I had an awful experience at this location! I went there for an oil change and new tires. The service they provided to car was fine. They damaged my car! They messed up the bottom of my drivers seat. Eventually they fixed that. When they fixed my seat they cut the leather on my steering wheel. The manager was very unprofessional saying not today. They supposedly took my car to fixed the steering wheel but it was not fixed. All they did was take my car to the back and parked it for a few minutes and told me it looked good and thats the best they could do.
Brien was amazing! He helped me get my first car and made the process so easy and fun. I couldnt be happier with my car!

I was in the market to trade my car and get into a New 2021 Toyota Highlander. Most dealerships will say whatever you want to hear just so they can get you to come in. However, Bonnie (sales representative) at Toyota of Morristown didn’t do that. She was honest with me from the beginning about their inventory and kept me up to date with when the car I wanted will arrive to their dealerships. If you’re in the market for a car, ask for Bonnie at Toyota of Morristown and I’m sure she will do everything she can to help you with your needs.
My boyfriend leased a car at this dealer back in June 2021. Debra took care of us. She was so professional and made sure he got exactly what he was looking for. We didn’t have to haggle for a price. She ran up some numbers, came back to us and then went back and crunched up even better numbers. He walked out a happy customer. Fast forward to September, Ida happened and we lost his car in the flood. We went back to see Debra and this time he walked out with a beautiful 2022 Toyota Camry. Debra worked her magic again! And the whole team at the dealership was just friendly and professional including the owner whom came and introduced herself to us! We will definitely be returning in the future.
Mike in service was extremely helpful, understanding of my issues with my truck. Provided me excellent customer service and patience, as I was frustrated with the problems I was having with my Tacoma. Definitely would recommend working with him in the Service Department as he made the process easier on me and clearly knows what customer service means these days, rare in 2021.

**Response to message below**My dissatisfaction with sales is not that I couldn’t test drive but that despite stating 2 days ahead with appointment to purchase the car & money in hand that the car had a dead battery to the point the car was unable to be unlocked to see the amount of miles.I find it hard to believe someone purposely drains the battery by leaving the light on or however way but if a battery is dead to the point the trickle charger that was used couldnt even power the car to check mileage is detrimental to the battery and car, also possibly signifies that there could be electrical issues if unintentional.There is no allure to a dead car or poor customer serviceI believe this speaks volumes on how you treat buyers as well as the treatment of your cars (especially with the similar attitude service dept)———————Highly Recommend if you want to waste your time!Whether its the sales department or the service department, guaranteed that youll waste a few hours with nothing to show for it!— Sales —September 2020 - made an appointment 2 days in advance to see/purchase the supra (cash in hand ready to buy and specifically stated aiming to leave the with car that day)- Show up day of appointment to an absolutely dead car, to the point the car wont even unlock with the key fob. Eric Jeannette was fabulous. Another (more local) dealer told us our Sienna side door repair might cost as much as $1200 dollars and would probably involve replacing a motor but Eric and the service staff took the door apart and found the problem was a hinge failure that was covered by Toyota. They worked quickly and were fantastic communicators. What a pleasant experience. I actually would not only take my car back for servicing in the future, but actually think I would buy from this dealer when in the market simply based on this experience.
It is not recommended to come here to change the oil. I was here on January 25 to change the oil and wash the car. My car broke down after changing the oil. The main drivers door could not be closed or opened. The damage was very serious. They proposed to Fix it for me. Let me drive another car first. I didnt say anything. My car was repaired after 5 days. But it feels very perfunctory. The door is down. It bounces up a little when the door is closed. Now I need to close the door harder. I didnt even install the contents. I didnt have a whole row of buttons. Then I am very grateful to them for giving me a free oil change next time. But I wont go to their place to change the oil again. This is really unsafe. Its terrible...
Rob was very helpful when I leased my first car. Both the car itself and the plates/registration arrived ahead of schedule and the process was painless and very informative. This was all the more impressive due to the chip shortage going on now. I would highly recommend going here.

