One of many perks about living in a small town is getting to know people in the community you see often. With that being said, Ive been coming to this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns for years. I dont recall ever having to wait long for assistance and the owners (Debbie & Mark) have always greeted me as soon as I walk in the door. I appreciate their efforts of acknowledgement and kindness every time. It is clear to me they truly care about their customers and business. The store appearance is very organized and their staff are always professional. This reflects positively as a whole along with efficient and friendly service. If you need to ship anything or use their services, I highly recommend this UPS store!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. UPS Lost my $1500 package and made me fill out an online claim. I am stuck and there is no human voice line for help. So I went to The UPS Store hoping for some accountability, and they said that even though they are technically UPS, they did not ship it, so they could not help me find it or even help me make a claim on it. I would have to go through my online account which does not have a customer service option or a live voice I can talk to. After hours of trying to find help, I am out of options. No one at UPS can help live or online. I have a claim that I can not go any further on and now I am at least $2000 out of pocket. UPS is so disconnected from people that they just do not care on any level. Hugely disappointed in The UPS Store and UPS in general!
My wife was flat out lied to by customer service at this place. She had an emergency delivery that needed to go out. They told her the price would be the same at the post office (down the street) and that the post office only had two day shipping. Therefore, she spent $52 on a package that wouldve cost $26 at the PO and arrived at the same time. They took advantage of the emergency situation. (After the fact, when the crisis had resolved, we checked with the post office to verify this).
I have to return items sometimes. Especially now having to shop online. A couple of times the box it arrived in was to damaged. I took it in expecting to buy the stuff and try to figure it out myself. These people are awesome. They took the information. Took the mess and told me not to worry. They did everything. About cried I was so grateful. These people rock!
Not a comment on the service so much as UPS’s ludicrous policy that. 2inch piece of tape would cost a dollar. Criminal.
We have been a mail box holder for 11 years, an it is so much nicer now that Mark and Debbie own the store. They including employees are all happy to help you with your packages, and other services the UPS store provide. If you dont have the key to your box thats okay because they take the time to meet everyone and they will get your mail. The UPS store is very clean thier constantly cleaning everything even before COVID 19 now they wipe down the plastic, credit card machine, counter tops after the each customer. This is a great business.
I had a unexpected pleasurable experience. Denise communicated in a very clear and friendly way. She knew how to perform her job swiftly. My time in the store was very minimal, and I felt like a executive customer. I am grateful to receive service I can trust at a well maintained store with a great location!

Super rude customer service on the wifes part. Training employee while I waited to get something notarized. She refused to help me, the only person/customer in the store. She wanted me to wait 10 minutes until she was done. She should have helped the customer first then trained her employee. Common sense.
Every time I use this store they are friendly, efficient and smarter than me about the best way to pack and ship my stuff.
This particular UPS store takes customer service seriously. They do their best to help you unlike most UPS stores. I walked in the store in the first thing that happened was an employee telling me hello. Next I wanted the mail a package and found that they are very easy to deal with. They are quick and professional. They dont have long lines at this particular facility. Parking is easy to come by outside the store. The selection is a bit small, but the customer service makes up for that. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. The manager at this store cares enough about the customer to make it a pleasurable experience for everyone.
Excellent service-- Mark and Debbie know everything there is to know about packaging and mailing. They are expedient, hard workers who genuinely enjoy helping out a customer with a unique, tough project.

I had read reviews of this place when I was looking for directions because I needed to return something to Amazon. I was a little unsure of what experience I could expect because the reviews I saw of people returning things from Amazon through this store (they were not favorable and if my item was cheaper in cost I have just kept it). However, when I went in to the store yesterday afternoon, the lady at the counter was very friendly and very prepared for the code that Amazon gave me. Due to the reviews I read, someone said they had a rough time and the only saving grace they had was that they packaged the item they needed to return prior to going into the store, I packaged my item ahead of time. From the time I walked into the store and time I walked out was less than a minute and half the time was spent by me unlocking my phone and pulling up the code for her to scan. It was very fast, the service was very friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was so great compared to what I had prepared myself for.If you can, I would recommend packaging your item before going in, but if not be prepared for the added fee (something I have read from the reviews).
