Got the job done, but did a horrible job of communicating. I made an appointment to get new tires for my truck on a Thursday and was assured that I would get a call on Monday to confirm that the tires were in and that if I brought my truck in on Tuesday at noon that it would be ready to go by 2 pm. I did not receive a call on Monday, I had to call to make sure the tires had come in. I dropped my truck off at noon on Tuesday, as scheduled, and didnt recieve a call to let me know that the truck was ready. I called at 5 pm and they informed me that it wasnt ready yet but that it would be ready before they closed at 7 pm. I called AGAIN at 6...still not ready but it would be ready by 7:15. I get there at 7:15 to see my truck on the lift with no wheels on it. I would much rather have someone call me and give me an honest update than to have someone over promise and under deliver. At least they price matched.

Drove all the way from Nashville. They guys there were awesome, really worth all the drive. They said about 3 hours but they got it done in 2 hours.
They dont stand behind the work they perform and provide less than acceptable customer service. I would reccomend going elsewhere for an ASE mechanic and service thats backed by some sort of warranty not excuses for poor work. Hope the 700 dollars that you took was worth the cost of this negative review.

Went in with an 02 sensor code and in the diagnosis process he uncovered that it was in fact an fuel pressure regulator issue. The problem however was what he tried to sell me on. I was told that a fuel pressure regulator was a major issue (spoilers its not) and that at any time it could cause a catastrophic fire in the engine bay. For background ive been driving with this issue for many months as it is not as serious as he tried to convey. In addition to the 300%+ markup on the fuel pressure regulator he attempted to sell me an unneeded 1200$ worth of work including 600$ for spark plugs and a 300$ fuel system clean. After telling him that im not interested in being scammed he came into the lobby to tell me the truck was fine (but I thought this issue was serious lmao). If youre worried about being taken advantage of I wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot poll. Recommended only for the desperate or mechanically knowledgeable, and even then proceed with caution. While I dont have any reasonable way to prove it I noticed a vacuum line somehow cut open in between refusing his scam and getting my vehicle back. Keep in mind this was after waiting 3 hours. Another lady had a scheduled apt and was held up to the point of missing her medical apt due to this mechanics salesman antics.
Silly me, went to the wrong location for my appointment to have new tires put on. So I basically put 2 locations in a bad spot, but they took care of everything... went and picked up the tires and got my car fixed up. Then, after causing all that they tightened up the spare and explained that I likely needed new shocks. The team really helped me out today.
Honest review. The people working the front are very nice and the place is well kept. I made an appointment during a work day with a break, and Ive been sitting here for nearly 2 hours waiting for ONE tire to be patched from a screw. They literally have the car up and the hood popped...like...just patch my tire so I can get back to work?! I will be seeking another place to go because this wait is tremendous. I would understand if I was a walk in or had four new tires to put on. But time is money and its literally a patch on one tire. Dont get under the hood for that. 🥴
Something was wrong with my steering. I took my car to Firestone and they gave me an estimate over $3,000. I started noticing red flags. Like they told me I needed to replace items that I had just had replaced within the last few months. I I said thank you very much but no thank you and left. Im not sure if they did this because Im a woman and they didnt think that I knew what I was talking about or what. I Ive had this happen to me in the past. I found a trustworthy mechanic and found out the truck is stuck in 4 wheel drive. Turns out I have a bad gem module. The gem module is not even on their list of items to replace. $150 part and a couple hours later and my truck is up and running like new. I would not go back to these people if you paid me

I had my jeep aligned here and they are great. Mechanics and staff are very friendly. Courteous with covid, theyre using seat covers, steering wheel covers, and wear gloves.I appreciate that they did a courtesy check of my vehicle to let me know if anything else seemed off. Honest mechanics bc they said everything looked good with the brakes (which had just been done) but it did need the alignment.TIP. To save time you can ask them not to do the courtesy check. Any shop is going to want to do a check, appointment or not, because that is how they make money by finding stuff wrong to fix.