This is a blatant lie!! There was nothing wrong with the ANY of the doors when I dropped off the car. NO ONE showed me anything. I checked my car at the kiosk and told the service agent we were taking our kids to the zoo. He said no problem we can leave it outside when its done.I even called and confirmed this after we left when we knew we were not going to make it by 5pm!No one showed me anything or called to tell me there was ANY issue. We showed up on Sat and my car was locked in the bay. We immediately called service and they said there was nothing we can do but forwarded me to the manager of services v/m. No call back NOTHING. I called this morning at 9:30am and spoke to the sales Manager. Never heard back from him either.This is BEYOND ridiculous!!Response from the owner 32 minutes agoTheyannuz28, we have the ability to open service and give you your car, but it is unsafe to drive. We told you this on the phone way before we closed on Saturday. You brought your car in for an oil change but as soon as we saw it we observed that the car door wont close and we showed you right then and there. Service told you that you can pick up all of the car seats, but we cant let you drive a car that has a door that wont close. If you do not want us to fix it, we need you to sign a waiver acknowledging that we warned you not to drive your car and we suggest that you have it towed from our store instead of driving it away in its present dangerous state. In the meanwhile, Service is in contact with Toyota Motor Sales to see how Toyota can help you.
Do not come here. Staff and technicians are friendly, but over worked. The last two times, I dropped my car off for routine service and oil change. However they were unable to complete the service.I dropped my car off in the morning and by the afternoon no work had been done. Each time I had to call the dealership myself to find this information out.If you need fast reliable service stay away from this location.

I was very pleased with the demeanor and approach to me by my salesperson, Bonnie. She was very encouraging but not in a pressuring way. At a time when lnventory is very low in most dealerships, she worked very hard to find me the Rav-4 I had been hoping to find at several other dealerships, where I hadnt had success. We purchased a car for my wife from Adam who was great but have been having issues with our license plate…they only installed one and we still have temp tags on the front! Every time we call, either Adam is busy with a customer and the sales manager Alvin puts you on hold then hangs up and doesn’t return voicemails. Stereotypical experience of once they have your money the customer experience gets thrown out the window.
Bonnie made our leasing experience so much easier. She basically knew what we wanted, amount we wanted to spend, and she came back at us with exactly what we asked for. No hard sell tactics, which would make me want to leave, just a class act. I would definately recommend Toyota of Morristown and definately recommend Bonnie

Rob Colon was a very friendly and effective client advisor when we recently purchased a certified pre-owned Hybrid Rav4. He asked good questions about what we were looking for, walked us through the options and helped us execute the transaction very painlessly. We contacted this dealership because my daughter is turning 17 and we were going to give her my old car and purchase a new one. Then they try to hit you with a 5k over sticker for a new car. Which is really a shame and a awful thing to do. I believe half of these reviews on this site are fake. Contact dealerships out side of NJ and you will get a car for sticker. What really has sent me over the edge with Toyota of Morristown is there service department. Sales, is ok I really have no complaints there but service is garbage. We scheduled a service and notified them that we would not be able to pick it up until 6pm. One hour after they close and we advised them to leave it outside with the keys. The woman we spoke to is lucky she didnt give her name otherwise I would air her out. Now on a holiday weekend we have one car and 2 kids to travel with and I go back to work Monday at 6am. Its absolutely ridiculous there communication and inexperience with customer service. This one incident has detered me from going Toyota again. Well at least Morristown of Toyota. We actually spoke to customer service at the sales room and they said there is nothing we can do. They could not even call a manager to let us get our car. Ridiculous is not even the word.

