Sent me incorrect parts, offered a complete refund but never sent the return ship label. Multiple emails and phone calls were not returned.24hrs after leaving this review I was contacted. After I figured out that calling at this time of the year is pretty much out of the question everything was excellent. John replies quickly to questions and is very helpful with advice. It is very much appreciated as these cars are fun but can be tricky to work on. Parts are plentiful and reasonably priced. I know where I will be ordering from in the future.

My questions are always answered quickly thoroughly. My orders are always processed and shipped in a timely manner, and the prices are more than reasonable. Considering I dont really have any local options for performance parts for my car, I dont think I can go wrong ordering parts from ACN. Recommended by a buddy. Be sure u know what ur buying. Recent experience, trusted a listings pic and explanation for an AL-82 alternator voltage regulator. I definitely have the AL-82. What they sent me could not fit. I Proved it by sending pics and link to their own listing. They still insisted it was my fault for shopping by pictures is what was said to me. Refused to call me or let me call them to resolve the issue (email only) took longer than it should have. THEIR POLICY I PAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. REFUNDS ON BASE PRICE ONLY. EVEN ON THEIR MISTAKE. Not impressed.

Dude, check these guys out. Im on vw forums constantly because these cars take a lot of work and you need a community to build these cars. They are always available to answer questions and will even steer you away from one of their products if it not specifically right for you. They are not out for the almighty dollar but to help the community.I made a purchase about 1.5 years ago that was substantial. They helped me define exactly what I wanted, and then gave me constant updates as my order was being processed. They also have items that you cant get anywhere else. I am hoping to buy a set of their super squish pistons really soon. Good job on the website updating!

Ive ordered an OE Mexican style oil pump, and a SVDA distributor. Everything was as described, John even recurved my distributor for free after I changed my set-up....twice!

I have beat my head against the wall for the last 6 months on my 74 Super with a Weber Progressive! I called these guys up and talked to there tech on this carb. WOW! Wished i would have talked to him months ago. Needless to say my 1600 dual ports running like swiss watch!!!! Thanks guys
