Quick and easy, in and out in no time. I love that I can run in to get my labs there!
Thorough care. Went in for one issue and the PA found an additional unknown to me. Handled both professionally and set up referral as well.
Staff is always friendly and just discovered they are open until 7 and on the weekends. Helps with my work schedule
Excellent service and front desk personnel. The Nurse is absolutely awesome who I saw. I would highly recommend.
I went to the Murfreesboro (Old Fort) Walgreens Vanderbilt walk in clinic and it was a terrible experience. First, the kiosk to sign in had a sign that said closed and that they would be back at 2:15. It was 4:15. When a lady finally came to talk to us she said we needed to make an appointment online. When asked about walk in she said it was walk in but we had to sign up online. Wth?! I then asked how we do that. She said go to the website. No details. She didnt know the website or if it worked in the app. Very unhelpful. Then she said there was an opening at 5:10 but she couldnt put one of us down at that time. We had to do it. What is the point of walk in? I went to the websites for Vanderbilt at Walgreens and this location doesnt even show in the list. We later found that the Vanderbilt app where to get an appointment but it didnt see the 5:10. So nothing works. She said we could go to the health department. I asked where that was. She said she didnt know because she isnt from Murfreesboro. No handouts? No one asks these questions? She was completely unprepared. It was a terrible experience.
Excellent providers, courteous front desk and fit me right in. I highly recommend the providers and services provided at this location .
Im not sure why this place has such negative reviews. Ive been treated with respect by all the staff here, and Ive had no issues.Of note, the medical technician who took my blood sample was skilled. Ive previously donated blood, and Ive had some interesting experiences where Ive been stuck multiple times. No issue here, first attempt was perfect and the blood was extracted.I would utilize this location again.
Went there with me and my son. Signed up when we got there got back almost immediately. The nurse was fast with testing both of us and we were diagnosed and out with a prescription quickly. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.
They just refused my daughter for treatment and she doesn’t even have a cough she has strep throat. I am a nurse and I know what strep throat feels like. These two women refuse to see my daughter. I cannot believe Vanderbilt would encourage this type of practice to refuse sick children. Vanderbilt employees refusing to take care of sick children is a disgrace and they should be ashamed.
I called to ask how long their wait was. They can’t give that out. Of course not. Why turn away a customer, right? I told her I was coming from clear across town. She could tell me they “weren’t that busy”. I get there and there’s a crappy handwritten sign that they are out to lunch. The phone call would have been a good time to let me know you were about to close for a half hour.
Yeah NO. You sent the bill to my parents address and not my medical insurance provider.... Absolutely arbage... AVOID
I am here at this clinic with my brother. First the person acted like I am bothering her by standing at the desk waiting to talk to them. She asked why I was there. I said my brother needs to see the dr. She asked what for, I told her why and she said to wait a minute, she went into a little room where the nurse practitioner is... and said we can’t see him. Take him to the ER. I said it is not an emergency. She said that’s what she said. I asked who? She said the nurse practitioner. She feels he needs to go to the ER. She didn’t even see him or examine him. I said so she is refusing to see him? She said yes. My brother is a patient of Vanderbilt system. All of his drs are with Vanderbilt and it was after his dr’s office was closed, that’s why we came.
Front desk was very professional and the physicians assistance was very professional with the service that I requested.
I had a displeasure dealing with butungane-sexton, mwaka, aprn. Awful experience. She was really disrespectful. Avoid this aprn and go to someone nicer and who knows what they are doing. I might just stick to MD visits because of this bad experience with aprn.
DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is below par they just did simple stuff like take temp and looked in my throat/ears and some how it ended up costing me $252....
Terrible everything. Never going there again.
Will take insurance and then send you a bill statement that insurance doesnt pay then you deal with a billing dept in another country that speaks poor English what a joke
