This outfit has been poorly managed for as long as Ive lived in Moscow. But right now it doesnt even rise to my lowest expectations. Passport services are absolutely abysmal.Had the manager take my photos for a passport renewal a couple of months ago. They were of very poor quality: overexposed with poor, uneven contrast. I asked her to take them again, and she did so only grudgingly, after telling me they were exactly the way they were supposed to be. The second set were almost as bad. So I sent them in, using an online partner of FedEx to expedite my application.Silly me: a couple of months later the State Dept. sent me a letter stating that my photos did *not* meet the standards for the passport. So Ive had to have them retaken (Walgreens) and get back in line for a passport during one of the worst times to get this done in the history of America! Im absolutely furious.***If this FedEx store lacks competent, personable staff to do passport stuff - including the photos and knowing how the online rush passport service interfaces with their operation, they should TAKE DOWN the Passport Services sign and stick to making photocopies. There are real-world consequences of poor customer service - I need the passport asap for international business, and the extra delay has seriously affected people in our company who are actually GOOD at their jobs and EAGER to help.

I sat outside this FedEx for like 25 minutes one time. I didn’t need to ship anything, but it was a pleasant experience! Would highly recommend. 👍🏼

This store only takes pics for passport and nothing else, will not mail and wont even offer to help with paperwork. A far cry from all the passport things they say they do. Very disappointed.

For who ever delivers on Blaine st, I’ve had multiple fragile packages thrown against my door, my latest one was so bad I could hear the package bang against my door from across the apartment, and no it wasn’t a knock. be respectful of people’s packages, especially if they say fragile on them

Whoever delivers to the 1916 white ave apartments never brings packages to the door they are always left on the sidewalk infront of the stair cases and middle walkway. This makes it a lot easier for porch pirates to steal packages, and even if I got a ring video door bell or camera it wouldn’t catch a thief because the packages aren’t even close to my door. If you’re going to deliver packages for a living you should be able to do what you’re getting paid to do.

FedEx - five starsThis is a great little FedEx. First off I am impressed with how professional and helpful the employees are. If you ask them to do something they will do it right the first time without problems. They are very good at professional printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and just about everything to do with a printer. This store is especially great for businesses dealing with sensitive documentation.

Have always had great service here the staff are friendly and helpful. I am very particular about formating and print quality anytime I wasnt completely satisfied with the work they would redo it for me. Best place to print large scale posters and booklets in Moscow, and way better prices than Staples! I have gone in there many times with a tight deadline they have always come through.

We had an unusual shipping problem and were delighted with the friendly, professional assistance we got from the staff at this location to resolve it. Five stars isnt enough.

Emergency shipment of paperwork I had to get to a customer was handled by staff with professionalism and courtesy.There was a 14pt elk head and rack being shipped by the hunter in front of me. The 5th star is because of that. It was most entertaining to stare into its distant, lifeless eyes for 10 min or so as I waited in line ....
