Excellent experience 🙂Samantha was the employee who assisted me. She was helpful, patient, kind, and sincere my entire visit. My son of 6 years old was constantly trying to get her attention, he isnt very patient 😅 She was so sweet and let him draw on sticky notes while we tried to work out my issue. She is an employee who went above and beyond to give me outstanding customer service! Thank you for your assistance and kindness Samantha!

This shopping center has been bought by a developer. Future plans including a school and more high density housing (dont see how the school will be filled due the fact that it is impossible for families to start in this area). But because of that I can see why having a good stock of various prices of phones is not worth it.. Really frustrating having to make important calls only for phone carriers to only be focused on 5g and merging. Staff was nice. But they are always very young and still have yet to know any better.so much for being a loyal customer of 13 years. Screw loyalty.

Staff was super knowledgeable and had personalized recommendations when I asked about my upgrade options. It seemed like a lot of questions at first, but I felt they were really trying to help me figure out what I need, so ultimately I didnt mind. Im an indecisive person and I couldnt make my mind up, but Im happily walking away with my options narrowed down. Even though I was a very loyal Sprint user, Im happy to see T-Mobile is coming in swinging with the customer service. 10 outta 10 guys! When I decided on my upgrade Ill be back for sure.

We are all aware of COVID-19 and we all know how to be safe, today we went to this location to upgrade my phone and we really had a very unpleasant experience. Staff [ I dont want to put her name] was very rude, the way she speak to customer was not friendly and welcoming at all. I have been with T mobile for a long time and this is my first ever unpleasant experience.

The servicec guy, Grettys was helpful. Was told by many there, that the Sprint/TMobile system was slow that day. Phone was hooked up to wrong number, then had problems to hook up the phone to the correct number. Waited a long time. Like 2+ hours!! In the end, got my phone line switched to correct number, but lost all saved voicemails, some contact info and other stuff. Still disappointed over that.

If it were possible to provide a negative star rating for this sales staff, I would. Go to any other T-Mobile location before wasting your time at the Showers, Mt. View store. Supposedly, T-Mobile prides itself on customer service. However, the corporate mission does not apply to this store. I dont need to go into details, Im writing a letter to the corporate office.

I went in here, thinking that since the merger they would know how to do things for a 12 year long sprint customer, but was disappointed. They told me I needed an id to do anything to my account, then changed their mind, then told me I wasnt allowed to get an upgrade on my phone for anything more than 700$. Which is just about no phones! Ive been able to get a new note phone every time one comes out for years. I ended up calling sprint customer service and now am waiting for my new phone in the mail.

My husband and I came in today at 10:15am. There was already a customer ahead of us we were okay with waiting until she was done. What we were not happy with was the manager Veronica came out and didn’t even acknowledge us or try to help us. When the customer had left they still didn’t acknowledge us. Instead we over heard them trash talking the previous Customer. Karla had told Veronica “Oh my god that lady is so freaking impatient every time she comes in.” They still still both ignored us for about 30 minutes. We ended up leaving we were so upset. Another customer walked in and Karla literally ignored him didn’t even acknowledge we were all standing right in front of her waiting to be helped. I am a T-Mobile customer and the way this T-Mobile is ran is unacceptable. I have been to a few T-Mobiles around both these girls need an attitude check mainly Karla.

Ive gone back 3 times to get everything done loaded from my own to my new one and the said I cant get it done! Why do I have a new and have to down load everything down myself? Going back one more time if it doesnt work coming somewhere else!My first review ( above) was out of angry because I thought no one was listening then I met Mark! This young man struck with me and handled all my problems! I take back everything I said about this company. If you have any phone problems see this young man and his staff its worth it! I left with the best smile on my face.

Best in store experience Ive had with a carrier. Omar is thorough, detailed, and very customer oriented. Was able to easily migrate my wife and I over and set up some complex account issues with ease. Im a big fan of this store.