I live 20 minutes from the Cookeville Firestone, but I drive over 70 miles to this store because of how fantastic they are! Freddie has waited on me several times now, and he is ALWAYS friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and generally just a great guy. He has informed me when a previous recommended service at another store wasnt needed. He has been extremely sensitive to my financial difficulties and understanding that I use my car for income (food delivery). He has helped me prioritize the services needed on my vehicle. And when I phoned before my last appointment to clarify what I actually needed, he was SO nice that I told him he had made my day because of a bad week. THEN? When I was at the store waiting for my vehicle to be finished, he actually came outside where I was smoking and politely asked me if I was okay based on what I said during my phone call. That level of empathy and concern for a customer is simply unheard of in todays world!Also, I didnt get her name, but the woman in customer service was also wonderful during my last visit. She helped me upgrade my RESOLV subscription and explained every detail of the program and answered all my questions clearly, patiently, and completely.Its rare that you actually feel good after spending money on car repairs, but with these two and the service I get at the Medical Center Pkwy/Thompson Lane store in Murfreesboro, TN-- I definitely felt better leaving than when I arrived.
They are business oriented yet forget we are the business. They made me wait 15 minutes longer than necessary then tried to sale me the most expensive base model tire when I have sports tires on my vehicle. They automatically assume you dont know anything about tires.

Tire change went fine, but they stole my wheel lock key and kept my shiny valve stem caps. I called them and the guy on the phone said he would ask the technician who worked on my car and call me back. He never called back.
My husband made an appointment for 9:00 this morning, last week, for four brand new tires to be put on his truck. Thankfully, he called to make sure this morning that he still had an appointment, since he hadn’t heard anything about the tires coming in. Even though the person last week said the tires would be there, he was told they were not and would get there later this morning. He was finally able to go at 12:20 to get them put on. He is still there. Three hours later. Original appointment was at 9:00. This is his one day off. Do not use this location. They do not have their act together.
This service visit gave me faith there are still great people out there that live by the golden rule. I made the appointment knowing I would need new tires and brakes on my Acura. The tires were bald, and the brakes were grinding and squeaking. These folks couldve totally put new brakes on, but the place that put new brakes on last year broke a bolt on the wheel turning the full fledged brake job into a simple cost friendly fix. The professionals found a solution that kept us from buying new brakes. That is truly looking out for a client as they couldve easily upcharged me for the brakes that werent needed, and I wouldve had no clue. If you want an honest, thorough review of your vehicle, I would highly recommend these folks.
They put 5-30 standard oil in my car that calls for 0-16 full synthetic. I took it to another location the next day and had it changed and they confirmed also the wrong oil was put in my car.

I came in late last night. Just a couple of hours prior to closing. My boyfriend and I rebuilt my classic Jeeps exhaust over the weekend. We didnt tighten down the exhaust enough on the manifold and it fell off which made my Jeep obnoxiously loud and causing it to back fire (I was extremely embarrassed). Firestone Auto Care was the only one that was open. I came in asking if they can just bolt it back up for me since I dont have the tools and my boyfriend lives 2 1/2 hours away (with the tools). He wasnt sure if he could fit it in and I assured him it wouldnt be a long fix. Thankfully he put his trust in my word, had one of his techs look at it and fixed it up for me within 10 minutes. The tech even showed me what and how it happened! Which is great! Wonderful customer service! I will be bringing more business to them very shortly for other projects on my list. Thank you boys! You made me a very happy customer!! :)
All they are trying to do is sale you more,more,more. I sat in the lobby for 2.5 hrs for 2 tires. $400Later I went home. They add shop fees on top of their insane pricing. Ill never go back.
I picked up a screw in my camper tire on the interstate while heading from Florida to Michigan and it was losing air fast. Luckily I pulled off near this Firestone location. They got me in quickly and patched the tire. They charged me less than I expected and they had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. All of the guys I dealt with were polite and professional. Thanks guys! I really appreciate it!
I have taken my truck for routine work here for a couple of years now. I took my truck in to get new brakes. They said they would need it until 3pm (9/15). They didn’t even look at it until 6pm. I was understanding and told them they could keep it until the morning and do the job first thing (which is what I was told would happen). They told me they would have it done by 9am(9/17) Wrong again. They did not finish until 11; which combined with yesterday comes out to me missing a whole day of work. When I told them I was a loyal customer and see if they could discount the job they informed me that is “all they can do.” Now I’m out $600 and a day of work. I will never go back here.

