Hannah Davis worked with us. She was INCREDIBLE. From the first moment, she was exceedingly patient, friendly, and (professionally) knowledgeable. We had no clue what we wanted, but she explained every option that would best suit our needs. She was very well-versed in the products she offered, and took time to explain the differences. Hannah even offered to assist by applying the (not sure this is the correct term) liquid glass. She just could NOT have been one drop more amazing, and I’m SO GRATEFUL she was the professional who assisted us!!! She is VERY MUCH management material!!!

I thought buying a new phone had to be painful. Was I wrong!T. J. was helpful, fun, and worked so hard to help us find a plan that worked for us. Avery took the time to walk me through trying to contact customer service by phone, let me sat in the store and place it on speaker phone where he could hear, and assist me. The other day I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I was very nervous about how much it would cost me, but Kenny B. SAVED me money! He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to get me a better plan than I had before. Despite the social distance measures he took, it was a comfortable atmosphere in the store. TJ patiently listened to our explanations of our anticipated needs and usage of phones and wireless and steered us in the right direction. He then patiently and systematically went through the process of transferring our considerable data and apps and made certain that everything successfully passed to the new phones before we left. In addition, TJ has a great sense of humor, so it was a pleasure working with him. Bravo, Anthony!

Me and my mother got my phone service changed from a different carrier due to circumstances that were not in our control.And this has by far been the best customer service I have ever received from anyone. I worked with Byron Dupre and he worked so hard to get my 85 year old dad a phone. He lives by himself and his phone stopped working and Byron said he was not going to let him leave without a phone. I just recently switched from Sprint after 18 years to Verizon. My experience with the corporate store on Thompson Ln in Murfreesboro, was not great. However the Cellular Sales Verizon on S. Rutherford in Murfreesboro has a wonderful employee named Emily Huang. She helped my parents get new phones and setup service with no problems or complications unlike the aforementioned. Emily is a ray of sunshine. I will never go to any other Verizon store again.
