Owner quoted price for new engine and when brought in for repair said he didn’t remember the conversation. Kept trying to get me to buy used engine. New engine 500 he ironically quoted high 700 to replace . Told me not enough money in the job. 250-300 bucks seems like decent profit.Would not recommend

I went in to ask a question about a belt for my edger and trencher because Sears, the place where I bought, it closed and two other movers I own. I couldnt even get words out of mouth to ask my first question before I was responded to rudely as if I was bothering the older gentleman here. I wanted to make sure I had the correct belt, and see if they could also provide some work on my push mower and tractor mowers. Guess Ill find somewhere else because the customer service he was bad.

Called him up about replacing seals on an engine I have. He explained to me that it wouldnt be worth my money due to the extent of work that needs to be done on this old engine. He was honest and helpful.

Called Tuesday morning... left a message.Called Tuesday afternoon... left a message.Called Wednesday morning... no one picked up and no answering machine.I give up.If this is any indication of the kind of customer service this place has, youre better off taking your business elsewhere.

Great place for small engine repairs. Mr. Rick is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Rick does thorough work and very good repairing most small engines. A little slow on the turn around time. A bit pricey, however he always gets the job done right the first time.

Called at 9am and told him my problem told me to bring it down and he would take a look and should have it fixed same day. He fixed it right in the parking lot! He was so nice. Will recommend him to anyone and will go back if I ever have any problems.🙂

Rick is as country as the day is long, as well as honest and forthcoming. My lawn tractor sat for 2 years w/o being used and gas had gummed up the insides of the carburetor. He took it apart, cleaned and rebuilt it for about 2/3 what a new one would have cost and had it done in less than a day. After I reinstalled it, my lawn tractor started right up w/o any issues. Bravo Zulu, Rick. Youve got a customer for life!

I heard great things about this place, but can never get in touch with them. Their public store hours say they are open until 5pm on Friday, but I went there at 4:30pm and they were already closed. Repeated phone calls during their operating hours go unanswered and their is no answering machine to leave a message. How they stay in business is baffling.
