I got an awesome rate for our indoor climate controlled storage unit. The utility carts are a huge plus and definitely helped make moving all our things inside so much easier.

They were nice since my first call. I was a little afraid that after I signed everything and had the unit the service level would go down, but not.. They kept the same level and are always willing to explain things to you and support whatever you need. The place is very clean and organized. Moving was very easy. Very happy with it so far!

I’ve had such a positive experience here. I had to help my parents move their things out of a different storage facility that had been over charging them for a long time. I put in a request here at Extra Space Storage. Miguel contacted me right away and was so patient with my older parents. He showed us multiple units and helped me figure out how many spaces I’d need.Anytime we have questions he’s so nice and genuinely helpful. The Extra Space storage facility in Mundelein is well maintained and above street level, which allayed my concerns of potential flooding. The site manager Miguel was fantastic! He kindly answered all my questions and carefully explained every step of the process. Move in was a breeze with the two dollies provided on site.

The process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The location was an easy drive in per my request. The pricing was reasonable for a 6 month rental. The stall was very clean compared to other locations I have rented from.

I stopped into this location last week to inquire about a storage space. I am looking to rent a space sometime in July of this year. I wanted to know about some prices and actually see the units. I found it clean.I was a little disappointed the fees didnt cover insurance for rat and mice. One needed to buy that insurance separately. But Miguel did tell me about their month pest control service.

I was there for two months and within that time all my stuff has been safe.