Took an appointment for to checkout a new car and a test drive. But it didn’t happen just because they didn’t want to put mileages on the new vehicle. Should of told me no when I took the appointment so I wouldn’t have wasted my time walking in to your dealership. Drive 1hr one way for nothing.
Let me prefix this with the fact that I’m not the guy that goes online to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this case. I made an appointment a week ahead to get a diagnostic because my check engine light came on. The night before the appointment I got a text to confirm my appointment which was at 7:15 AM (10/23/2021) and I confirmed (see screenshot). I woke up early and drove there only to be told “we can’t do diagnostics today” without any valid reason given. I asked why and the person I spoke to said “I know you had an appointment but the manager said we can’t do it” and had the audacity to tell me to come back on Monday to get it done. No rationale was given as to why they couldn’t do it. E.g. machine isn’t working, no technicians available, we’re busy today so it may take a while, etc. I’m extraordinarily disappointed with this place and will never waste my time going there. In August, I got the same car fixed there after the check engine light came on and paid over $1500 (see screenshot). I guess I’ll keep going to Jersey City even though I’ve moved to Livingston and it’s the closest to me.

On Monday I went to service my leased car and I asked about Trading up my car. Juan helped me and it was great help! They scratched my car on the passenger side a few months ago when I took my car for service. When I saw it after parking my car at work, I just thought that it was a soap stain and thought Id just wipe it off later. I am a busy person so when I tried to wipe off what I thought was a soap stain, a lot of time had passed for me to even complain about it. It all makes sense why the guy was being too nice when I went to pick up my car. He wouldnt let me get the car from where it was parked and he just informed me that he would bring the car to me. All makes sense now because when the car was brought to me, the passenger side wasnt facing me or in my sight. Very upset because I have to see this scratch everyday.

Inventory wise they seem to be the top Toyota dealer in the area. If youre looking for a car that isn’t readily available, Toyota of Morristown is probably going to be your best bet.Next Id like to point out the amazing service provided to me during the entire car buying process. I worked with Bonnie Malcomson who was my Client adviser at the dealership. Bonnie was amazing from start to finish. I explained exactly what I was looking for and she was able to procure the exact car with the color and features that I wanted. She provided me timely updates and info along the way and overall made the car buying experience a pleasant one. If you’re going to Toyota of Morristown I highly recommend asking for Bonnie.

I had a appointment at 7:30 a.m. for an oil change and a recall fix. They told me it will take around 3 hours and I asked if they could possibly get it done ASAP because I had class and had to leave by 11am the latest. They pushed me to the front and got the car done in 2 hours. The service assistant Erinn was very helpful in getting the car in quickly and I appreciate them getting it done for me in a timely matter.
Purchasing a car/SUV from Toyota of Morristown is easy. Rob Colon, the Client Advisor assigned to me helped explain the current models and features. I traded in a 2011 Prius which I also purchased from Toyota of Morristown in 2012. Service for my Prius at the dealership was very good over the 10 years that I owned the car. I changed to the updated Venza because I have confidence in Toyotas hybrid system and wanted more interior room than the Prius. The Venza has performed as expected. I enjoy the updated features and additional cargo space. Also, for the first time, I decided to lease the vehicle. The transaction was somewhat overwhelming to me, but the representative explained everything and the whole experience was very smooth.

If she didnt know an answer to a question she would find out for us. We felt no pressure only great service. We left with a Certified Pre-Owned car and a smile on our faces.

I want to give a big, huge thank you to the best salesperson, Debra. She was great throughout this entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 Hybrid that I purchased. It was a grueling process, but we got through it! I also want to thank Alvin for helping push this deal through. We had to walk out a couple days before the purchase because another manager with a huge ego and a big head was very disrespectful with how he was handling the situation. I don’t want this to count as a negative to Debra or Alvin, or even the dealership. This manager needs an attitude readjustment because he should not be working in customer service. He is lucky that we had such great service from our saleswoman and his other manager!

I walked in after a long shift and the staff was very straight forward to the point. I was able to give my budget and car choice. Luckily they had just what I wanted on the lot and the next day the vehicle was ready for pick up. Rob was very professional and recommend him for your future inquiries.

