Great place for all your gaming needs, the staff are actually all gamers who will chat with you about games if you want but will also just get straight to business if you prefer. All in all a good place to work.

Really nice store with a lot of gaming options and supplies. The staff is always helpful and polite. The wide rage of products they have a truly to numerous to try and describe in a review.

The employees are always so helpful and let us know when something we are interested in drops. They are very professional and know their jobs well. Great games but this is the second time I got a fake game first it was halo reach now ghost recon wildlands I can see the label right through the bottom of the disk

You should update your hours if operation online to show your hours are changed from opening at 10am to 11am so people like me who dont drive a half hour to get here and youre not even open and I dont have an hour to kill and wait.

This was the ONLY place I was able to find a Hatchimal (the big ones) on Christmas Eve. And if that wasnt enough when I called an was told they only had ONE left I asked the guy to hold it and he did. It was for my grand daughter. I recommend them 1000 times over. Ive found movies there Id lost all hope of ever finding. An my sons are constantly buying games there because of their prices. So with this one its a win win all the way around!

Can get good deals on used items new items comparable to most stores. Dont give you much on trade ins but thats how they make most there profit.

The stores are always great and helpful but the online customer service is horrendous, they dont anwser any emails and you have to wait at least an hour on the phone until you can speak to a human being, watch out if they say theres gonna be a 30 minute hold thatll be 2 hours

High price, high quality video games and video game merchandise

The staff at the Morristown Mall GameStop in Tennessee is absolutely atrocious. I had called this location on 5/15 to confirm I can finish my payment of Injustice 2 on 5/16 and remain eligible to keep my pre-order bonuses that come along with the game (Darkseid access). An associate informed (or more so mis-informed) me that I can actually pickup the game at anytime on 5/15 as Gamestop is not doing a midnight release. Being that the associate told me this, I went ahead and made a trip (which is roughly 30 minutes) solely to pickup my order. Once I arrived at the location, I got a very handwashy and unsympathetic experience from the three associates that was working at the time. I stated that I had called just about 30 minutes ago and an associate had told me I can pickup the game at any time today, to which they responded with condescending Nos and Nopes accompanied by headshaking. All three associates said that they had not told me that despite me calling 30 minutes ago. One went even as far to say 30 minutes ago? Nope, that wouldnt be one of us. (Hard to believe 3 people would start at the exact same time in a small store.) They did tell me (only tell me) that I can pick up the game at 9 tonight, which unfortunately does not work for me as I have to work myself from 4-10. However, my friend, who was with me for this experience, said that he would make a special trip just to pickup my game and then bring it to me. My friend then arrived at 9 oclock to find no open entrance to the mall to access GameStop. Unaware of how he was suppose to enter, he called the store, to which the associate responded that he needed to be here at 8:30, a fact that none of the three associates mentioned at the store when we were there. Specifically, the dialogue that was exchanged was you can pick it up at 9. Never once did I receive an apology for our cumulative 2 hours of wasted trips, gas, or simple miscommunications the associates had made. Im appalled at how many simple errors, that could have been fixed by so many people, occurred over the course of something as simple and routine as picking up a pre-ordered game. I HIGHLY suggest that whoever manages this location reevaluates the current rooster of employment and urges all current associates to seek work elsewhere. There are far to many people who are considerate and highly undervalued that are seeking a job for GameStop to pass up when their current staff is so infuriating.

Filing for bankruptcy. Ill give you $5 dollars for it.
