I have always loved hot topic, my personal favorites to buy are their jewelry and Tshirts. However Im still sad they dont have a plus size friendly clothing experience. Their online has a small plus size section but the clothing choices are slim and the styles leave something to be desired. On the up side their staff is always so friendly and helpful, and Ive never had a bad customer service experience with them.

Most of the staff are very helpful and have good attitudes. A few are indifferent, but this is the same almost anywhere you go. They will definitely let you know about their sales and specials to help you out.

Now, my nearly 20 year old daughter has fallen in love with Hot Topic on her own. Its the place to go for cool, unique, and edgy inventory. Its a fun and nostalgic, everytime we go!

I am a parent shopping at Hot Topic, and I love it. All three of my kids have different interests within the store, and even I have my own three favorites. They are jam packed with wall to ceiling with merchandise. My daughter spent her birthday money easily because they have good sales. Getting two t shirts totally beats one. Im just wishing I could go back for me. There is a Patrick sweatshirt calling my name in the front window 😁

Bought my husband a Scooby Doo shirts was around $27. Wont but anything from here for a while.

Constantly getting jacket pulled by staff and harassed to buy merchandise.

Preordered a gift for quick pick up because my child cannot wear a mask. Got there and couldnt come in because shes a year too old for the required mask age of 5. Mandates been gone for over a month, and a sign is up saying please ask for assistance if you cannot wear a mask. I preordered, asked about the assistance, and even explained her condition. Response was, well you cant come in without it .. LOL, OK, well Im not sure how to turn epilepsy off so I wont be able to shop here? Ok, cool.🤷‍♀️ Spencers was super helpful though so shout out to them.🤘

Lots of stuff to choose from. Anime, Harry Potter, Marvel and Mandalorian merchandise are sold here.

Lots of pop culture items and off the wall references for less known things. Selection for gauges is pretty small. Beneifits of the rewards program is nice. I do like that during COVID theres a max of 9 people in the store, as its quite small and allows good space between people.

Still only letting a limited number of people in so you have to stand and wait forever to get it.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

They were very aware of guidelines for masks and number of people allowed in store....and adhered to the guidelines during our visit. Good work ! 👍

Customer service is really good, staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. Prices can be a little high, but they have really good sales.

From the products available to the amazing staff, this is by far the best Hot Topic Ive ever been to. The manager Kelyn is awesome, and you can see the amount of pride she takes in her work, from the displays to her customer connections. The staff is always cheerful and go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. The store itself is always neat and organized, which amazes me considering the amount of traffic they have. If youre in Stones River Mall, stop in and see what a great fun place this Hot Topic is.

Daughters love this place and even their geek dad and mom can find stuff too. This store has plenty of stuff packed into space and always latest stuff in store.

Love this store. Usually have to buy a size bigger though. Most of the shirts anyways. They shrink after washing and drying.

Better off shopping online. Their website has better prices and more things and you dont have to deal with nasty people. Like seriously terrible customer service. They dont want to deal with you when you come in. They dont pay attention when you need help. When you ask a question they treat you rudely. Ive lived in town for about 2 years and no matter how many times I go everyone is just nasty. I rather drive the extra mile to brentwood or just shop online.
