This is the only gamestop I prefer. From the managers down to the new hires everyone is friendly and as helpful as can be. Only giving this location 5 stars because I cant give it more!

My daughter wanted to stop and look at anime items. They had some she liked. And lots of games.

Not all workers, but there is an incompetent staff member at the murfreesboro location near mall that lied about products being available. Caused inconvenience, time, and gas wasted lying about available products. Employee should be fired especially with it being around the holiday and doing this to several customers.

Store was crowded that day. Too many people not adhering to pandemic rules

Employees were super helpful and friendly. Answered my questions and were delightful to talk with while checking out. A good selection of games.

The manager went above and beyond to find a very small game piece. He ended up finding multiple pieces the next day. They called me back to let me know they found it. We ended up with an extra present, when we returned. I cant wait to see my kids face on Christmas. These game pieces were very hard to find. This was the 3rd store I went to. All I can say is, 3rd time was definitely the charm! This store will go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys!

I used to love going to GameStop but recently the store has been changing into more of a clothing store rather than a gaming store. The associates are always nice so that makes up for all of it, we have met a lot of good friends in GameStop that come and go but they brighten up the day as long as its not too busy

For the last 3 visits, I havent been successful in making a trade/ purchased without an issue. In September it took 2 staff members 30 minutes to check me out when there were 2 registers running and 1 customer in line trading a bunch of stuff. One was counting inventory while the other processed the sale. More recently in February, I saw a good trade promotion that I wanted to take dvantage of. When I got there they said that the promotion advertised on their app ended the day before. Today, I saw a good price on NBA 2k19 for the switch for $22.39. I reserved it in the app and went to go pick it up. When I got there, they told me that the game would cost $45. When I showed them the apps price that I reserved it for, they wouldnt honor it. They stated that the sale price ended the day before. They offered a new copy for $30.00. I used to love this company, but have lost respect for them over these issues. Please honor your own pricing/ promotions...

Im not a big fan of gamestop as a hole. The company in its self is garbage. How ever everytime Im in Murfreesboro. Ill always go to this store. Always fantastic customer service and awesome employees.

I am not a gaming person, but as a father of a gamer, its nice to have a place where the manager knows more than my kid. lol. I would recommend this specific location over the rest of the GameStop locations for the friendly atmosphere and great manager!

I love the service I received from both locations on Old Fort pkwy. These people are amazing! They help you in every way they can. If they cant get you what you need they are happy to help you find a place that can! They are very, very helpful!!

Staff is very welcoming and if you can find a deal, you can save a ton. The trade values are better than they used to be. I understand they have to make a profit on your trade in so it makes sense what they give you. Definitely recommend.

They have tons of movies and games for most consoles. They are always willing to help you find what your looking for and make sure you have everything you need when buying a console. Love going here.

My MIL was having medical emergency and all of their employees were just staring out the door while my husband is just trying to get help from them because they werent open yet.

Great place great prices. The customer service here is awesome they provide so much information about the games and are just really friendly.

The staff was super nice! They helped me find a really good deal. DeSean was super fantastic and friendly. It was a bigger store than most and they had things that were hard to find like the Darksiders for the switch! Highly recommend.

Male and female associate who worked last night was making fun of and snickering at customers purchasing items. Upper management needs to handle the hiring process better and not hire scumbags. No customer should be belittled when shopping.

My 13 year old loves coming here and spending his hard earned allowance on new controllers every other month because he keeps breaking them.

I bought some games and they were buy-two-get-one-free and I bought several hes like you can go pick another game with the same value price for free and he let me know that when I was checking out that I can get another free one so I love it

Rediculous policies. Id rather shop with local game trade stores. Staff acts like 40 year old, entitled, toddlers because they work at a game store. Gamestops unfair trading would possibly be tolerable if they had any amount of empathetic customer service skills.

Just moved from Spring Hill to here in Murfreesboro and had to find a new Gamestop. When I moved here, I bought a GameCube online then bought some games with it. When I ordered Luigi’s mansion, the disk turned out to be defective and had to bring it to the store. The people that work there are cool and friendly and got me a replacement. They joked how that game was one of their favorite childhood games and we talked about that for a bit. Now my favorite store!