My experience was very bad the manager told me first was my tires and alignment almost 400 $ and then I needed 800 dollars worth work and then I needed rear tires and then tryed tell me my brakes were not good I just had them done 6 months ago long story short everytime I had work done I got it back running worse and driving worse than when I took it in 2 weeks later and 1200 dollars later and 2 week rental car finally can drive my car again

I have been to a few different firestone locations and have had issues with every one of them. A few months ago I got tires from here and come to find out today when I get them balanced at another tire place, my caps for two rims were GLUED back on. Last person to touch my tires was... firestone:) so thank you for not informing me of the little mistake you made that I would have been fine with if y’all told me! You break something on someone’s car you TELL them. But you’re probably too stingy to replace them 😌

They seem like on this day they were very disorganized went in and got there at 1:30 for a 2:00 appointment left there about 4:45 in the afternoon after sitting there with the car in the bay no one touching it for over 20 minutes and then coming up with some excuse that it was supposed to have something else done to it and all we were supposed to do was get four tires put on
This place is amazing! It was my first visit, and they patiently, and in detail, explained everything to me. They were extremely friendly and informative, and seemed like they were trying to offer me the very best and lowest price. Was definitely pleased with the wonderful staff. Plan on switching to them as my new go to!
They didn’t “have time” to literally just put air in a tire. I will continue going to college street location. Literally called before I drove over there to check and was told they could only to get there and it be a different story.
Service was fast considering how busy they were. Prices are good. Work was done correctly. Only complaint is the waiting area is too small, there was not enough chairs after a few of us standing for more than an hour one employee brought out 3 more chairs. I have back issues and this was very painful to stand this long.

Took my car in 2013 dodge charger for an alignment check and when I got back it had a shake that was not there when I went in. I called back to complain about this issue only to be told that it had nothing to do with anything they did and was only told how they could look at it and maybe sell me something else. Well I work for one of the governors companies and I will get something done about this matter with my friends there. Im tied of company doing this.this is not the last you have heard from me. I will never take my car to this place again and I have a lot of friend who will boycott them also.

Dropped car off at 11am, came back in at 5pm, when they were suppose to be done, had to wait 2.5 more hours. So, we didnt leave til 7:30pm. Service is slow if youre in a rush or impatient, but they got the job done. Their brake pad prices are very high. Dont go here for brakes. Id recommend this shop if you need your tires replaced and a simple oil change, but even that is pricey. Expect to wait a long time though and overall high prices.

I came in late on a Saturday (in 2018), and they were super busy. I just needed a vehicle inspected that I was potentially going to purchase. Freddy and his team made sure that they got me in and out quickly. It was fantastic service. Props to Freddy and his team!!!Update: Went here again on 6/20/18 with the vehicle that I bought based on their inspection (which by the way, they did a great job on because the car has been super reliable!) Same awesome service as last time! Purchased the lifetime alignment because I know they will help this car keep running for a long time. They do not try to upsell you on stuff you do not need. But they will advise of parts conditions to tell you know something is wearing an will need service in the near future. They are timely and deliver great service for a great price!

Scheduled and appointment on Thursday for Saturday . The store opened approximately 8 minute early and accepted my vehicle (which I have never seen before). Had the tires rotated, balanced. checked alignment (have the Life Alignment purchase, which I recommenced), replaced brake fluid, oil with synthetic oil and air filter. The vehicle was done in approximately 1:40min. . The staff was polite and helpful. Coffee was made on the hour. The prices approximately 45% or less than dealer price. My vehicle is a 2015 4WD Infinity . I recommend recommend them. Just make sure to schedule the appointment prior to arrival.
I had my Saturn break down on the highway and had it towed to Firestone... I told them I could not afford the repair for what they were charging and that I would be there to pick my vehicle up in two days. My vehicles engine was completely disassembled and I had to wait for them to reassemble it, causing me to incur another trailer rental fee and a dent in my tail gate. The manager was very helpful, and addressed the issue by giving me a full refund and offering to get the dent professionally repaired. We will see if they honor it!
Honest place. They have my loyalty as a customer because they’ve always done right by me and in some cases gone above and beyond. Example: I took my car in because I had a tire that was struggling to stay inflated. Turns out that it was a valve stem and they replaced it for free. That’s how you retain your customers!
I waited about six months to post this review, just to see if I would forget about it. But haven’t. I’ve been a loyal customer of Firestone in general most of my life. Over the last 6+ years living in Murfreesboro, I have deposited more than $30,000. Into this branch’s account for tires, service, and repairs on three different vehicles. My last experience was my Last. Approximately one year ago, I was told the battery in my 2015 Infiniti QX 80 was testing low. I had never had any problems with it before, but decided to go ahead with the replacement. Ever since this “new“ battery was put in, if i left a dome light on, or even simply left the ACC ignition on for two or three minutes, then the battery would not crank the car and had to be jumpstarted. I thought it might be an alternator issue, but had that checked, and there was no issue. I returned to this store to have the battery replaced within the 1-yr warranty period. One of the techs put a tester on the battery, we turned off the vehicle, and the cranking amps on the battery substantially dropped with just the headlights on. He agreed it needed to be replaced. They had to order the replacement, since they do not carry this high of a cranking amp battery, which was no problem. I received the battery the next day, returned to have it installed, And was frankly harassed by the “lady“ behind the counter. She even said at one point, “we shouldn’t be doing this, because there is obviously something wrong with your vehicle.“ Three or four times I had to defend the issue about the battery being bad, not my vehicle. I don’t know what the whole problem was, Either, as it is not even Firestones battery. It is an interstate battery to be replaced under the interstate warranty!. After huffing and puffing and finally giving me my keys back, and a warranty receipt, we walked out and my 12-year-old daughter said immediately, “what was that woman’s problem?“ this was also not my first bad encounter with this grumbly employee.Freddie is the man there, though. If you do have to go, only deal with him. He’s pretty blunt and to the point, but you get an answer, and he does what he says. He will get you taken care of, and stay on top of the other employees to make sure it is done so. If they could clone him, I might would go back. But would never subject myself to arguing with another customer service rep about a problem that was neither one of ours.
Stay away. This location will take advantage of anything they can. I purchased a roadside hazard warranty for my new tires. I had a nail in a tire that couldnt be repaired. They tried to charge me a prorated fee for the replacement tire even though I had more than 33% of tread remaining, which is one of the main reasons to purchase the warranty.The salesman, who is not a new employee, said hes never heard of such a thing on their warranties. I had to read the warranty to him....then to his supervisor. After some back and forth they did not charge me for the tire. Seems interesting to sell you on a warranty but not know how it works.Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. These crooks will shake you down for every last penny.
I went in for a simple brake replacement. And possibly replacement to a rotor. They wouldn’t let me in the back to see what issue was. But they came back with $1,200 worth of repairs. I may be young but not stupid. I wouldn’t suggest Firestone to anyone. They’re a complete rip off and are trying to find anything and everything that the customer can’t afford to make it sound serious.

