False advertising, they sell more than juat staples

Usually this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. However, on this visit the stores policy that EVERYONE must wear a mask left me feeling isolated and unwelcome. I have heart disease, lung disease, and other conditions. I have a letter from my local doctor that I should NOT wear a mask. Breathing the CO2 that I have exhaled is harmful for my health. I have blood tests that reflect this. The associate offered curbside assistance. When I called, the manager offered curbside assistance. Though they each offered assistance, I felt was not welcome in the store with my health problems. I only needed 2 things - a scientific calculator for my jr high child and a pencil sharpener for her. I was frustrated, left the store and will end up ordering online because we do not have another office supply store in this town. This is the only store or individuals that have had a problem with my need for oxygen - not carbon dioxide.

Great deals and helpful employees. They have a wide selection of products and the employees know how to find and sort to what you need. They even helped me load a bulky product into my car. Great place!

The gentleman who assisted me in the print and copy section this morning was incredibly friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job with the tasks I gave him and was very personable and patient. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

This store has great deals and prices! They will get you a filing cabinet via price match and ensure that it does not have shipping damage like most online filing cabinet orders turn out.

This is the second time that we have placed an on-line order that was not delivered as promised. They reason given is that there was no one at the office to accept delivery. Our office is staffed from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The last time (after 1 week of excuses) I ended up cancelling the order and picking it up. I realize the store location is not responsible for the not delivering, but someone needs to be made aware of the lack of service.

First time Ive been in since they changed locations. I was after a new computer chair for work. I know I took well over an hour to decide. Despite my indecisiveness, Rhonda was patient and kind. Came over to check on me a couple times. She price matched the website for me and Tobias even carried it out to my car for me! Thank you guys - Im so excited to go to work and try my new chair!

If you are a poor college student, do not shop here. things cost way too much on a tight budget. you can find notebooks for a fifth of the price at other stores. But if you money to spare on some really nice notebooks, then why not

Im revising this to a one star review after receiving a broken hole punch, which was out of stock. The cashier, on purchase, informed me that there was a 14 day return period. Upon returning to the store, I was given a couple options. Option 1. Take it and hold it for an exchange. Option 2. Pay for a new one that they would order in (why do I need to pay to stock store shelves?). And option 3. Hold onto it and return it, then buy another one when its restocked.We discussed that option 3 would work best for me, since I need it to make face shields to donate do healthcare workers on the front line. However I voiced a concern with the store manager that since it was broken out of the box, broken merchandise would not be accepted as a return some unknown number of weeks down the line. Rhonda, the store manager, was unwilling to provide a written note of acknowledgement on this issue, and proceeded to provide me with a bureaucratical re-reading of the return policy on the receipt. Which, as per staples.com, requires that the product be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging.Being that this was damaged, that return policy did not apply, and I feel as if Rhonda was attempting to manipulate me into a sale for which no return policy or remediation would exist.Given these circumstances, I had no choice to return the product. Thank you, Rhonda, for your ability to easily deny any accountability, for providing me inaccurate information regarding the Staples return policy, and for delaying a shipment of important medical supplies.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. I came in to print a booklet for my final course in college to graduate around 5:30 PM, the two ladies were awesome and printed my two booklets immediately and sent me on my way. Upon arriving back to school and looking through the booklet I realized the binding bled into the text and all graphs and charts were blurry. I called Staples and spoke to Levi Blair who was working in the printing department at the time. Not only did he walk me through how to fix every page of a 58 page document, he answered my second call and gave me advice on transporting charts from excel. I arrived back to Staples at 8:57 and still had issues with my document. HE STAYED AND HELPED ME FOR HALF AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING AND PRINTED MY BOOKLETS AGAIN. I have absolutely no words for how incredible his service was. Staples is lucky to have someone like him.

Good selection of office supplies. Cables and other tech accessories are priced very high, though. Considering buying those elsewhere.

Fantastic selection of technology products and services for the Moscow market. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable sales team. Try Staples before trying Walmart. :)

I wanted to print out some business cards with a file that was the exact size that they needed to print and I dont know if its a program problem but I was there for 3 hours while they tried to get it right. I do appreciate their dedication to getting it right but when you have lots of other things to do spending 3 hours waiting for them to just format your cards is the worst! Now one star might seem a little harsh for just that but all the other times I have come in have been just as bad and they overcharge like crazy for rush printing for the next day and mounting. Save your money and go elsewhere.
