I had two boxes that needed to be combined. They cut, open and taped the larger box. Their customer service has always been exceptional and I would never expect anything less. Keep up the amazing service guys!

This is the BEST UPS I have ever been to. Great service, great people. It is almost therapeutic for me to go in there because they really take care of you and the items you need handling. No joke. Don’t go to other UPS or post office if you don’t have to. Serious.

I’ve had a couple great experiences at this location. It’s nice to receive complimentary tape and services when shipping packages. One employee, Austin, is so friendly and nice he made my day. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about the service at this location. The staff is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. To give credit where credit is due, Austin has specifically rescued numerous projects from printing, to shipping, to handling official documents. The staff at the Morristown UPS branch should serve as an example for other businesses to follow.

Great customer service! Ashton has helped me on several occasions and is extremely polite and professional. I was in line today while he was dealing with a difficult customer. He handled it extremely well besides the difficult customers several attempts at frazzling him.Ashton is great!

To whoever reads this, please know that the personnel here make this the best UPS store in the whole land. I needed to ship around 200 lbs of stuff to Puerto Rico in the middle of the holidays and these guys, with their friendliness, patience and overall good sense of high-quality service, exceeded my expectations by a mile and a half. They not only were able to offer me a more-than-reasonable rate, but somehow they found a way to make everything arrive within a week. I cant be grateful enough. I cant recommend them enough.

The BEST UPS store around. All the guys who work there go above and beyond to help you and they are so friendly! They are more than just packages too. A true bargain for prints. I hade a large collage poster made simply by sending them photos from my iPad. The price was very reasonable.

I went there to return a box from amazon. I was told that they would charge me only $1.00 to print a return label in black and white and receive the return. They tried to charge me $4.95 to print a single black and white page... I asked if I can use there public printer myself to print this return label and they refused. I left without using there services.. try a different place.

I have bad experiencia Edith this Store, I made a shipment of a package to my country, on November 2 / 2018, I país shopping spress ley that will arrive from 3 to 5 days, today November 13 has not arrived in my country, I have called customs to see if he is registered and have gone to the shipping store and they tell me that it is already there and it is not true. I rate this store as irresponsible.
