Nothing loads on time. I cant even play a chess match without a 10second delay. If youve ever played bullet, you know what I need. Just dependable for 1 min. Ugh!I came on here to right a review and it took a minute to load google...... fix your ship.

Customer service is amazing and the price is pretty good by comparison. The downside for me is that the connection in my building is not always stable and being an online student at this time, one can see how that affects me negatively. We also use a streaming device for TV. In these modern times, internet/WiFi are pretty important! However, anytime I have questions they are quick to help! And service is never down for too long.

Cactus has been on the Palouse longer than I have. I have bought a lot from them over the years from software to hardware. In this case, I bought a mesh router system in 2006. A power surge wiped the settings out of one of the units. I took the system into the store and they reset it on the spot for a nominal charge. You just cant beat their knowledge of networking of all types, from cable to wireless. We are lucky to have them in our area.

Cactus Internet is the only internet provider for my apartment complex and while I have only been using their service for a few weeks, so far it seems to be of good quality. Both download and upload speeds are fast and so far I havent had any issues being disconnected. I often have multiple users at a time connected all while streaming Netflix or Hulu with no issues. The only downside is the pricing, my previous provider was about $15.00 cheaper for the same megabits per second. That being said, I understand Cactus is a small business and I dont mind paying extra to support a small business.

For the most part this provider works ok. Its the only internet available in my complex, yet as an internet provider has no way to pay bills online, and twice a week around midnight my service shuts off. Wonderful people run the store but one would think i could pay my bill online to a place that provides internet service. Furthermore, I would like to hope they quit throttling data speeds and give people what they pay for. Its kind of bad they have a monopoly on internet in some places, but yet cant provide proper service.

Cactus Internet has been nothing but helpful anytime we have needed help. They have sent a technician same day to have any problems resolved and also call back any time we needed, even after hours. When we did have a small outage they let us use there office and computers to get done what we needed. They are outstanding when it comes to customer service. The internet speed we have works great for all of our needs and we have not had any issues with speeds. The prices are great for what is provided and the staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them, there are not contracts and your speed can be changed up or down anytime that you want.

Cactus is a great alternative to big companies like Frontier and Spectrum. Cactus has amazing customer service and reliability. I have been using them for over six years. I could not be happier.

Cactus is the only internet provider to my apartment building so we are stuck. After having many other internet providers through out my life I can positively say that they have been the worst by far. The internet is the slowest, most unreliable service I have ever had. We have had problems with the customer service since day one. After a strain of the internet going out completely we were told by them that if we needed internet than we Need to go somewhere other than our apartment and get it. If you can do anything about it then choose any other internet provider besides Cactus Computer. You will be much better off.

Great people. Friendly, helpful, prompt. Happy to support a local business. They cannot provide internet service to everyone in the community because their service is line-of-sight. They explain that up front. I have had Cactus email service 20 years, internet when available, in-store assistance, computer purchases, software problem-solving. I highly recommend them.

Cactus has provided internet service to all of the apartments in my 3 buildings for years with excellent service and a good price. Cactus has also handled my e-mail for years with excellent results.

I love these guys, I get their internet in Pullman. I pretty much always deal with Monica, whos almost too nice for her own good, lol.If I ever have a problem, (kinda always my fault, btw,) she gets back to me right away, even on weekends, and Im back up and running in no time. Weekend saved!Ive heard a lot of bad stories about some of the other providers around here, too. Cactus are good people.Oh, btw Monica, if you see this right away, its not a bribe... ; ) lol.- John

Originally gave a poor review, had issues with internet at times, but staff was very helpful and nice. Would recommend getting the higher speeds. Wanted to get TV services with my internet.

I needed a high-speed internet upload to submit some large commercial drone videos. Monica at Cactus was most helpful. They have the fastest wifi upload of anywhere in Moscow. What would have taken 4 days to upload at my home internet took a little over one hour at Cactus. So grateful for this fast, reasonably priced, professional service. Will definitely use again.

Ive honestly been really impressed with their customer service.They got me hooked up the same day I called.I got the 29.95 plan because it fits with my budget and it does pretty well for all my video watching.I also had my money order stolen out of the mail and had to go through all the nonsense with moneygram to get it refunded but cactus computer was really understanding and worked with me on this.I really appreciate it because times are really hard for me right now and I wont be able to pay for this month twice and I am totally alone for Christmas this year.If I was without internet too it would make for a really crappy Christmas. So I am completely impressed and appreciative of this company and their services. Thank you!

I cant speak to their service for internet customers as what they offer doesnt cut it for me. I can, however, say that the service in store is great. Their prices are a bit high, at least on GPUs, but Id rather shop here than some other local place I wont name whose employees act like asking them check their inventory is an imposition.

Extremely slow and unreliable, no after hours or weekend tech support, no online payment portal, and a very error-prone billing system. Cactus Computer is just as prickly and unpleasant as it sounds. Do yourself a favor and dont touch them with a 100 foot pole.

An Internet Service Provider should be more reliable.

Their internet service is OK, certainly the fastest wireless in town. If you have to choose between First step and Cactus, go with Cactus. They usually have the parts I need in stock .

This is by far the worst internet and computer repair service I have ever used.
