Tommy is a great guy. Very reasonable rates. Quick to return your vehicle back over provided the parts can be picked up locally. If they must be ordered the day the part comes in usually your car is done that day. I highly recommend this young man as he is making his living by his bare hands literally Turning Wrenches (no pun intended lol).

Personally, I didnt have any issues with the place, with possible exceptions being more staff and bigger premises. I personally enjoyed the conversation with various staff members. Location is a bit out of the way but still overall not a bad place. Couldnt say anything about the prices due to the vehicle I was there to have work done on was a company vehicle but seemed like they progressed as fast as they could just mainly waiting for parts to be delivered.

I paid to have my vehicle towed to the shop after having the owner come out to diagnose my vehicle saying that I needed a new engine. Upon giving Mr. Dalton my money for a new engine so that my vehicle could be repaired I began to not get any responses when checking on my repair staus. On several occasions I stopped by to the shop to check on my status and was always given an excuse on my repair every time. On most visits Mr. Dalton was not even at the shop nor would he answer my texts or calls. My vehicle was in his shop for an entire month. At which time now I have given money for the new motor and have paid twice now for tow bills back and forth for my vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with my overall experience and customer service received from this establishment. I lost out on money I paid for a new engine and two tow bills. I will be contacting the BBB. This is not how any business owner should run a business and scam him customers.

Do not take your vehicle to this crooked mf I took my Jeep to him to have a rear main seal replced.and now where do I start he had my vehicle for a week when I get my Jeep back just to be safe I check the oil level only to find out he first forgets to replace my oil cap .he stated when the vehicle was returned he noticed a exaust leak from having to remove the eaxust to get to the seal.well after a week of not repair the exaust I take it to a different mechanic only to learn he first never repair the rear main seal . And he cut my cats off n welded a straight pipe to my exaust. I also cant forget the huge dent that was on the top of my tailgate ..sometimes cheaper isnt always the best option stay away from tommy dalton hes a crook.

I had some car issues while visiting from New Jersey. Called Turning Wrenches and they took my car right away. Great service and great pricing. Much cheaper and quicker than I ever expected. They even took me on a holiday weekend! Very friendly and thorough. If I ever move back into the area, I will definitely be using them exclusively. And I’m already suggesting them to all my friends who live in the Morgantown area.

I busted my radiator while driving through West Virginia on my way to Baltimore from Illinois. Got towed to Turning Wrenches and not only was he able to get me a new radiator and get my car fixed in a timely manner, he also gave me a fair price and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Great people, great service, great work.

Very reliable, trustworthy, hard worker & can do just about anything to a vehicle. Not expensive at all. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Tommy is very dedicated to his job, I would recommend him to anyone. Check this place out first! :)

This guy Tommy is amazing. He takes time to go over all of your concerns and fixes it in an efficient and timely manner. And the cost is very reasonable. I only go to Turning Wrenches for all of my vehicle repair and inspection needs.

Paid $800. For parts that was not put on my car. They had it for almost a year and nothing was fixed .

We were traveling through Morgantown and realized our brakes were bad. We stopped at a gas station and the girl that was working there recommended Turning Wrenches. She even added Google maps to my new phone and plugged in their address. Turning Wrenches were wonderful! They pulled our car right in and showed my husband the problem. It was fix quickly and we were on our way! The price was very reasonable and we are very grateful. We would recommend Turning Wrenches!

Poor customer service. Avoid this place. I had scheduled an appointment several days in advance for an oil change. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed for the day. But they never even bothered contacting me to let me know. Take your car elsewhere