Purchases two tires for my dually. Watched television in the waiting room and sit down hot coffee until the job was done. Fast friendly service. Offered a coupon they had at the time and explained their credit card application savings...ultimately saving me $60 bucks! Checked amd let me know what I would need in the near future, ie air filter and back breaks. They actually did a more thorough check on my vehicle than the Dodge dealership. Very friendly. They are definitely my new tire place. Thank you guys! Great service. Especially Andrew who was the tech that worked on my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and friendly and the one who thought enough to let me know how I could save money. He put the visit over the top.
Horrible service I would not recommend this place to nobody. It took 4hrs to change 2 tires. Workers where standing around and conversing while they had a lobby full of customers. If I could give zero stars I would. When they finally did change my tires they left my car sitting there for an additional 40min.Then they had the nerve to have a attitude when I asked how come it is taking long. Just horrible service all around.

Terrible service. Took car in for rotation and alignment. Tires were not rotated (Id marked the tires and was able to tell - tires in same location after pick up). Alignment was not done or was not done properly. Car pulled noticeably to the right. This is the third time Ive had a vehicle taken to Firestone for auto care and the third time Ive been less than pleased with the service. Third times the charm. No more Firestone, and bad review.
I was going to let them fix my AC the guy quoted me 700 bucks for it mind you my AC compressor had a leak. Took it to another shop and saved over 300 bucks ! Giving one star because I feel like the guy tried to get over on me and I am glad I did not pay it and just took it somewhere else Been working great
HORRIBLE service! To start off I did not ask for a diagnostic to be done on my car nor was I informed that if they did a diagnostic it would be $100. Once I discovered this and realized I was stuck with the charge told them to go ahead and do the repair that I originally asked them to do and their diagnostic confirmed. Apparently a woman saying to go ahead and do a repair means to wait until my husband calls back and tells you to do the repair! Lost over an hour for their “simple misunderstanding”.
One day after having a flat repaired at a reputable tire shop, I brought my car here for a quick oil change. The sales representative insisted that one of my tires was in need of replacement though I had personally seen each tires tread measured the previous day and all 4 were fine. I had a previous bad experience at Firestone many years ago and regret giving them a second chance at this location. Not recommended.

Never cheap, usually fast, courteous staff, who will explain what they find wrong with the car. Markup for labor is a bit high but part prices arent as bad as they could be. I like that they check hoses and fluid levels when they change the oil, even if changing the oil change reminder sticker is hit or miss.

