I love staples at morristown town for it supports small business like me; printing name card, thank you card, brochure. This location has easy access, plenty of parking and right in center of town. Staples offers lots of office supplies and printing ink quick pickup, which is faster than amazon next day delivery.

Great experience at Staples in Morristown. Sean did a wonderful job. He offered help while I was browsing some items and gave good advice. During our conversation I found out he had been there 12 hours AND it was his grandsons first birthday that he would be going to after work. I wouldnt have known he was there all day already as he took his time explaining the products to me as well as talking about business.If you need to shop at Staples I highly recommend this one due to Seans ability to exceed customer service expectations.

The manager Brent and his team are professional, attentive, and very helpful. The young man working the register greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. It is important to recognize the professionalism of those working hard in the retail space and the employees at this location made my day better. I will be back.

Horrible customer service. Ive been to other Staples in NJ and this by far is the worst. Never experienced such an attitude from a staff member. Just because your in a mood does not mean you take it out on customers

My gf lost her iphone in the snow for 2 days. It looked like it was a goner, but after some googling we found this service by Staples called tekdry. It took 30 min of light heat and vacuum and it booted right back up! Were very pleased with the service we received at this Staples and well be back. Sameer was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional through the whole process. He clearly cares about customer service and really went above and beyond for us. Sameer is the man!!

Chose to go to the store to pick up an item that the computer said the store had. But despite the fact that they had it in stock, they thought it was too hard to get to it in the storage room so suggested we go home and order it on line for delivery. REALLY? You cant sell me something that is in the store. I spoke with the team supervisor who didnt seem at all disturbed by this.Perhaps you could set your stock room up so that you can actually get things for customers?

Some employees clearly have no interest ... others, ok. Spent 25 minutes in furniture area, had to use my phone for answers, nobody showed up. Went to monitors, was asked if I needed help, then couldnt answer even one question and clearly couldnt have cared less. Great guy stocking shelves ... knowledge wasted there...the young man at cashier was bright and engaged. Mixed review, but overall dont go back to that site again.

It was crunch time on a project that I needed to finish and my printer crapped out on me at home. I ran over to the Staples and they were slammed busy with other projects however the guy understood how important this was to me to get finished and how I needed to get out the same day. They did in between their jobs help me and I really appreciate them taking the time. I love this Staples location

Been very pleased with this Staples. Use their copy & print services often. Several things Staples has done lately has greatly improved the customer experience. I work for a non-profit and it is very convenient that I can buy online and have the 1-Hour Pickup. They have vastly improved their copy & print services so that you can design online, pay online and pickup. We have volunteers who have awareness events around the country and it is so convenient that I can get them the materials they need and can pay online for them. In the past, we would send through an order and they would have to be pay and then be reimbursed.

We went to 5 different registers none of which worked and nobody who worked there knew what to do or how to fix the issue. We finally got checked out after 15 minutes of waiting. Considering this is the only large office supply store in the area, I would prepare for a long wait if you do choose to go here.

Went to the copy center and was helped by a very friendly, courteous and professional associate. Great experience.

PRINTING DEPT at the Morristown Store: I had to get some postcards printed, and had a technical glitch. Melissa was so helpful and got it all sorted for me. While I was there she helped several other people and she was patient and knowledgeable while she was trouble-shooting for them also. Bravo Melissa! You are a great employee. Fantastic service and a great attitude.

I have my office stamp printed last week. The staffs at the printing shop were very helpful. The stamp was ready to pick up in one hour.

I dont usually write reviews, (good or bad), but I honestly, the Staples in Morristown truly stands out. Every time I go there, I have a great experience. The employees are friendly, and they go out of their way to help you, or find you an extra coupon. Also, the manager is especially helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable.If you have questions about office supplies, need professional copies, or are unsatisfied with with a product you purchased, there always seems to be a reasonable solution. I truly walk away from the Staples in Morristown feeling like a valued customer, every time, and I go there a lot.Thank you to all those Staples employees at Morristown who make that happen; it makes a big difference, and I appreciate all of the help that you have given me over the years.

Chris Ryan in the Copy and Print Center is great. He helped steer me to a less expensive option for my print job, completed the job in a very tight time frame and was friendly and welcoming throughout.

Called to see if they had the batteries I wanted and at what price. 8 minutes later I am still on hold. I will take my business elsewhere.

They never answer the phone

Their printing is really slow so dont use it in a rush. Apparently the three machines dont talk to one another and it takes extra time for the printer to process. Also you cant print more than one document at a time. I had to do rush printing behind the desk for an extra fee and the guy behind the counter was giving me real sass in the process.