So I ended up having a lost package because I did not have the correct mailing address which I understand is my fault. I was dealing with the pullman ups store, Moscow ups store and Nike who I bought the package from to try and get the package found. I had to call the Moscow store a couple times and I believe a guy named Mark helped me on the phone (not exactly sure about his name but pretty sure it started with an M). He went above and beyond to help me and i am excited to finally receive my package tomorrow! :) just wanted to say thank you Mark for all your help and positive attitude! :) we need more people like you in this world! I am so grateful that I can tell you my experience was fabulous. I worked with Jim the manager to have some items sent that I bought at auction. Needless to say, I was nervous having someone else pack and ship for me, and I had a prior bad experience with a different shipper. Jim packed my vintage items, that would have been hard to replace, exactly as requested. Worth every penny to have them arrive safe and in perfect condition. And his pick-up rates are great. Not usefull when it comes to problem solving. I am out of town because of an emergency and have an incoming package that needs a signature to deliver. With no tracking number, local shipper takes no intiative in finding where the package is (which truck covers my route or where is it taken if un-deliverable?) and there is no way to reach a live person at their 800 number. Surely local shippers have a number for UPS for business purposes. I avoid using UPS because of past bad experiences and will in the future request packages shipped my way come any other way besides UPS.
I previously ordered a package and it was shipped via UPS. Well I never received it even though the tracking number said it was delivered. I waited because I figured maybe the internet isnt always right and maybe it was a mistake. Two days later I called the Moscow UPS to see if my package was there. I was told it was not. The third day I called in again and got a different associate and he told me in fact it was there and the driver had noted they didnt know where my address was so they brought it to the store. (My address can be typed into Google maps and it takes you right to it, in town). However, the associate the day prior told me it wasnt there even though it was taken to them the original day it said delivered! It seems as if she didnt know and just told me no after putting me on hold to think she looked, or she didnt know what she was looking for and should have asked for help. Also, my phone number and email were with it and no one called me which I found to be disappointing. Well we decided to add a second set of house numbers, this one even bigger and brighter so this situation wouldnt happen again. I just had a package say its delivered but I never received it and neither did my neighbors. The delivery note on the tracker said they put it on my front porch, I dont even have a porch or stairs. I called the Moscow store to see if a repeat of last time happened and they told me I have to call customer care they dont know where it is. I call customer care and they tell me they cant do anything unless the original sender of the package contacts them. The representative asked for my address and confirmed that was the address they had, however, they did not deliver it to that address. By this point I was upset because they delivered it to a different address than what was printed. I didnt understand why it had to be the sender to contact them, and not me, since its not the senders fault, they sent it, but UPS lost it. wary agreed it was their fault for losing it but still told me I have to have the sender contact them. Well I contacted the sender and they told me Im out of luck ultimately and that it isnt replaceable. Im more than disappointed with UPS, I didnt have that great of service any of my interactions with the store associates and the customer care was even worse. I will not choose to ship UPS anymore, now Im out the money that I paid for my package! Be weary if you decide to use UPS. Literally 100% of my packages that have been shipped by them have not been delivered to me, even though I provided the correct shipping address. Poor customer care service from UPS as a corporation and mediocre help from in store.
Be aware if you are considering a private mailbox, when you close your mailbox, you cannot do a change of address with the USPS and this store charges to hold your mail and for forwarding (plus the usual charge for an envelope and postage). Your mail will end up in limbo if you dont pay their fees.There are new owners and they are fine until you correct them. They seem to solve customer service issues by trying to charge you extra fees - imagine the exact opposite of Starbucks.I recommend avoiding this UPS store and choosing the local Post office for an affordable PO box instead.*Note: Read all service agreements very carefully because they spontaneously use their most severe policies regardless of how they did business with you before. They had held our mail for free, then said they charge a $5 fee, but in the most recent contact they said the $20 fee is their policy. Yet in their response to our review, they make it sound like the $5 fee is their policy. Exercise caution, and protect yourself - do not fall into a false sense of security.
