Had my 15 year old Acura repaired there after it was hit while parked. They did a perfect job. They found a few things that the insurance estimator missed, and worked with insurance company to assure all was covered. Work was finished when promised. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do Ill certainly go back.

Great and speedy service for fixing most body work. However, even those most places do this, I REALLY wish they wouldnt mess with my seat settings, as they literally just have to move the car in an out of the building. Its obnoxious that they have to adjust the seat positioning so much.

John is the best when you have a real problem.He gets you to the right person to solve your problem .When Gustafson gives you a quote they stick to it. Great work done here

The wind caught my drivers door and swung it all the way back to my front bumper. The door would not shut properly. Went to Gustafsons and they gave me a quote for $1726 to get a new door. Claimed the door was bent. I asked if possibly it was only the hinges and they insisted no. So I went to CarStar in Mundelein. $230 to fix the hinge and now it is perfect! Gustafsons RIPOFF!!!!
