I needed a window replaced in my car after the original was broken. These fine folks were able to order another window for me and have it replaced very shortly after it arrived. The price was fair, the service was friendly, and the work was high quality. They even vacuumed the old glass out of the car for me as a courtesy, a service that was very appreciated. I will use these folks again if I need a new window or body work done.

Absolutely unacceptable. I had a busted headlight and minor dents, for that they tried to charge me over $4,000. The individual that worked at the counter tried to charge me for a new engine hood when it only had a small dent in it. He also lied when I asked if anything could be salvaged and what minimal repairs could be done. This guy is in fact after money because he spent several minutes telling another customer about his new boat. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will also be writing my state representatives to demand legislation be passed to stiffen the punishment for mechanics performing unneeded repairs and overcharging. Mark my word, the state of Idaho will pass legislation in response to this! I found out the cost to replace the headlight case, light bulbs, and tools to fix the dents, all cost me less than $200! Please see Idaho law code 56-227 for information regarding how mechanics can be punished for performing unneeded repairs.

Mark was my primary contact during my repair - He was extremely respectful, swift, and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to use this company for repairs. My KIA was damaged after being rear-ended and they fixed her up within 3 days! She looks shiny, new, and is cleaner than when I dropped her off :) Thank you for your services!

While I can only speak for their towing service, its top notch. Ive used it several times now, and never had to wait longer than a half hour, maybe. Its decently priced, and the drivers Ive interacted with are easygoing, and very customer focused. All in all, if you need a tow, Id call here first.

Excellent body shop. Fixed my front bumper in a timely manner while communicating with the insurance company without any of my intervention. They sent me text notifications along the way during multiple points of the repair process. The final work looks like new and the paint was matched perfectly. Highly recommend!

Slow to get parts in

Overall they are decently good people. I had to pay one of their drivers not to tow my vehicle, but after finding out that the situation was not handled correctly and the steps taken were actually against the law I was very upset. After calling one of the owners (Wes) at the Pullman location and explaining the situation I didn’t initially get good feedback. However Wes’s employees spoke very highly of him and I feel that he really was a nice guy just having a bad day. That being said I was able to get in contact with the owner of the shop over in Moscow (Mark) and he was very very helpful about the situation. Mark was very kind and respectful and really did try to help. He ended up offering us a 50% refund which was honestly a better deal than having to try to deal with small claims court. So I wanted to thank Mark for really trying to understand what it was like to be in my situation and using the best possible customer service to fix the issue.

This is the best auto body shop in Moscow. They get the work done beautifully and on time. Jeff and his team are brilliant!! You can also get free rides to and from the shop. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommended!! Keep up the good work!!

Met me after hours so I could pick up my car, which was nice. The guy was patient while I found my paperwork. Only complaint is the cost which was over $300 for a tow of maybe 1.5 miles for a total of 3 hours time. I get an after hours fee but dang.

Just got my car towed at 2am and the guy with the beard tried to make me pay him 400 dollar cash with no paper work to show that i paid for it.. when i told him no he call the cops on me and said i was on his property and when the cops came he told them he was off and going home..but then me and my friend saw him towing another car around 2:30am i think he was trying to over charge me because of the car i owned..like what?

On Sunday the 12th i came home to find a UI plow had maule my car. Took it Monday morning in to ABSC and they handled submitting the clim to the state for me. Picked up my car Wednesday the 29th looking good as new! They even installed my new horns for me! They kept me updated and Marcus was pleasant to speak to with my bi-daily calls. If i ever need body work done again( hopefully i dont) i know where im going!

Super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation. Wish I would have gotten his name, but I would absolutely recommend this company!