I have been having a hard time trying to find out why my engine light was on (about a year) and have spent $400 + and still had no answer! I was impressed to call Firestone this weekend and spoke with James. He listened attentively and asked me to bring my car in and let them look at it. He assured me he would take care of me and thats EXACTLY what he did! He called me just a little while a go and said they looked it over and there were no codes stored. He drove it to emissions and it PASSED!! I cant tell you all how THANK-FUL I am for James to have gone out of his way to help me!! He promised me he would and he delivered!! I will DEFINITELY take m car back for maintenance and any other issues!! THANK-YOU JAMES AND FIRESTONE EMPLOYEES; YOU ARE AWESOME!! :-)

Took my girlfriends car to get a tire patched (they were pretty worn down so I expected I probably should get new ones) and they mentioned maybe buying some new ones. After a decent quote on some tires I purchased new ones. They had them on and the car ready to go before close.
I dropped my car off 24 hours ago for 2 rear tires and alignment. Told them they could it overnight and I would pick up at 9 a.m. Went to pick up at 11:30 a.m. and they had just pulled the car in shop.

The customer service was great, they were fast, and their prices were decent. However, they misdiagnosed my vehicle 2 out of the 4 times I brought it in to be serviced, and they botched one of the repairs on my power steering pump.On one occasion my car was starting intermittently. Brought it in and they said they would check the common problems: Battery, Starter, Alternator. They came back and said the battery cables were bad and offered to fix them for around $250ish. Its an easy fix, so I bought OEM cables from Honda and replaced them myself. Did not fix the issue. Brought the car to Honda, and they knew right away it was the Starter. I hate wasting my time and money. Despite the fair prices and great customer service, I will not bring my vehicles to them again. Dare I say Id rather have bad customer service, but know the problem was resolved accurately the first time.
We had a sudden tire leak when we stopped for dinner on our way through town. It was 6pm on a Friday and I had little hope we could find anyone open to repair it so we could get back on the road for appointments in Georgia early the next morning. Not only were they open, but they were vey friendly about cramming us into their schedule and we were in and out in a half an hour! My husband said it was almost as fast as a pit stop.
Good service. They handled our lease program issues with minimal fuss. The front end folks were awesome.
Arrived at 402pm on sunday waited 10 minutes to even be addressed being the only one in the store beside the lady employee on the phone initially. Justin b came from the shop handled my request for 1 tire installation within 5 minutes. I offered to purchase and have it mounted some where else some other time due to so many people walked in behind me and were waiting Justin said we got it no worries we will have it ready in 45 minutes. The lady was still on the phone non stop! Recommend 5 star mechanical service but 1 star front desk with exception for Justin b. She talks too much about nonsense!

Came in for a check engine light relating to the smog pump. They told me I️ needed a new pump which would be $465 and $100 in labor not to mention the $100 to diagnose the problem. I found the exact same part at O’Reilly’s for $217. I assume they are getting the part from the same place or maybe AutoZone. It is beyond me how they can justify charging double the price for this part. I would recommend going to a small shop that will not rip you off!
Tire prices are insane felt like taken advantage in a emergency situation needing to get to VA hospice but friendly service lady

I flew up from Fort Myers Florida on Saturday at 6am to Nashville to buy a car and drive it back the same day. 32 miles into the drive the alternator belt popped while on 24. I got a tow to this Firestone. Showed up about 430 and they were slammed! Every bay was full. I told them my story and that I HAD to get back tonight/early tomorrow for a wedding with 11 hours still to drive! The shop manager (James I believe) is the man! Him and his guys were super helpful and had my 1991 POS Volvo 240 fixed and me back on the road by 530pm
Just save yourself the trouble and dont go here. Every time I go in they try to sell me on something I dont need. Or they call fleet services (I have a company car) to see if they can get some BS or another approved. I dont know if they make commission on the extras or if corporate is really pushing them to up-sale but they need to learn that in todays age the CONSUMER is in control. They are sneaky, cunning, and unethical. Also the lady upfront is so generally unpleasant I would rather eat the tires in the lobby than hold a conversation with her. Will never be back.

I have been going here for years, and they know my vehicles and take care of them.
I came here for rear break inspection and repair. I requested a simple brake inspection which was supposed to be free, but instead they charged me for a full body inspection for 24.99 without my consent. From there on they came to me with over $3500 in “suggested repairs” so i opt instead to get rear pads callipers and routers for about $635. They ensured me my front brakes looked fine, but after i left brakes were still squeaking and felt like i was grinding rocks when braking. Never have I felt like I’ve wasted so much money. Turns out found out from someone else that I didn’t even need new routers. I got ripped off and over charged. I normally don’t do reviews but this is the only way I could get my voice heard.
