The delivery men, especially Ivan, were very good - considerate & helpful. Ivan helped me put the mattress cover on & helped me re-hang a heavy picture. He & Oswaldo were very careful in bringing my mattress up to the second floor also. Great store and excellent delivery men!

Service was great. I had plenty of time to try out different mattresses, including some fancy ones that were outside my budget range. The sales rep I was working with, Caleb, showed a lot of flexibility and patience while configuring my order (+/- foundation, +/- outlet for different components, etc.), so Im pretty satisfied with the final purchase that was submitted today.I tried various brands of memory foam, hybrids, inner-spring and whatever Purple is considered. You might want to call or check online ahead of time if you have a certain brand in mind (not sure if some are online-only through their company-specific website).

I’ve had a truly great experience at the Mountain View store on Showers Drive & El Camino. I had spent considerable time shopping online with low confidence as a result. So, I needed several visits to this store to decide which beds were my first choices. The sales person, Caleb, was only helpful to me every time I visited. I never felt pressure from him. He has useful knowledge that helped me finally bring my husband to the store to try the two beds that were my first choices. Again, no pressure & it was easy to finally pick out with confidence & purchase our new bed, adjustable base, and bedding together! We left feeling happy! That’s a great store. Thank you Caleb!

I dont usually write reviews for anything, but I had such a great experience here that I just had to.I needed to buy a mattress with some rather exacting requirements. When I went to a competing mattress store in the area, I could hardly get the time of day from a salesperson, and they tried to upsell me on a $2k mattress without taking into consideration what I actually needed/wanted.In comparison, the rep at this Mattress Firm (Caleb) was incredibly attentive and helpful. He brought out multiple mattresses for me to try, taking care to select ones that met my requirements while giving me detailed answers to all my questions, and all without being pushy. On top of that, the prices were great - they have some fantastic sales for Black Friday. I even felt kind of bad for spending so little in the end after taking so much of Calebs time.I had initially planned to just buy an online bed in a box, but decided to try some physical stores on a whim. Boy am I glad I did! Not only did I get the benefit of physically trying out the mattress with a real live person to help me, but the price and quality of the mattress I chose were better than most of the online options I had been considering.So, if youre looking for a mattress, definitely stop by here!

The service, professionalism, and attention to detail were great. We came in needing mattresses in the worst way with an extremely limited time frame. A competing company advised us it would take a minimum of 2 to 5 weeks due to current events, and at a price that was double to triple what Mattress Firm offered. Mattress Firm quickly helped us, had a delivery scheduled within 2 days, at one-third the cost of what the other company quoted, and went above and beyond to help us. They will have our business going forward for sure.

We needed a new king-size mattress and went here with the whole family. Mike showed us a variety of mattresses on both ends of the $$$-spectrum and patiently answered all of our questions. He encouraged us to try multiple different mattresses, to take all the time we need and to really try to rest on our preferred mattress(es). - So we did. After a long time, we made our choice and quickly finished the purchase. We got a nice discount, two very nice pillows and a mattress protector as well.The mattress was delivered two days later, our old bed picked up and now we are happily sleeping on our new mattress.Our expectations were clearly exceeded at Mattress Firm; the store is new and very clean which added to the positive shopping experience. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, provided us a with a thorough introduction to various mattress models, then gave us space to explore and assisted whenever we had questions.We highly recommend shopping here!

I went to 3 different mattress places before walking into this store (including the other Mountain View location) and the service here was far and away the best. I found the manager to be very knowledgeable, not pushy, and knew his product much better than the others. Their offerings were very high quality and at both low and high price points. Very pleased with their offerings and walked away a great mattress!!

The customer experience here really exceeded my expectations. This store is brand new and very clean, well located and convenient. Best of all the sales staff. Very enthusiastic and helpful. I tested a bunch of different mattresses and was able to get all the pros and cons of each which I needed since I havent purchased a mattress in probably 10 years! I visited a couple of other nearby mattress stores (including the other local Mattress Firm) before coming here and did not receive anywhere near the same level of customer service as this store. Would have saved a lot of time (and money) if I had just come to this store first...

Had an Amazing experience at this store, it is relatively new which means its nice and clean! The store manager Trevor was the person that helped me, he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and answered all my questions he offered great information on each mattress I looked at, which was a lot there are so many to choose from lol. Wasnt really sure what to get as Id never shopped for a mattress before and was considering ordering online. Super glad I didnt because Mike took the time to talk me though all my options and when I finally picked one, man I was happy with it! Kelly Roman was the perfect salesperson for my wife and I. He was knowledgeable on the mattress types and was not pushy, at all. He asked us lots of questions as he filled out an assessment then directed us to a few mattresses he felt fit what we were looking for. He allowed us time to try them out then proceeded to provide excellent customer service at the time of purchase. The showroom wasnt busy, it was very clean and inviting.The one thing I wish he had explained was that a King wouldve been better for us than a Cal-King. We asked for a Cal-King but were short and stout. A wider, not longer, bed (weve been on a queen for quite some time) wouldve been better for us. We have a non-returnable adjustable base so were really stuck with the size we bought.Thank you for all your after-sales support too Kelly. You are an asset to Mattress Firm.
