Kenny was kind and incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a new phone plan!

Fast and Efficient. But there was only 2 pkg spaces and its located on a busy corner. So you have to wait for one of the stalls to open up. then when you leave the store the only way to leave it is by reversing out into traffic well traveled Road so it was difficult to get to the store and difficult to leave the store in my opinion

Walk across the street to boost mobile. Getting a sim here adds many hidden fees, pretty much twice the monthly price. Staff is also not to friendly and tries to write down your personal information and keep it.

I been with Metro PCS for Many years, i never bought their phones( i just dont like them) i always bring my own to upgrade the current one, and that is when the nightmare starts.. they insert a sim card and tells you: you phone is not unlocked. i had to make different trips, talked to different people besides employees..and after so much trouble. finally someone comes and fallows the right procedure to connect the phone.Watts going on with metro PCS Employees, are they properly trained?

Bought phone and it is the worst phone ever way to old to sell but she did not say a word. Tried calling her to explain and she knows me and my number so she wont answer or she will pickup and hang up dont go here.

Bad service

This store takes forever to answer the phone, then leaves you on hold. On my second call I made a point to see how long they would leave me on hold. They answer and left me on hold for 15 mins then I hung up.I have gone into the store and they have mostly the cheap phones ($150 and less) which is OK for some people, but not if you want the higher end phones like Galaxy S7. however they did have the Iphone 7 and SE

Today I came back to get my new phone check because the girl that put my screen protector on yesterday she put it on wrong it got air trapped between the screen and the protector, the lady name Araceli didnt want to help me she refused even to touch my phone Im been with Metro for long time and I dont think this is the right way to help a loyal customer.

Oh this is not right schedule it on map closing 7:00 pm but they already closed 6:00pm

Bad service MALO MALO MALOO ...... en primer lugar tuve que regresar a este lugar porque solo vi como se robaba mi dinero no me avía dado cuenta asta que vi el recibo y cuidado porque te agregan cosas que ni pediste se que pude terminar asta con demandar por el robo que me hacia esa chica tal kelly pero no tengo el tiempo ya que conservo mi recibo y le ise ver que me estaba cobrando de más lo peor es que ella lo sabía y todavía me se atreve a decir que porque no volví a tiempo lol como confiar en este tipo de personas... nunca más regresaré a esa sucursal es más cambiaré de compañía en cuanto a la compañía no se como pueden contratar ese tipo de personas MALO para su imagen no lo recomiendo.....

PÉSIMO SERVICIO Chequen siempre sus recibos una muchacha de este lugar me estaba poniendo accesorios extra de más de 30 dólares mas aseguransas que tu no estás pidiendo, Regrese a este lugar para que me devolvieran mis 34 dólares de la funda del teléfono que YO NO PEDÍ y me estaban diciendo que eso ya venía incluido pero al mismo tiempo me lo estaban cobrando ÓSEA que si no me doy la tal KELLY me ESTÁ robando a ojo visto “ CHEQUEN SIEMPRE SU RECIBO Y PIDAN QUE SE LOS DESGLOSEN SIEMPRE
