We were traveling to Kentucky from Florida with horses and had different warnings on the dash. Arrived Sun and went to the dealer Mon morning. They knew exactly what the problem was and Tyler Lee exemplified customer service!! He got us in, replaced the part, and even researched to find the other major part we needed. He was able to keep us mobile and replace two parts. All electronic problems. He and his team of mechanics were outstanding. Our home dealership could take lessons from them! Upon entering I was greeted very nicely and felt very welcomed. The whole place is so clean and bright. The gentleman taking my keys was very informative. (I asked a few questions.) Came in for a transmission check up cause it was shifting hard. After waiting in the nicest waiting room for a dealership garage I ever been in. Im sure Im missing a lot but there are 2 TVs, coffee, cappuccino, vending machines with coke and snacks, aquarium, and my favorite a window you can observe your vehicle while they work on it. He gave me my keys and let me know why it was doing what it was doing. Which was my fault I put the wrong size tires on a AWD. He told me they fixed a recall and fixed where it didnt shift hard until I got the right tires on and come back and fix it right. No charge what so ever! I am so glad I went to David Taylors garage. As long as I have a vehicle they will work on I will be a customer. Thank you!
Buying from David Taylor was a great experience. Mr. Vargas was determined to make sure I left as a happy customer. After a bad experience at a dealership previously before visiting David Taylor, I didn’t have my hopes set high on being able to do get a new vehicle. But the team at David Taylor just asked me to please give them a shot. I’m glad I did. Such a great group there! Even though I ran them past close they didn’t treat me like I was holding them up. The guys who work in the service department are good guys. BUT, I called one day in the A.M.to speak to the service dept. and they were all busy so I left a message with the receptionist and she said I would get a call from them when they were available. Well after 24+ hours later I still hadnt received a call so I called them back and ended up cancelling an appointment. They must be REALLY BUSY! Also awhile back I received an estimate for repair work on my vehicle which was about $5700 then after searching around I found another shop that did essentially the same job for $3200. Wow! Quite a difference. Oh well. Thats life.
Everyone was very friendly but be sure to stay on top of your own stuff. I called about a recall email I received. They said they would order the part, it should arrive within a week, and then they would call me to schedule the appointment. Two weeks later, I called to check on a Monday and the part hand just come in that weekend *wink wink*. I made my appointment, dropped off my vehicle, & they said it would be ready that day. I asked if I needed to call to check but they verified my phone number and assured me that they would let me know when it was done. I called first thing the next morning because they never called me and *wink wink* they had just finished it up that morning and it was now ready to pick up. Again, everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and very helpful, but be sure to follow up on everything yourself. Also, youll get texts from them but dont respond because I found out that they dont really use that service. Why do they have it activated if they dont use it? Yeah, Ive got nothin. I hope this helps someone else!

First off, I want to say that Logan and Tyler now have a NEW nickname; The Dynamic Duo. We brought our Ram 4500 in for a heater core repair, they said we could bring it in Wednesday and they could get to it Friday. Well, we took it in Tuesday and they had it ready by Wednesday afternoon. WOW! This was the best thing EVER for our one-truck trucking company; they got us back on the road quick-time and kept us from losing too much money on down-time. Thank you so much for your hard work and how much you care about the job you do; you are a true asset to David Taylor!
Service needs to value customer time. Had trailer hitch installed by dealer a month ago just use it and the light hookups were dead. Made appointment for oil change and fix light hookups. Waited on vehicle in waiting room and watched my vehicle being serviced. Begin at 10:00 am and left at 12:00 pm. Watched oil change then service on trailer hitch hookup. This should have been done when they installed the hitch the first time. Vehicle done at 10:50 am and set in stall 30 minutes with no one touching it. I text the service desk about how it was going. They immediately came around checked with a tech, lowered the hood and brought it around. Know they are short handed and I am retired but it something they need to be aware of, customers time is also valuable.
AC went out on my truck. They were able to schedule me an appointment quickly, took less than 2 hrs from start to finish, reasonably priced. We are 100% satisfied!

