Lovely store, high quality products, super helpful and friendly staff. However! This store is Super NOT kid friendly! I had to take my almost 3 year old in here with me, and it was a nightmare. They really need shopping carts. Fyi, Moms like makeup too!

The setup of the store makes it really easy to navigate what you are looking for. I didnt catch her name but she was super helpful trying to help me locate my shade of foundation. The cashier at the front was sooooo sweet!
How not to run a business 101:I made an online appointment for a clipper cut. Arrived 5 minutes late and saw that there was just 1 stylist who was clearly not close to finishing with her client, so I asked someone to find out about the wait. Ten minutes. I decided to give it 20 past my appointment and then left to do a couple of things. When I came back 10 minutes later to find the stylist greeting her next client. I said, “My appointment was 30 minutes ago.” The stylist called her (?) supervisor and said she didn’t have time for me and the supervisor said, “You’re not authorized to do clipper cuts yet, are you?” “No.”I left without saying a word but I’ll never go back for a cut.I’ve had 2 fantastic stylists there since I’ve been going and they’ve both left.Why can’t Ulta keep on good stylists?

This is a breading ground for identify theft. The register person wanted my name, spelled out and date of birth, my email announced with a lot of people around. The manager seemed more than happy to promote personal info being announced to everyone in earshot. I said I was just involved in a breach and the manager bragged about how secure their system was. I replied that everyone says that. They had no care for my concerns, just that they get what they want. I was never asked if I even wanted to join. Very dissatisfied and feel violated with my private info to be protected. Most places dont require the verbal announcement in a public place with several people starring at you.
The gal who greeted us was super super nice and friendly.. how ever the female at the register has no idea what customer service is or how to even smile.. not a good person to have as your làst impression of store.

NEGATIVE TEN THOUSAND STARS!Absolutely the WORST customer care, definitely in 5 states, likely the world!Please NO STARS! Negative ten thousand stars!I went to Ulta for my son-in-law to purchase a gift(s) for my daughter. They did not have the items in stock, but immediately gave the option of ordering at the store and having it delivered to my home (to received in3 or 4 days). I purchased the items, made sure they had my email.correct (it was printed on the screen) and my phone number. I did not receive the items. I called this mistake a business and they said that I had to contact mani offices customer service. Called customer service twice and they talk about 1 word every 10-15 seconds at the least. After 2-3 words were said there was a long (45-60 second) stop. Twice this happened. And was told over the period of about 10-15 minutes that I had to call the local store. I called the local store, they found my receipt on their records and said that they would try to take care of it al call me back. TWO days later I had to call beck to see if any progress was made. AGAIN, they would call me back. Btw all these people are “managers”. When I was called back a few hours later I was told that they had not record of the sale (remember the other “manager” that had my receipt in the system? Absolutely NO RECORD of the sale. I had to call back customer services (whom were all likely in a Pot fog). These the “sweetest, so delicate manager” complains to me that she “HAD WASTED A LOT OF HER DAY ON MY ISSUE”. WOW! So so so sorry, managers, especially at Ulta, should never ever treat the customer with an ounce of respect because at Ulta the customer is always wrong.I KNOW what is WRONG!! Doing business at the poor excuse for a company!Impossible even to talk to customer disservice to get my money back, although after all their harassment I am wanting punitive damages to recover in addition to the MONEY THEY STOLE from me.
I can always find the one item Im looking for.

I wish I could leave no stars. My sister and I came here looking for a specific shampoo. When we came in we werent greeted. And when I tried to get someones attention to ask for help I was completely ignored. I went to wait in my car as my sister tried to get some help and was also ignored. Then after almost 30 minutes my sister bought 90$ worth of products were not even sure will work. And to add insult to injury when she went to check out she had to ask to be rang up. The girl who helped her had an attitude and deliberately did not ask if she found everything ok like theyre supposed to. There were 4 girls working and only one of them was helping a customer. The other 3 were standing around talking. If I had been a secret shopper this store would have been sighted for rude customer service. From now on I will drive down to the lewistown store instead. At least there they will look at me. Zero stars

Found everything I needed with ease and with expertise from the staff. Most knowledgeable employees I have found in an Ulta. I recently moved and my skin was reacting weird to the climate. Purchased all new skin products on recommendation from the staff and my skin immediately began to transform. About to purchase new hair products for the same reason and I am heading back there for the great staffs help.
Helpful staff. Carry about anything you could want or need for personal care. Had our makeup done just for fun at the Clinique counter. No pressure to buy, yet I managed to spend $70.

