Im only rating because there is no other way to contact other than call and Im not doing that. Your website is perhaps the most useless Ive come across car shopping. Not one single car has a price listed. If you want show a price up front Im not going to bother with you. The whole point is to see what you got and what youre asking. If Im forced to call you are completely out of consideration. Im not expecting a car max fixed price situation, but I at least what to get a figure to start out with.

Absolutely the best place to purchase a car. The staff here go above and beyond. I did not have a way there to get a car and they sent someone to get me. I got a lemon. The first day I drove it off the lot, no oil in it. They took it in put a main oil seal in it, took me 3 weeks to get it back. Left me stranded again when the starter went out, it cost me almost 500 to put a starter in it. Diagnostics were run and there is still 2365.00 worth of parts that are failing. We have tried since November to get them to fix it and nothing but excuses, then they want me to contact the warranty claims center and they want me to contact the car lot. Meanwhile, Im stuck making payments on a car that I cant get fixed and I cant drive.

Bad business they told me on 2 different times they would have the car (suv) There the last time was today I drove all the way back home and she said (Holly) that she was going to get the car I called her and give her my number so she could let me know if she wasn’t able to get it there they never bothered to call and let me know it wasn’t there I had a friend to take me there around 68 miles round trip and the car wasn’t there she never went to get it and never bothered to call me to let me know what was going on so they lost a sale today around ten thousand dollars. So I guess all the bad reviews I’ve read about are true So be aware of these people they don’t do good business

Nice and helpful over the phone. Not so much in person. Manager wouldnt get out of his chair in person. Wouldnt give me a base price. Wanted to give excuses like the system was down unless I handed over my information and decided to commit to buy something for a mysterious amount. He got frustrated with me because I wouldnt hand over my information. No business should act like this to potential customers.Oh, and its their corporates policy that you HAVE to trade your old car in or you cant buy with them anyway. And you should hear how unprofessional it really gets when the manager talks down to the other workers in front of customers. Just dont stop here unless you are desperate and want to be taken advantage of.

Worst place Ive ever dealt with. Originally bought my car in February, check engine light came on about two days later and the car has still yet to be fixed properly by them. On top of that they overdraw my account and double my payments and management tells you that its your own fault! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, filing a complaint with BBB too.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that my partners first experience purchasing a vehicle through this company would be so poor. First off they financed a vehicle to my partner with 150,000 miles on it for well over $10,000 dollars. The Kelly blue book price for this vehicle in excellent condition is no more than $3,000, you do the math! Now my partner is stuck with an extensive amount of debt for a terribly functioning vehicle.To top that off, the vehicle began to not shut on involuntarily three months into purchasing the vehicle. We had to pay a $100 deductible to have the vehicle repaired at their local repair facility Jims Auto. After three times driving all the way out to Murfreesboro, TN the vehicle still is not fixed!After contacting the owner Mike he was extremely degrading and did not take accountability for his part in this poor experience. He specifically stated that His vehicle was in the lot and our vehicle was not his responsibility.I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership!They are frauds!!!! Do not even step on the lot to inquire.I am currently in the process of notifying the BBB and seeking legal representation. I dont want another person to experience this madness. They need to be shut down! I will see to it that they never sell another vehicle.

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience at Drive Now murfreesboro. The team at this location was extremely professional, truly superior service. The salesman Chris and the manager Mike went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted.

When I purchased my car the guys kept saying its a great car and only has 82k miles on it! we had to keep correcting him and telling him no its 85k. Well we go to get work done and its covered under 6k mile warranty the lady says well you arent completely covered because the car was at 82k when you purchased it! We baught the car in February with 85k. Anyways this place has committed odometer fraud and we have proof! We will be reporting them Im just mad we just now caught this. My bad for trusting them and not reading all of what I signed!!!

This place is false advertisement. the owners before were so much better. their sign claims your credit doesnt matter but they still check for your credit to make sure its decent. theres also an ad on their website that says finance as low as $299 when they have no other options but a $800-900 down payment. the previous owners had a $500 down payment and the employees were so considerate of our needs. moreover, not saying that the finance agents here are rude, they are very nice, but however, still trying to claim things that arent true. recommend not going to this place if you want to sit here for 8 hours.

Probably one of the worse car places I have EVER been too. Rude. They like to hang up on you. Lets start from the beginning we bought a car from them putting 1,250 down. Not even a week later our BREAKS WENT OUT GOIND DOWN THE INTERSTATE! they had me bring it to ford. Ford kept it for a week. Guess who had to pay for a rental car....ME!! after just putting the money down on the car. Get the car back after a week our key breaks (the key they broke and super glued back together the night we got the car) they wanna tell me they will charge me $200 for a new one!! AFTER THEY BROKE IT!!! I will never go here. We are actually sending out car back everytime we turn around we are putting more money into it!!! And now trying to send it back we cant get anyone to let us know how we do so. We just keep getting hung up on! Worse place ever!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

You buy a warranty for the car and when something goes wrong they wont fix it. I wouldnt let my ex wife get a car from them, thats how bad this place is. This place is a SCAM. I had to tell them I was going to call the cops for them to come and get it. They finally came and got the pos and 3 mths with them having the car they still have it as they are still looking for it.
