I give three because the girl that works hete is so sweet, but yall lost 2 stars because of the wording of your return policy about hair color. Change the wording on the guarantee to be more clear. People (not me) cuss cashiers out over stuff like this. Sally, if you care about your employees or your customers, change this.
My mother is a cosmetologist so first, our while family pops in Sallys a LOT for her. I went in right before the covid mess started to get a new hair dryer & some color. The girl working saw she had customers in the store, but stayed in the back on her phone. We all heard the conversation About how her manager lets her drive her car and someone had obviously ruined her day by making her work. There was another woman in the store with her daughter who couldnt have been 7-9yo, a older woman, and myself. Not exactly packed but still, she should have either had enough curtosy to shut the door or get off the phone because we all heard what she was saying and the kid in the store had no business hearing that many cuss words over this girl coming to her job. Anyways we all actually helped each other because the worker definitely wouldnt take a minute out of her day to do it and were ready to check out. She was still in the back, standing in the doorway..on her phone while we were all 4 waiting by the register. The older woman asked if she could check her out, the worker replied back saying she would be up in a minute.. still on the phone... we all waited over 5 mins for this girl to stop talking and come to the front. When she got there the lil girl asked about temp hair extensions that had color, the worker flat out ignored her so the mother asked, worker said they are in the back and I dont get paid enough to go get them to show them to her. We all had a few words to say to her but she was still on the phone this entire time, only now she had earbuds in. Sallys has good prices big you need to get decent products in a hurry but the worker that Ive always seen there is AWFUL, lazy, and extremely rude.
I went to this location to buy chrome Permanent hair dye. No representative told me that I needed color developer.... so now, I’m sitting here looking stupid. Please TRAIN your staff in the art of upselling... I will not return other than to get my REFUND. Thanks for nothing.
The store associate recommended a specific toner for my hair after taking into consideration its integrity, level, and my end goal. I finally have the cool-toned platinum hair that I have been aiming for. She was awesome for taking the time to help and for pointing me in the right direction.
I have been shopping here for years and its always been pleasant. Not today.I went in with my kids and one of them needed to use the restroom. There was a restroom sign and the door was open so I told my son to peak in and see if one was back there. His head was barely leaned in when employee Angela (boycut, reddish hair, heavyset) rudely said um, can I help you? You cant go back there. I happen to be standing near and said sorry we thought there was a restroom. I continued to shop and got the items I needed. My children never ran or touched anything... Until we were almost done my 4yr old tiredly sat on a shelf. I told him to get up!Before he did, Angela was ready to pounce! miss? He cant sit there!.I understand that. Definitely!! My review is against Angela. She was rude from the beginning. Never made us feel anything but her annoyance that we were even in there.I decided to put my 4 items back and go to another Sallys.It does make a difference how you treat people. If youre not a friendly, people person, you might not need to work in a retail/customer service job!I know ANGELA could care less if Im back or not, but business is business and her rudeness cost Sallys mine.

Drove all the way there just to see a hand made sign on their door saying they were closing early. Apparently, this is the norm from reading other reviews. Ill just go somewhere else since theyre so unpredictable.
SO RUDE. I had to ask the cashier a question THREE times before she finally rolled her eyes and answered. Well, sort of answered. I recommend another Sally Beauty. Not this one.
Horrible service!! We pull up at 8:15 not knowing that closing time was 8p, but tried to enter because another customer had been let in just seconds earlier (a black woman). The black cashier surely saw us at he door but didn’t acknowledge us at all. Rude AF

I had a horrible experience with an employee who thought she knew what she was talking about and she was completely clueless on everything she told me. I did my hair with what she told me to use and my hair fell out. I returned my products and got all my money back and the manager Angela was fantastic!! She gave me 3 full products to repair my hair for free. Definitely recommend Angela!

When you google Sally Beauty it says that it closes at 9pm on Saturdays, it was closed when I pulled up @8:40pm.
