Jesse helped me through the entire process of getting my bumpers fixed on my Chevy Colorado! It was my first time getting into a fender bender, but Jesse really went above and beyond to ensure my truck was fixed! Called for an estimate to get my 2001 Dodge Ram repainted they emailed me a quote within a few minutes they had the best price in the area unless you go somewhere where you have to wonder about the quality of the job they will do. They did an excellent job and I get compliments everywhere I go.

Had my Subaru lifted and tires done at a dealership but they didn’t account for the rubbing in the wheel Wells or the bumper-Jesse got right on researching solutions and fixed the car right up now I can turn- no rubbing- can’t see any of the trimming that was done. Above and beyond the service I expected and for more than a fair price. Even replaced a brake light he noticed was out.Can’t really say enough good stuff about these guys-One of those places you feel lucky to have found when ya need em. Will be bringing our truck in soon for some body work.If you need a body shop- these are your people.Thank you guys!

Super Helpful. Super Friendly. Great value.I had to have a door hinge replaced on my chevy s10 and no other shop would do it because of the welds that would have to be redone. They ordered the parts and held them for me for about a month while I saved for the work and when the time came, they delivered. No more noise and the door finally closes easily again. BIG THANKS!!

These guys are absolutely incredible. Over the winter, I jackknifed a trailer into the rear quarter panel of my beloved 98 Subaru Forester. Looking at the damage that was done, I thought it wouldnt ever be possible to get the car back to perfect again.Happily, I was wrong. I keep looking at the panel to find some flaw in the work performed but there just isnt any. Looks like brand new, which probably wasnt easy considering its unique shape and curves.I went to 6 other body shops and no other shop came in cheaper or proactively promised to use the original factory paint. These guys matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the car, which I imagine wasnt easy considering it was more than 20 years old.Highly recommend.

Jesse and were incredibly kind in helping Palouse Prairie School get a field trip bus painted. It is a school bus that cannot be yellow (because it is not use to take kids to/from home). Few people ever really *want* to go to a body shop, but if you need one in the Moscow, Idaho area, you wont be happier than with University Collision - Moscow. Id never had an accident before so was ignorant of the process, and they led me through it and worked directly with my insurance company (which is based on the east coast) and the local adjuster. And the work was superb all around ... they even detailed (not just washed/cleaned) the car inside and out, which I wasnt expecting, and somehow restored that coveted new-car smell.

I cant recommend University Collision of Moscow enough! My car has visited this shop on two occasions following minor car accidents and both times the staff has gone above and beyond! Not only did they do an amazing job repairing the damage to my car, but they also removed the headache of dealing with the responsible partys insurance company.

Had my bumper fixed there. I am very satisfied with the excellent job they did on my car, friendly service and affordable price. Although extra issues was discovered during the repair, they were still able to keep the final price pretty close to their original quote.

Came in for some minor bumper/wheel well work after a small fender-bender. I quickly received a quote and was able to get my car in that week. Picked my car up and it looked like new- plus my car had been washed, and they even fixed a headlight that was out for me! Super affordable! Friendly, helpful employees. Would recommend to anyone! They made an unfortunate accident a little less painful!

We had some body damage on our 2013 Outback. This was a total first for me and leaving the car there was almost like leaving a child at a hospital. I know thats going too far but I love my car and try to take good care of it. Having Marc explain in detail what was going to be done and how when we dropped the car off was fantastic. Jessie was there when we picked it up and he did just as fantastic of a job! Also I sprang for an interior detail and IT WAS AWESOME! Felt like I was getting a new car. All in all, a fantastic experience. We are going back now for a windshield to be fixed. :)

They definitely go above and beyond. Super courteous, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and were super quick. I mentioned that I had been having trouble with visibility at night since a collision and they checked the headlights, which they thought might have been knocked out of alignment during the collision. Visibility is great again.Got me scheduled quickly and communicated with my insurance (State Farm). Updated me on progress of my car. And the body work they did for my Subaru Impreza was flawless. I am 100% satisfied. I had my Ford F-150 in for repair after an accident and they had to change the ENTIRE frame out for a brand new one. After getting approval from the insurance company, they began work right away and even kept me up to date with all the repairs. They helped me get a rental car and they even offered me a ride home. I cant stress how professional and courteous they were. They had the truck rebuilt from nothing to running in three days (and I mean nothing but the frame to an air freshener hanging from the mirror). When I realized the AC didnt blow cool air the day I picked it up, they stayed after hours to get it recharged for me right away.I strongly recommend this company and would not take any vehicle I own anywhere else in the area. I had my car towed from Moscow Auto Service to University Collision where Jesse was kind, prompt, and professional. My car arrived on April 1st/2nd and on April 3rd I had an approved estimate from Jesse and his shop. It took under 3 days for his shop to have an estimate submitted and approved. It took Bruce at Moscow Auto Service over 3-weeks and counting to not have anything to show for it. I got my car back on April 18th—nearly 5 weeks after the initial accident. The only reason for such a delay, difficulty, and frustration was due to my experience with Moscow Auto Service.My engagement with University Collision was very favorable and I felt respected and was treated like a priority. I highly recommend the services that they provide.