I have been waiting over a month for my plates and registration and they will not return my calls or emails and hang up when I call. They were vague about an emissions test needed until 2 days before my tags expired on a brand new truck I just bought from them and when I did it anyways and got the paperwork they continued to ignore me and lied about sending out my plates and registration. Absolute travesty of a business.
Worst experience in my car buying history. Aside from other details I will share, Alvin (sales) and Carolyn (internet sales) are sarcastic, unprofessional salespeople who mock you when you point out what they failed to do according to the agreement. I live in NY 4 hr away and was required to prepay via wire transfer 2 days prior to pickup for my 2020 van. Carolyn took the day off, and she failed to prepare my paperwork and details of sale, eg, no floor mats included, no remote to operate entertainment system, so it couldn’t be turned on, no paperwork ready. After 2+ hours for a prepaid cash deal I left the place. My new NY plates and registration had not arrived after 1 month. I called and Alvin told me to “stop calling” the dealership! He didn’t know where my registration was. Wow. This place is deplorable. Stay away.

We did all of our selection, credi and negotiation over the phone and email and Rob had us scheduled in with Finance, returning our lease and out the door in 41 minutes. Pickup was easy, this was our best experience with buying a car we have ever had and was so much better than our last experience at another Toyota dealer (I wont mention where.)
I am very satisfied with the quality of the professionalism and workmanship I received last week on my 2014 Toyota Highlander. The problem was two-fold and took real perseverance to come to a successful outcome. Keith, from the service department, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I couldnt be more pleased with the results and now my car is running perfectly! I am usually reluctant to get service at a dealership, recalling sitting in cold open spaces on folding chairs next to the service counter...but Toyota of Morristown has a very comfortable, warm, and bright waiting area complete with specialty coffees and a big screen tv. Bonnie was a great help to us in buying our new RAV4 Hybrid. We had a ton of questions and she followed up on every one. She was also very pleasant and patient and that made the whole sales process feel much more comfortable. We will contact her again when we buy our next car.
Had the best experience a couple weeks ago- I called to inquire about a 4Runner and had the immense pleasure of speaking with Brendan Low who was so warm and professional- he promptly connected me to Alvin and I was able to go in almost immediately. He personally escorted me to Alvin (who was also amazing) right on time, got me a water, made sure I had everything I needed. Its rare to get this level of service at a dealership these days!
My wife and I are visiting from Florida and wanted to get our Corolla serviced for 30,000 miles. Doug Muller went above and beyond to make sure that our service was covered under our warranty. I bought my first Prius from Toyota of Morristown in 2005 and have found every experience --from service to advice to actual repairs to be consistently 5 stars. The latest one was no exception. Mike Barry, my advisor, kept me up to date on what was happening with my 2017 Prius and thoroughly explained what would happen. That certainly lessened my worry and stress. The courtesy, professionalism, and expertise of your entire staff is exemplary. And I truly love my Prius.

