Friendly, fast, knowledgeable. They have managed to fix every problem I bring them.
Had them upgrade my computer on one occasion and a repair on another. They have a very knowledgeable staff and outstanding service. I was very satisfied.
Had what I needed at a more than fair price! These guys will take care of you!
Had problems with my laptop which I purchased from them, with a 3 year warranty Well, within 4 months I began having problems, not the run of the mill slow or virus type problems but actually blue screen of death memory dumps and eventually the entire hard drive failed. Taking it back to them even with this warranty after spending almost 1,000$ in total it was a huge huge hassle to get them to even respond to me. Eventually (after 3 weeks) of constantly having to call and even go in a few times they took the system, repaired it.. But wanted to charge ME for the hard drive that had failed another 129.99$ to replace. When the whole thing was this bad systems fault anyway, and also having a 3 year warranty should that not cover my problem in full no questions asked? Instead I ended up without my work laptop for over a month... Ended up going ahead and paying for THEIR mistake. I will never be going back to this establishment for anything what so ever. If anyone has any other great computer shops or repairs business in mind I am in need of constant work for my business. Any help for anyone who is reliable, fast and low cost would be appreciated!!! Thanks Jeff T.
Had 2 problems on different occasions. They fixed it promptly.
Have used this Internet service for my parents for years. I hate making these kind of marks, but this has been the absolute worst Internet Service serving Morristown. To be clear, this is only discussing Log Ons attempt to support the Ultranet/Wireless Internet service entity. I cant speak on their computer support as Ive yet to use it.I can honestly say that for all the years that Ive used this service, that it only worked somewhat reasonable in the first year I used it back when the service was first offered. This was many years ago. After that point, it has never functioned as one would expect; connections dropped, offline, outages. Its completely regular. Typically the service varies in the oh wow, we had a good week that time and then the remainder of the months are atrocious.I cant necessarily fault the company. The employees are friendly; they truly try to help. Its just unfortunately that after the week of assistance, that service goes South again.I hate saying these sort of things as I love the idea of small business growing and serving the community. Id love for the service to change and turn this rating around. However, thats all up to LogOn. My hope is that it happens.
It is a shame that competitors will post negative comments to hurt businesses just to drive customers to their business. If you follow the negative comments here you will find that these people have posted poor reviews for every local computer store in the area. I do work at Logon Computer Services so my opinion is hardly unbiased, but I feel that the public should know that many of these are not reviews by our customers, but rather competitors who are out to slander our reputation to serve their own ends.
Internet goes down all the time. And is very slow. The people there are very nice good customer service skills. Just need better internet!
You would think charging people 60$ a month for just 4mb they would be able to upgrade their gear
A little expensive but great people to work with very knowledgeable and help you with pretty much anything
Very expensive if they would lower their prices it would be an amazing store I do not know how their internet is but they do have their own internet so I cannot comment on that.
Logon Computer Services is a business that could only exist in Morristown, or perhaps any other downtrodden backwoods township that is at least a decade behind the modern, connected world. To give this operation a single star would simply be unjust, as they have somewhat competent customer support. However, as an Ultranet subscriber for multiple years now, thats where my positives end.Let me be frank with you. If you live in a rural area in Morristown, and do not want a truly satellite internet connection, you have to subscribe to Ultranet. AT&T Rural Access does not extend here, nor do similar services. You have no choice. If Ultranet had even a shred of competency, this wouldnt be a problem; but they dont in the slightest. I wish I could remember the amount of nights Ive sat, waiting for my internet to come back on because of an outage. It has gone off for longer than 24 hours previously; thats utterly unacceptable. To make a living as a web designer, I have to go to the Dunkin Donuts and utilize their WiFi more often that I do work at home. I sometimes feel as if their downtime is longer than their uptime. And often times, this isnt just because of outages; their speeds are abhorrent.I can only come to the conclusion that this sorry bunch of college dropouts parading around as technicians are using an outdated technology that causes throttling when there are more subscribers on in an area. In the evening, their service is almost impossible to use. Even if I am the only person in my house, and even if my modem is plugged directly into my desktop, my speeds are abhorrent. I am getting a genuine fraction of the speeds I am being scammed for. I am paying upwards of $80 for ~8 Mbps. In the year 2019, this is what Im stuck with in an area of Morristown that isnt even that rural. This is all because of a joke of a companys monopoly on the rural population of this town.If I could get Spectrum in my area, I would be paying for $45 a month for 200 Mbps, and they give you a real modem. Did you know the modem that Logon gives you is outdated by over a decade? How much more of a joke can this service be?My only hope is that this place soon goes out of business. It will sooner than later, as businesses like this will not survive in an ever-expanding tech world. I hope, furthermore, that someone from LogOn sees this an realizes you are operating a monopolistic scam.If you can, avoid their service at all costs. I am having to rent an office space in town so I can have consistent internet access to do my work. So thank you, LogOn Computer Services, for altering my life in such a way through your absolute joke of an internet subscription service.
Staff is friendly enough, most of the time. Ive had one particular experience with them when they nearly flat out refused to give me any advice on a certain problem I was having. Their prices are extremely expensive compared to other places, especially for computer hardware. If you are looking for hardware, buy online and install yourself. Its very simple and it will save you a lot of money.
I was pretty upset with one technicians lack of knowledge and failure to listen to my description of the problem, but Logon was very proactive when I complained. Customer satisfaction is important to them, and I was happy with the way they handled my problem.
They have an alright selection of parts and things. But they were WAY over priced. In my opinion they are taking advantage of people in morristown because there are only 2-3 shops. I bought my system there a dell inspiron 5550s and it was working OK, until the guarantee they had on the thang went out. Then I started getting viruss left and right and after reading what this young lady said about them INSTALLING viruss if u dnt buy the insurnce it all clicked, NEVER will I go their I had my system repaired by another shop or guy who works from home but has a legit business and very very knowledgable about just about everything. He told me some things about them too. Seems the internet is NOTHING BUT A $ MAKER. Go to someone who is knowledgable and can repair your stuff for much less that offers a guarantee. We live in TN isnt there a good ole downhome shop around? Ive heard of a new place and heard some awesome reviews on it. I wont mention it just to bash these guys even more but I can say he owns a website and does a lot of advertising on facebook. Real nice guy he repaired the system I got from Logon.... He said he gets 3-4 a month from there and the Mouses Pad. I think these shops are living in the past and obsolete. Call around before just dropping a system off, I know the guy I used was super cheap and it has been almost a year now and my system stil runs as new. He gives you all the tools he repairs with! So he isnt out to have you come back and just make money.... People and Businesss Like Log On Computer Services will shut down in the end. Their UltraNet sucks.. Slow, and VERY INSECURE. Do your research before buying or getting repairs!!!
Diagnose problems quickly, make necessary repairs, & are reasonably priced
Great guys thanks for helping me out
