Store# 7107So, I have found this store to really cater to and make customer service a priority....until today (5/6/2021). I have been to store #7107 MANY times to order what has been called the Speedy-Stuffer for breakfast...YES!... For BREAKFAST! They are that good. Over the last 3 months, I have probably been there 4 or 5 times to get these. A guy I work with ALSO gets them for breakfast!Today at around 9:10-15am, I walked in to make the same order as usual. The kind lady that I usually see behind the counter was not there. The young lady that was behind the counter told me that it was not lunch-time yet and that they cannot make them until then. I asked her again if she was sure about that and she said yes but that I could get one of the burritos that they have for breakfast. I smiled at her (and almost said bless your heart) then turned around and left.I am going to give them one more chance to redeem themselves by coming in at the normal time of 7:30am to see if the Kind Lady is back. If she is, I WILL call-out the other lady to her. If she is not, I am still going to ask for the Speedy-Stuffer for breakfast. If they say no, I will take my business to a different Speedway that is a little out of my way.More posts to come...hopefully will be able to up the star rating.

If someone at the register needs help why wouldn’t they go get a manager when the person next to them can’t figure it out instead of the other person having me wait goes gets a manager for the other clerk. You just took two clerks out of helping customers

This particular Speedway has an employee who works night shift and is always rude. I do not know why. I come in order and go. I try to mind my own business and keep to myself however it has reached a tipping point. Aside from the massive amount of times this employee has spent doing nothing but talking with coworkers instead of making food in the cafe when an order is placed or disappearing outside for 30 minutes at a time they also throw my food on the counter at me and have now refused me service. The whole reason they have refused me service is because this employee made up a rule that breakfast isnt served until 3am. The kiosk you order from tells you breakfast is served at midnight. I work night shift and this place is on my way home. Its a favored stop of mine. This particular employee has ruined what was once a great place to get food on my way home.

The food is awesome! Big selection of food from pizzas to paninis, and their fresh-baked cookies are the best anywhere. Good prices on gas and cigarettes. Very friendly staff and good location.

This place is right by my house. It opened just before I moved there about 4 years ago. Back then, it was great.Today, unfortunately, is a different story. Half the pumps have bags over the handles because they dont work.Other ones, the pay at the pumps credit card swipe doesnt work. So, you stand there looking like a moron for 2 minutes before you realize its not going to work. And there is almost no chance of getting a receipt unless you walk inside.Also, they now have these advertisements blaring while you pump, and theres no way to turn them off. I just dont get it. Its like they are trying to be the worst gas station they possibly can.Guys! Fix this! Come on! Its hurting your business just as much as its pissing everyone else off!

Been a long time Speedway fan, until today that is. They wont stand by their products. I purchased a drink from this location, and upon opening it realized it had gone bad. I attempted to exchange said drink and was told I couldnt even though it was still 98% full. Id had it too long, so apparently a couple days makes it ok to shaft a loyal customer. Wont be purchasing from this store again.

Good location. Lots of customers so their are usually multiple registers open. Lots of choices for snacks. Clean bathrooms. Close to the interstate.

Most pumps dont work, many have broken credit card readers. Inside is super slow. Line was 9 people deep, even after I was checked out.

Slowest service, not always fresh, use different size sub buns then other locations. Crew can be rude they dont follow their own protocol, handle food with no gloves. Ok to get gas here but would not eat here

The store is great but the employee named Summer is so incredibly rude. The first time I thought it was an off day, but for her to be that rude two days in a row proves its a terrible attitude. Asked for a speedway card and she said she couldnt give me one... Ummm okay

Good, clean gas station. Definitely a nice and newer feel. Also, they sell E85

Counter service was slower than usual; food counter almost out the door. BUT the staff were all friendly and courteous

This store has horrible customer service. Worst Speedway in Nashville. I will never go back here again. Save your time and energy go to Thorntons or find another gas station for flex fuel. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I was well please with Speedy until 12/28/16 i received some tainted food that me very sick. I hope they can fix the problem because bad food can ruin someones day very quickly and possibly cause an older or weaker person some major issues.

I will never come here again due to blaringly loud ads on the fuel pumps. Thats just offensive.

Rude cashiers, they dont make it clear you have to prepay for gas. At the pump on the tv it says you can pay credit card there or lift and pump your gas. The lift and pump is false. Than they have a sign under the E85 hose on the far left that says you have to prepay, speedway make up your mind. I will not shop there anymore.
