Highly recommend. I see Sierra and shes awesome. I had my first waxing experience with her and she made me feel very comfortable. Service has been consistently great since then, from her and the rest of the staff: friendly and helpful without pressure to buy products or additional services. Im loving the results (Brazilian) so much that I really wish Id tried this a long time ago. I had no idea how different it would be from my dreadful home attempts at waxing.

Friendly staff, great service. I have not had any technicians that havent been excellent in their work. This is the best and only place to get waxed!

Great place, very clean and the staff is SUPER friendly! The wonderful woman who helped me, Tracy, was very knowledgeable about the whole process and talked me through everything as it was my first time waxing. She made the entire experience practically painless! She is fantastic at her job and was very pleasant to talk to. I was afraid the entire ordeal would be super awkward, but it wasnt in the least! And she was able to give me some really helpful tips for aftercare with my skin type. The greeters at the door were also extremely nice and fun to talk to! All in all, a wonderful experience. I highly suggest this place.

Did not receive the complimentary 1st time customer session as advertised...while the staff was friendly the end result of the wax service was lackluster. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw that many spots were missed and I feel it was very overpriced for such a small area. Overall disappointed.

You get what you pay for! Excellent customer service and the best products. My skin doesnt look red after I get my brows done and they are quick/painless.

Great place to go for getting your eyebrows waxed/shaped and for body waxing. I see Annalissa and she is absolutely fabulous! The staff are always friendly, as well as understanding if you have to reschedule an appointment. I definitely recommend this place!

They are super fast in here and their products are incredibly effective. I really enjoy my time here even though the employees occasionally have a bit of a sour demeanor.

Tracy is absolutely the best there is. I have been waxing since high school and I have never felt so comfortable with anyone like I do with Tracy. She is always so polite and does THE BEST jobs. She does the quickest jobs and knows how to not hurt people. If you’re new deff recommend her 10/10

I’m 14 and very insecure about every inch of my body even though people say I shouldn’t be. Walking in there I was scared but the lady who did this Brazilian wax made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything and didn’t make me think about it at all. This place is amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amanda and Fontana have been amazing! The was they use doesnt pull your skin so it doesnt hurt as much as other places. Prices are reasonable and there is always good availability for appointments.

I had requested a Brazilian wax, for those of you who do not know, that is a wax that removes every pubic hair in the crotch area, front and back. There is still a lot of hair left in the back region on my body, which was the main reason I went to get waxed. Other than not getting the service I paid for, Tiffany, didnt leave the room while I was getting undressed. I would have been able to see that she didnt wax everything she was supposed to but once again, she didnt leave the room while I was getting dressed.A lot of people seemed to be please with this place so maybe I just got someone who just did not care about her job that day. This was my first Brazilian and I wanted to keep doing it but this experience has ruined my want of that ever again. Im totally bummed, now I have to shave something that I paid to have removed. Actually, Im more pissed than bummed.
