The control module went out in my vehicle. To order the part from the dealer was $1100! They were so great to go above and beyond to find an affordable repair solution by getting a used part for a fraction of the cost. The used part worked and they saved me so much money. Good service. Super friendly and fast

I wanted to like this place, but my experience was not great. Ill try to be short. I took my car in for new tires, an alignment, and a state inspection. When I picked the car up it was making a new noise that wasnt there before. I took it back and he looked at it again. He guessed that it might be the brakes, so I trusted the mechanic and changed the brakes and rotors. No improvement. I called to tell him this and he assured me that everything looked fine and it was safe to drive but if the noise persisted, that he would have me take it to Rockwell Auto to see what they thought. After 1 to 2 months of driving, no improvement. Took it to rockwell and they diagnosed a bad wheel bearing within 15 minutes. I just had this replaced and the noise is gone. I lost confidence in valley auto because Im not a mechanic and I need the garage to make the diagnosis correctly. I dont appreciate the guessing and spending money on incorrect guesses. Im also disappointed that this seemed to be a pretty easy diagnosis for the other garage but he didnt even mention it as a possibility. I should also mention that I got the wheel bearing replaced elsewhere and probably wont be going back to valley.

I have been taking my two vehicles here since they opened and haven’t been disappointed. Alan is alway nice and pleasant. Mostly just service but they have let me know of a couple issues they saw and recommend I try to have fixed under warranty. I really appreciate that over them trying to convince my wife to pay them to do warranty work.

I almost hesitate to write this only because this relative newcomer to town hasnt been discovered by too many people (yet) so Ive been able to get in at pretty short notice recently. But heres an honest, hard working small business man who deserves to be known! His prices are very reasonable and hes been good to work with. Give this guy a shot.

Allen is a good human being. He will make sure your car is fixed and fixed right the first time. If not, he will make it right. Prices are affordable. And for all you women, he listens. Unlike most places that try to gouge women, this place will take care of you.

They were very informative about what was going on with our car and even took pictures so that they could show us what was going on. They explained things very well and were upfront with everything before any work was done. We had a tie rod replaced, oil change, inspection and an oil leak/burn investigated for about $160. The waiting area is very nice and clean as well. Will definitely be going back in the future.

So I was an employee here first.then told I was fired after 3 weeks of employment with them For the reason being they can not aford to pay one tec 12 dollars an hour then a month after after spending over 600 dollars of the money I made there my number is now blocked after I contacted the owners about a bad wheel bearing that has lasted me 2 months driving on. And it is now smoked very dissatisfied with the coustmer service after I was told by the owner to call the shop after 9 am when they open to see about options.! THANKS VALLEY
