another shop, charged $50. They were nice though. Also stated they didnt have record of me when I still have the paper estimate.

Needed an oil change and an alignment. They had an opening in their schedule, got me in and out in 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and not at all condescending. Changed my oil change sticker date to 3000 miles even though the serviceman assured me 5000 was sufficient for my vehicle type. Told me the facts and catered to my desires.

Big mistake, I bought a used car from a place that does their own inspections, and they put a sticker on it. Went to South Park, my regular trusted guys, on a different issue, and they found an imminent, potentially disastrous condition. Theyve always been friendly, competent, and prompt, and now Im adding life-saving to the list of attributes.

I’ve been here multiple times and I trust them completely with my car. It’s hard to find a good car place especially when you’re not from the area and I HIGHLY recommend them! Super nice and will fix only what needs to be fixed!

I have taken my car in many times. Very honest and straightforward. I have an older vehicle and they have taken very good care of it and been very honest about what I should pay to get fixed. I would highly recommend.

As a woman, mechanics tend to talk down/ignore/disrespect us a lot. I have brought this car to 5 different mechanics who did just that. This guy didnt do any of that. He listened to me about a crucial detail of my cars computer and figured out what the actual problem was. He seemed genuinely interested that I made it all the way home to Ohio. I never write reviews but I thought this one was really important, especially for women.

Kevin gives great advice and fits my family’s cars in for maintenance and work. Nothing but outstanding service! Pleasure to do business with every time! It’s really nice to have this service local in the South Park area.

I had an emergency (broken serpentine/alternator/AC/everything belt) and took it down to South Park Service Center first thing the next morning. They said they had a couple of big jobs but if I could leave it (and of course I shouldnt have been driving it with that belt gone anyway) they would try to work it in. I also needed an oil change and state inspection, and added that to the list. They fixed it and did everything the same day, and needless to say I was very happy!! I live in the neighborhood and have now found a reliable mechanic right down the street. I think they are open Saturdays too. They are a walkable distance to/from WVUs downtown campus as well.

Was trying to leave town to go on vacation when I suddenly had something wrong with my exhaust. They took me in, figured out what was wrong quickly, and fixed it all up in a very timely manner! They were very kind to me and I really appreciate all they did. They saved me a lot of time and worry!

I’ve gone to the Service Center several times now and they’ve always been super friendly and helpful. They always try to get me the best deals as well as quick and efficient service.

Fast and friendly, I’ve used them several times for maintenance. Kevin is great! Past time I was there he swapped the battery in my key which I hadn’t even mentioned. Other places said I’d have to replace the key entirely!

I took my car in for a state inspection and they voluntarily buffed out a dent in my bumper, fixed a rattle underneath, and put my new license plate on for no additional cost. Service was excellent, quick, and professional. Would highly recommend.

I came in without an appointment with a piece of wire in my tire. Ryan came out unprompted and helped me repair the tire on the fly. I was finished in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had left work one day from the hospital and was traveling to NC in my new car of 2 weeks. Right when I got on the highway I stalled out. I called South Park service center and they were closing in 10 mins but stayed open just for me to get my car checked out. They were sweet as can be, and super helpful!!! Fixed me up and I was on my way! The best place ever to go. I highly recommend

The old South Park Service Center is back!! Stellar Service!! After having a bad experience a year or so ago, I stopped bringing my car there. BUT TODAY, my experience has completely turned around my view of this shop. There is a new service manager at the helm -Kevin- who is bringing back the high quality customer service that the Service Center has always been known for. The guys did excellent work on my car and I WILL BE BACK for sure. Highly recommend giving these guys a second chance if youve had a bad experience in the past --- this shop is TOP NOTCH AGAIN!

Just now got an o2 sensor changed on my truck. It was done in less than 2.5 hours and the only place in town that was able to take me in today. Their price was a tad more than other shops estimates but well worth not having to leave my daily driver somewhere and go without work. I will come back for other repairs.

I always deal with south park for oil changes and I am always satisfied. I went to check for a new car I was interested on buying and Rayan helped me with the whole process and gave me a lot of tips and recommendations.

The auto repair horror story. The transmission on my sons 2000 Honda Accord with less than 110,000 miles failed in October, 2013. South Park Service offered to trade our car for a 1998 Jeep Wrangler. However, we were convinced by South Park that a new $1800 transmission was a good decision because the car was in great working order in every other aspect. In March, 2014, the distributor failed and South Park Service determined a new distributor was needed and that this $450 repair was a good decision because the car was in great working order in every other aspect. Prior to his drive home for summer my son purchased new tires for the car for $350 since it had been determined that the car was in great working order in every other aspect. The day my son left Morgantown he drove no more than 150 miles before the transmission completely failed, leaking fluid and completely useless. The car was towed to South Park Service at a cost of $390. The car had less than 3000 total miles since the initial repair. No warranty was applied. No offer to make amends was made. My son was offered $300 for the car, take it or leave it. How is this a honest, reputable or trustworthy response? Car owner, be warned!!

Went in for a quick oil change and they noticed that the brake pads were bad. They were able to get them done that day and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Awesome service done right.

Spoke unprofessionally as I sat and waited for an oil change and front end alignment. Telling stories to coworkers with profanity as though paying customers were not present. The prices were the highest that I had been quoted all day from 5 of their competitors in the area. While waiting a shop tech came in carrying two air filters proclaiming to the owner that they wet in need of replacement. To change oil and preform a front end alignment air filters do not need to be removed. They will do their best to try to find extra work to charge you more if they think that you dont know anything about working on vehicles.

My girlfriend had issues with her cars breaks and she took it to southpark auto center and they were very helpful and they also gave her a better deal than 5 other garages around town. I will recommend this place to my family and friends! Thanks for being so helpful to her and I!

They treat you like a fellow human that can be trusted and respected, like a neighbor. They didnt even treat me less honorably for my out of state plates (does happen sometimes). I came here for the good reviews and the walkability and am completely satisfied. Not only did they help me with a misfire and mysterious catalytic converter issue but let me drive off with new spark plugs without charging since they trusted I would be back to pay for them in the future. Ill be back often.

Car repairs can sometimes be a tricky thing, particularly if a car is only intermittently exhibiting signs of a problem. My young daughter had her car towed there because it wouldnt start (all on my tab). Got to the garage and it fires right up. South Park cleaned up a few things and sent her on her way. A month later, same thing happens again, only this time car wont start for them and they correctly diagnose it as bad fuel pump. Repaired fuel pump (gave her a break on the labor) and sent her on her way. Two miles down the road she stops for gas, and gas pours out of the tank onto ground. Back for a 3rd time, discovered the grommet between fuel neck filler and tank had disintegrated, which South Park replaced and repaired FREE OF CHARGE. So, we truly appreciate these guys hustling to get my daughter and her car back on the road. They treated her with good care, good communication long distance with me, and I would go back there again. I would have given 5 stars had they 1) diagnosed the fuel pump first visit and/or 2) replaced the fuel neck grommet on the 13 year old car after dropping the fuel tank while replacing the fuel pump.

Great place to bring your car. The people are friendly and they really know what they’re doing. They don’t jack up the prices like a lot of these other auto places.