I’ve hesitated posting a review for a while, but do feel it necessary after an appointment at the salon last week. I’ve been going there for over a year and have always had a great experience when it comes to the result of my hair. One thing that happens over and over has nothing to do with the quality of the salon service, but really what happens during my appointment. The stylists talk poorly about the other stylists and gossip with one another about other staff. It almost seems like a Mean Girls clip. One is the salon’s manager as well. Maybe management needs more training on how to divert this sort of staff behavior instead of engaging in it? I get that you don’t always like the people you’re working with, but possibly do that in a break room and not around clients. It’s pretty uncomfortable.
Got my makeup done by Eli at the MAC counter. Super quick, excellent color selection, really knew what would work for me! Loved every bit of it! 5 stars all around!!!

I couldnt find anywhere on the Ulta website to give praise to a particular employee, so I resort to Google. I made an appointment with Ciera on a whim to fix my hair color disaster. She was very professional yet personable. She made a point to ensure that we were on the same page before she did anything and even tried to educate me as much as possible about how hair coloring works. She also recommended some great products. Im very pleased with how everything turned out and I hope people consider going to Ciera if they want similar results.
Priscilla is a great stylist in the salon! I was super happy to be able to make a last minute appointment. She took her time and was super thorough with my haircut. Thanks!!
I love this Ulta location! The staff is always super helpful. I have gone to their salon on a couple occasions, one time having my hair cut unevenly, like to the point one side was over an inch longer. When I called the store and talked to the stylist they fixed it for free.
We had an absolutely stellar experience at Ulta today, all thanks to Taylor! We came today in looking for a makeup tutorial for my teenaged daughter. Taylor was absolutely amazing--she asked all the right questions and talked my daughter through every part of the process--from skin care to foundation to shadow to gloss. She made product recommendations and suggestions--all without pressure. We left with everything we needed. Great experience!
Staff and managers are always very friendly and helpful even when the store is busy. I have a great experience everytime I go in. Huge selection in this store that not all Ulta stores have. This store has Mac and Nars in addition to the other top brands.

Really disappointed with my hair cut experience at this salon. The appointment I scheduled online was for an hour hair cut but when I arrived I was with a different stylist than I scheduled and they were double booked. The fee was $45 for a 20 minute hair cut that didn’t include a wash, blow dry, nor splitting my hair into sections to cut it. The stylist admittedly forgot their left handed shears and was using shears for someone who is right handed that appeared to be unsharpened as sometimes they didn’t cut. Unfortunate they charge $45 for a great clips quality hair cut. Complete rip off. Will not be back.

They let me return items that Im unable to use due to skin reactions which is great. I never know if something will bother me so being able to try it and then return or exchange it after using it is wonderful!

I come to the salon to get my hair done, get Sarah, she is awesome and listens to your needs. She will also help you with how a style and color will look good and I like the advice she gives about it. But the attitude at the front is okay. Some of the girls are nice but they are very chatty with eachother and this sounds dumb but they dont ask you if you need help. Sometimes im too intimidated to ask for help because I have had a bad experience with asking some of the workers there. They seem to not want to help if you interrupt their conversations with eachother. I work in customer service so I know what its like to talk to your favorite coworkers, but if a customer needs help, you kinda have to do your job, thats why you are there. Overall, love the store, salon, and the deals. Attitude needs work

Like the makeup, just never go to the salon. Theyll make you feel like an idiot if you show up on the wrong day. They wont even pretend to try to find a way to squeeze you in.
I am always able to find what I need here and they usually are fully stocked. The staff always asks if I need help and if I do are knowledgeable about what I am asking them for.
Extremely rude manager ruins an otherwise decent store.If there is no sign saying where the line starts, and your customer informs you of that, dont go yell at them and say It starts there because I said so. After that, dont eavesdrop on their conversation and bully them until you eventually kick them out of the store for expressing distaste in your obviously rude behavior.
I found what I was looking for but when I asked about a product one of the ladies working said it was to expensive for me and didnt even show me the product I asked about. I had to search the app to even find what I wanted. Seemed a little rude to assume I couldnt afford some of the products they had.

I have always loved shopping here but have been having a rough time trying to schedule a hair appointment. The first time I called I asked about their different services and the girl didnt really know anything and had to go ask someone else. She then explained to me that the blow out and style isnt a blow out. I called again to ask someone else about their services and she didnt really know much either. She told me I could come in for a consultation for $57 and then get my next appointment free which didnt make sense to me. They were unable to answer a lot of my questions. Pretty disappointing since we dont have many salons in the area.

Terrible cut and full highlight experience. After paying $180 I left the salon with slightly shorter hair, no style, and the only dye visible was on my face and neck. People were friendly but I didnt go to socialize. Very very disappointed with this experience!