Frightening level of incompetence-was informed phone was paid off so I bought a new one. Huge bill arrives-come to find that I’m now paying for 2 phones while one sits in a drawer unused. Rep failed to add requested jump insurance on new phone. Reps will say anything to move their product-buyer beware!

Friendly staff - everything else was a disaster. For starters, the coverage is horrible and spotty in the entire Bay area. Renewing your plan or adding more money is an absolute nightmare if you are trying to do just the least bit of research and not just automatically going with the plan you got from the beginning (the online user experience makes me want to cry). Finally, I have decided to switch carrier and doing something as simple as getting my account number requires that I go to the physical store where I originally created my account even though I have moved since then. In short, dont go with T mobile if you have a choice.

The service in the shop is awful. I changed my plan on August 11th but they forgot to renew my plan recycle. Because of this, I called to t-mobile custormer service about 6-7 times. Each time I called to T-mobile customer service, they gave me different answer. T-mobile shop just deal with selling and if you want to go for account detail or something, they cant help anymore. I think T-mobile should train their staffs more complete and I wont use T-mobile again because this is so exhausting to deal with these kinds of things.

Worst store of even worst company. In addition the manager is the most rude person you can come across. She has no customer relationship skills and has zero knowledge about her work. They try to fool you and make you take wrong plans so that they can just make more money. Tmobile has no consistency. Every person you speak to would say something different. No integrity as a company. If they tell you something today. They will tell you 10 new things the next day. Never trust this company and never ever go to this store. Worst mistake ever made by me to take Tmobile mobile plan.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in because I had changed phones and required a new sim card. After 12 years of being with t-mobile the sales person had no clue, what so ever, about what customer service is. They refused to give me a new sim for free. I called customer service afterwards and they refined the whole months bill for the inconvenience.

Worst worst worst !!!!Terrible ServiceI have been T-mobile customer for about 4 years. They are the worst company in the whole world. Even some, Asian small companies are better than them. They screw you on purpose. They dont have anything on record of your bills or contract. if they do they will not show you.I changed the contract to prepaid contract. I paid all my bills,even though I have been getting letters from T-mobile. that i have not paid bills. I called customer service they gave me false information for 6 times. I go letter from collection debt agency, they threatened me and harassing me over the phone that if i dont pay the amount they will screw my credit and i wont be able to get any phone service in future.Never fall in to Tmobile company. worst worst worst !!!!

I have bad experience with T-Mobile as a whole, not with particular shop. I have a family plan (3 lines, $90 + tax and fees - corp discount). Issues I had:1) Coverage is not as advertised. I live in Palo Alto, CA and their map shows excellent coverage at my place and surroundings. I called them and made a ticket twice to check that. Each time they promised to check it and give me a call in 72 hours. Never called back. After all it appeared each time the ticket was closed with the resolution: technician went in place and the coverage was good. Friend who live nearby have a free booster from T-Mobile, as everyone around experience the same problems.On the positive side they agree to lease me a booster for free (I pay just the shipping ~$7). Thought it would be much better to just get the advertised network I paid for for no extra cost.2) extra fees for the prorated half month were 2x of the fees for the second (i.e. you pay extra $1.6 per week per line and then $1.6 per month). Overall for the first 2 weeks I payed extra 33% in taxes and fees (amount was not advertised).3) I didnt get company discount for the first month.4) My daughter phone was stolen and we decided to cancel her line. I quickly suspended the line and after few days went to T-Mobile office and explicitly asked am I supposed to get bills for suspended line. Sales person said no. Early next month I got the bill for that line. Customer service said then Im supposed to get bills for that line, until cancelled and the cancellation possible only in the end of month ( i.e. I need to pay for one more month, 1.5 months after the phone was stolen).PS In my native country I used to pay ~10$ monthly for 500 minutes + 1gb of data with very good coverage.

T-mobile posted HARD Inquiry on my SSN without authorization. Just for purchasing 2 sim cards, no phones! Stay away if you can. Chance of having problems with them is too high. We had issues with T-mob in Europe as well.
