Im just happy to have a competent authorised Mac service provider in the area. They do good work.

I went in today feeling rather irate that my Apple iphone wasnt working. I was pleasantly greeted by Gavin and then Lindsay. They listened to me and then opened up my phone to investigate. Imagine my embarrassment when they found coffee damage that I had been unaware of. Without any judgement they gave me some options for the problem. Lindsay offered to clean the inside of the phone and after a good 15 minutes of thorough cleaning, my phone was working like new. Thank you, Gavin and Lindsay, for your awesome customer service!