I AM EDITING THIS BY ADDING IN ABOVE WHAT I HAD ALREADY WROTE BECAUSE I CAN NOT DO ANOTHER REVIEW.ADD ON - Tom had reached out to me and we chatted. Like actual humans with decency. He let me explain our side of things actually heard me out and everything I had to say. I was calm with both interactions. I have a lot to think about, Tom certainly seemed to take this to heart. Unfortunately with how disgusting behavior Judy gave me I’m on the fence.I do believe the good in people (not Judy that shipped sailed) and giving second chances. So from the interaction I had with Ken and then Tom I will consider going back. If I have a single issue with Judy I’m leaving.Tom and Ken are worth that store and really shows who cares and have honest positive front and dedication to the store.What I originally wrote is below.We had an oil change scheduled. There was miss communication and instead of handling the situation calmly the whole situation escalated. The service provider was rude and aggressive. Ended up dumping the glove box on the floor tried to do other work that was not asked to do or approved. I tried calling management to have a calm conversation so it can be cleared up. I left voice mail was told that Judy calls everyone back no matter how big or little the situation was. Never got a call I went to follow I was told she call back in 30 minutes. That did not happen I get things can come up. I call again finally spoke to one person and who was Ken. He let me speak never got frustrated or anything negative. He help me get to Judy. Second I speak with her she doesn’t introduce her self I was on hold I thought I just got replaced so I said I was waiting to speak with Judy or another manager. Instantly she was rude defensive cutting me off in conversation like she had a defensive wall up already. . I couldn’t even explain our side. She claims great costumer service but from that encounter I would love to know how. I said this is a waste and we’ll have to agree to disagree because I can’t even talk to you. I was calm the whole time. She couldn’t even take two seconds to let me try to talk. Ken however would be the only reason I would go back to the Morristown location but unfortunately with everything else I will never go back. I can and have found better since.
Really appreciated Dougs guidance throughout the service process – Ive been a customer of Toyota of Morristown for more than 15 years and they continue to make the service process even more seamless and frictionless every service appointment. Great guidance by Doug throughout the journey and continuous communication around what decisions needed to be made and why. Barbara was our saleswoman and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable and kind, and not pushy like many of the car salespeople Ive dealt with during the car buying process. She seemed genuine in wanting to help get us a new vehicle at the best price.The dealership was kind, and everyone we encountered from front desk to the time we drove away was kind and helpful. I recently had a great experience with Toyota of Morristown and Keith, my Service Manager. My Prius has low mileage so this maintenance was routine. What I really appreciated was the valet service, it was seamless. In addition to that, when I mentioned that my car was very dirty, without missing a beat, Kiethmy said, Well wash it for you. The wash was excellent! They obviously took some time doing a really good job. The car almost looked showroom new. Thank you Toyota and Keith.
Horrible service. Car is physically leaking gas and they called to say the computer couldn’t find anything wrong and they are charging $150 because they hooked it up to a computer to find the leak as opposed to…actually finding the leak. So it’s still leaking gas and we are out money because the computer couldn’t do their job for them. We purchased the car here and it’s been nothing but problems and they can’t even help! Avoid this place!! Would give zero stars if I could.
A+++++ I had to bring my Tacoma in for a recall and some other small issues. I dealt with Mike Barry in the service department. I am truly blown away by the professionalism and his attention to detail. I used to bring my truck to Autoland but I will be returning to Morristown from now on for any future service (its a much nicer place also). Thank you for a job well done!!!

A great facility with friendly staff. I was particularly impressed with Jared Randolph, who assisted me during my last visit. He presented me with all the information I needed to make a decision regarding the maintenance of my vehicle and also provided me with options not only for that servicing, but for future maintenance appointments as well. He was personable, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. Will be going back to have my car serviced there for future appointments.

Our salesman Juan Zuluaga made the purchase process a pleasant experience. He did all of the hard work for us and ensured we had a fair purchase price and trade in value for our old RAV4.
Very seamless process and helpful staff. They even had a shuttle available for drop offs and pick ups before/after your service although this can take some time due to the limited number of people in the shuttle. Social distancing and masks were enforced which was encouraging. Keith was very helpful and efficient. All in all, very surprised with the level of service during my first visit under the maintenance plan!
Ask for Juan Zuluaga.Since 2012, my family has purchased 5 cars from various dealerships. Of those 5 instances, purchasing a car from Toyota of Morristown was by far the best experience. Juan was my sales representative and he was simply an anomaly in the used car dealing industry. He treated every member of my family with respect, was very professional in answering all of our questions, and was willing to go the extra mile to help us make sure we had everything we needed to make a great purchase. Juan listened to our needs and even weeks after the purchase was made, he made himself available to us for further assistance. Mind you, he already made his sale and did not need to do that. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