Where to start? I have nothing but Great things to say about my experience. I definitely wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with by any means. I had a budget in mind that I was sticking to without question. With the market the way it is that budget was tricky. After a couple months of looking and test driving, trying to work deals and a lot of laughs we finally got the right one. The sales staff are all really awesome. I never felt like I was pushed into upping my budget or that I should buy something completely different. If something peaked my interest they tried to make it work. By far the best experience I have had with a dealership. Will definitely be going through my new friends at DTC Murray again when it’s time to upgrade my wife’s vehicle.

Great customer service. Toyota van with AMS wheelchair conversion system. Dodge had never serviced one but were willing to learn and use technical assistance from AMS. Toyota dealer refused to do so. Dodge is my go to the lace from now on!

We had trouble with the valve stem on the tire on front driver’s side. I called and talked to Tyler and explained our situation and within minutes Eric came and tried to air the tire but it would not hold air. He said I will be right back and he was with Chris (I think) and they put our spare on and we followed them to the dealership. There Tyler took over and within about 30 minutes they had us on the road again. And at a very reasonable price. Okay, even though Google Maps wasnt updated with their new address, I was able to find the building easily.Great service! The device writer, Tyler, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tyler kept me up to speed on my service and asked my permission to go ahead with replacing a pricey wiper blade. Ive been to other dealerships and have had to pay for services I did not authorized before I was consulted.The brakes, wipers and tires I had replaced arent going to break my bank as they would at other dealerships!I highly recommend David Taylor for all your automotive service needs!

My van did take a long time to finally get done. We went to David Taylor just to look and was approached by Justin Whitmore while looking at inventory. We told Justin all the specifications that we were looking for but mainly needed a vehicle to fit our 5 ft 4 10yo son.... he’s still not done growing and we needed the extra space in the back! Justin rode with us as we test drove the vehicle and pointed out several things that we truly do enjoy about our 2015 Jeep Cherokee! We have had our vehicle since October and I recently just went for my first oil change. All I can say is WOW! As I sat in the waiting room, I saw so many friendly faces! I always have my jeep serviced at the dealer (I purchased it new). I brought it in several months ago because it was pulling to the right while braking. It had happened before on the other side and I had actually had all three other brake lines changed in the past. So I take it in for service and tell them I think it’s the brakes. They check it out and tell me it’s a problem in the front suspension (traction bar and something else I believe) and I pay $500 for the repair. Well of course, couple of days later, I notice it’s still pulling under braking. I’m frustrated at this point and my schedule at work is unpredictable so it takes me a while to get back in. Month or so later I take it back to dealership and tell them what’s going on. They look it over, tell me it’s something else. I give the ok to fix that too and while they’re removing the parts on that side, wouldn’t u know it, discover it’s the brake line. Charge me another $200 to replace it.I understand mistakes happen but that was super frustrating for me to tell them what I think the problem is (and I’ll be the first to admit I’m not a mechanic) and them to just throw parts at it without checking the brakes.I pick it up, thinking well, maybe they will say they’re sorry for using my time or needlessly replacing parts, maybe give me my next service free. Nope, take my money and give me my keys back... A simple apology would have gone a long way

I truly appreciate their help and honesty.Ione one occasion i asked them to look at my Honda Accord that had been in another local garage for 9-1/2 weeks, was never fixed and cost me a fortune. Logan took it in and their mechanics had it fixed and back to me in 2 days, they charged me a fraction of what i had paid at the other shop.On another occasion, Logan took my call at 8:30 PM when eating dinner at home. He helped me troubleshoot the problem that night and they fixed it the next day.They have my loyalty going forward!!! He conducted a regional search that didn’t turn up anything near what we wanted so he ordered the Hela Yella Rubicon we wanted fully equipped. When the Jeep arrived, Zach took care of technical details and Josh led us through the signing part quickly and managed to engage a conversation at the same time. Such a good experience. I was an out of state buyer, over 200 miles away. Saw a car online I liked. My salesman, Eddie Dillon was an effective communicator. He offered over the phone a competitive price for my trade. We agreed on all accounts, and when I showed up a few days later, there was no funny business or extra fees. The Finance Manager, Josh Johnson, was very professional. He was able to offer me a competitive loan rate before I arrived, and it held true on the day of the deal. I told my salesman I wanted to be in and out, as I had a lot of driving to do. He said he would make it happen, and he sure did. I usually operate with a money talks M.O., but if I buy another Dodge product in future, David Taylor Dodge will be the first place I look, 200 miles away or not.
