This place is amazing. He fixed my phone screen right in front of me. And they also keep the place so clean due to COVID-19 ( while I waited for my iPhone to be fixed, they clean the counter and sprayed 2 times. They also cleaned my iPhone with alcohol.)I am very impressed with the service they provided.I will definitely be back if need.

I don’t recommend this place at all. My iPhone was supposed to be fixed in 2 days. They promised me and they kept putting off the date until “tomorrow” and it’s been 8 days now and I am still waiting for them to fix it. After one week, I got my phone back the way I gave it to them! There is no way in hell am I going to their place ever again.

I got my iPhone 12 Pro Max back fixed a month ago for $200. They did great job. My phone look like brands new and work great.

Absolutely horrible quality work. When I went to pick up the device, she said that the screen would be raised a little out of the frame but it would stay and work fine still, so it really wasnt that big of deal. (Keep in mind we started discovering all of this after we exited the store right before closing so we couldnt go back in) Immediately, we noticed the thumbprint scanner on the phone wasnt working. Then, the screen brightness and color was also worse than before, and the screen brightness flickers constantly. And after handling the phone and trying out the scanner, it created a dead spot in the screen. And later on we were on tiktok for a little while and the buttons at the bottom were already burned into the screen. We were ok with settling with the fitment of the screen, but everything else is just absolutely ridiculous, especially for what we paid. And all of this happened within hours of getting the phone back. Going to bring it back in and hopefully get a refund because that is ridiculous.

I explained the problem of my phone to the lady and she knew exactly what it was, she replaced my battery, front screen, and charging port for my iPhone 7+ In total costing 110$. I went and watched a movie at the theatre nearby came back and my phone was finished, when I saw it I was amazed by how nicely it was done and it’s beautiful glistening new screen. I would come back here for any iPhone repair I need, thank you lady.

Took my phone in to fix charger port, took about 30 minutes to repair and the price was good but when I realized my fingerprint button didnt work I called and she told me to bring it back in the next day. I did that and she wasnt there and tge gentleman that was there got rude with me when I asked when she would be in. When he didnt know I left. I called her later that day abd she said to bring in and she would look at it and she started telling my phone wasnt even on when I brought in there and arguring with me. Rude customer service, great price but not worth the hassle of not getting your phone back in tge condition it was when dropped off.

My phone’s microphone had stopped working so good. No one could hear me unless I shouted into the phone. And Siri was not working well either. They took my phone and said it would be repaired in an hour. I returned after an hour and the phone was not ready. They said that it would be 20 more minutes due to a large amount of corrosion inside my phone that they wanted to get cleaned up properly. Many customers and had arrived and they were helping them all. And it turns out only the one lady was there working! She handled my repair and all the other customers very efficiently. 20 minutes later I had a perfectly working phone. Great customer service and she was very knowledgeable in phones and repairs.I would recommend highly.

Had a wonderful experience! I took my Iphone XR to get the screen fixed and it was returned in perfect condition.The lady also asked if i wanted the back fixed because it was also cracked, which i didn’t know they did because another company said they didn’t, so I was pleasantly surprised. Pricing was great and they told me it would take 35 minutes to fix, so I left and when i came back it was right on time! Thank you:))

These people had my sons phone for 12 days and still didnt fix it. Instead of being honest and telling me they didnt know what they were doing, I got the runaround. They kept telling me someone would contact me the next day but NEVER did. Finally got fed up and picked up the phone on day 12. Took it to a more experienced phone repair shop and they fixed it within 1 hour! Run far away from this place! Horrible customer service and very inexperienced!

Picked up my phone messed up. She told me if i didn’t give her my passcode before to check everything they wouldn’t be responsible for anything that was messed up so i gave her it to check and she said everything was good. When i went back in for her to look at my camera she refused and told me to get out.

I asked them to unlock my phone THEY DID NOT UNLOCK my phone. They only made it able for me to make phone calls. Even though they didn’t unlock my phone how I wanted to I couldn’t even get my money back. I feel like it should’ve been stated from the beginning that it was not going to unlock the phone completely. If you want your phone unlocked with no problems actually go to that phone server.Deserves no stars because they didn’t do what I wanted done to my phone AND they kept my money.

Bought a unlocked phone from here. It works great so that’s not the problem. The customer service needs a little fine tuning. I asked to see a phone that I was purchasing but the lady behind the counter had a death grip on the phone and wouldn’t let me touch it to look at it like I was going to steal it. After I payed the $400 for the phone she looked at each bill like I was trying to give her counterfeit bills. I felt more like a criminal instead of a paying customer. My advice is to be more discreet. Use those dollar pens to detect counterfeit. I have good credit and my cash was good. Don’t make me feel like I’m trying to steal from u

All other place want to fix the back of iPhone XR for over $300, and they have to keep my phone for over a week. I called this place, they told me $150 and will be ready after 1 hour. Not the place for repairs if time is a concern. Took items in for repair mid-week to assure items would be ready for Christmas. Left items and was advised I would receive a call back the following day. No calls to update. I have called every other day and finally was told items are being repaired by a third-party and the store has no control over when items will be completed. At best it would be acceptable as a response if communicated upfront or along the way. Not sure if the store understands the importance of holidays that happen once a year. Make sure you ask all the right questions before dropping off items. It appears they will say what you want to hear to gain business but in reality delivery is not up to par. Buyer beware.

Got my iPad fixed 6 months ago. Just now update my opinion about this place. Very nice staffs! Excellent customer service! And they done great work!

I had dropped my granddaughters cell phone and cracked the screen very badly. I took it by and got a very fair and least expensive estimate than I found anywhere else and was told they could do it in half an hour, which is less time than I found anywhere else. [One place I checked and they would have to send the phone off.] It is an I-Phone 7. I was very pleased and they have a 180 day guarantee on their work. I will be going back here for all my cell phone needs and repairs from now on.
