I was not careful in the snow and had half of my car off the road on the side of a mountain road. Even though the road was not plowed and one side of the back end of my car was more than 1 foot in the air, they were able to right it back onto solid ground and down the mountain road to a cleared area. My car is still in great shape after getting it out, can’t thank them enough!

Great company. I felt like I was calling a friend rather than a mechanic. I messed up my vehicles braking system, and Brian responded to me quickly on a late Saturday night, worked on my vehicle through the week of Christmas, and dropped it off to me on New Years Day. I called these guys when our technicians service vehicle broke down in a rural area about an hour south of Moscow, ID and I needed someone who could respond quickly and was in the area. They had very good ratings so I called and Brian (owner) said he could handle retrieving our Dodge RAM 1500 truck. He ran into a few issues himself on the way to retrieve our truck (flat tire) which delayed him a bit but he still managed to make it all work out in the end. On top of that, he was able to look at our truck to diagnose what had gone wrong and ultimately found it was the fuel pump. After replacing this, the truck ran great and we where able to drive it back to Spokane from Moscow. The pricing was reasonable the the service was extremely timely which was greatly appreciated. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because instead of showing up with a tow truck, they had a flat bed trailer towed behind a Yukon and in order to get our truck on the trailer, they had to tow it up a hill and then use gravity to roll it onto the thing! They get an A for creativity but a C for having the right tools to do the right job. Not sure what they would have done if there hadnt been a hill handy... All that aside, Brian was accommodating, friendly, very helpful and we got the truck back in a very timely fashion. If youre ever in a pinch, they will certainly do their best to help you out even if it means doing some outside the box thinking!

One of the only places in town I can find that will work on my European car. I needed a new starter motor and he got it fixed within a day! He also noticed my oil filter cap was leaking and loosing oil so he gave me some oil, shows his attention to detail. Great service and great prices definitely recommend bringing your car here.

Snoway was a life saver! On our trip home our truck broke down and being a Sunday no one was opened but Brian was available! He got us back up and on the road in a few hours and even went above and beyond and let us borrow his vehicle to run and grab lunch while we waited as we had not ate all day.
