Mike and his crew are absolutely amazing! They made me comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, walking me through exactly what was going on with my car. Not only did they fix my brakes, but they went above and beyond by going over my whole car and checking everything out for me, and fixed quite a few small items. My car sounds and feels so much better than before! I will not take my car anywhere else after this wonderful experience.

My daughter was driving her car early in the morning when it completely died on I-15 in Murray. I called a relative to ask where they recommend I tow it. They said without hesitation Mike at Enginuity! So I asked the tow truck to take it there before the shop opened. I left a message to call back and they called within 10 minutes. They got the car up and running by the end of the day and got my daughter back on the road. They even made sure everything else was working perfectly before handing it off to my daughter. EAS has been my go to mechanic for more than 30 years. (And I am not that old). They are trustworthy and fair. A dealership told me I had some serious problems with my truck. I brought it to EAS for a second opinion. Mike checked over my truck, and told me they dealership was trying to up-sale me. I trust his diagnoses. They are honest. That is sometimes hard to come by.

There is no better mechanic shop anywhere. I used them for about 10 years while I lived in Salt Lake and then I moved to Idaho and still, as often as I can I have them service my vehicles. I wish it were safe 2 publish my phone number online because I would be delighted to talk to anybody about Enginuity.

Mike and his entire team are the best! You won’t ever find me back at the Jeep dealer since I found Enginuity, if you’re in the SLC metro area, make sure to check them out. I was referred by a friend and I’m so glad that I was, they were able to diagnose and repair MAJOR underlying engine issues on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/ a 5.7 liter HEMI and 132,000 miles.They also worked with my extended warrenty so my out of pocket cost was minimal. In addition to the engine repairs they also fixed many other wear and tear issues you would find on a 2012 (oil pressure gauge, windshield washer reservoir, oil change, small coolant leak, water pump, etc). Fingers crossed I get another 100k miles out of her! Thank you Mike, Henry, Darren and the entire Enginuity Auto Team!!

I have to be completely honest....Kevin (owner) is unbelievable. He is hardworking, enthusiastic, HONEST and a complete professional. I have brought my cars to him for 2 yrs now and would never go anywhere else. In fact - when I was told by AUDI that I needed new rear brakes they wanted to replace them for $1200 - I took the car to Kevin and he inspected and told me the brakes were fine. No need to spend any money to fix what isn’t broken. Did you get that? He talked himself OUT OF A SALE. Now he could have told me that I needed new brakes - I would not have known - but he did NOT. He is what other small business owners should STRIVE TO BE. I gave him 5 stars and would easily give him 25 stars if I could. The man reeks of INTEGRITY, HONESTY and hard work. I recently took my car for general maintenance including new brakes. Mike and Henry replaced my brakes but took the time to advise me that I had an issue with my wheel bearing. They insisted that my car should still be under warranty and encouraged me to go to the dealer to have the work done. They are the best and most honest business around. My parents, adult son and I have been having them do the work on all of our cars for several years. This is the reason why, they care about their customers and always do what is right.

Mike is a stand up guy. Guaranteed work! Put a new moter in my old work truck. Runs like new.

I wont take my car anywhere else. Ive never had to have something on my car repaired a second time after they fixed it. Their lobby and bathrooms are immaculate and theyre quick when it comes to services like oil changes or small repairs. They wont BS you when it comes to what needs to be fixed and they wont ever try to sell you additional services.

Mike is an amazing man. There was a miscommunication on my repair and they double booked and werent able to get my repair done. I was heading out of town and was now in a bind because I wouldnt have my car for the trip. Mike bent over backwards to make it right for me. Completely restored my faith in customer service. He has always stepped up and made sure to go above and beyond in helping me. I would and do reccomend Enginuity for car repairs and Mike specifically.

My family has been taking care of our cars for years and have not had a bad experience yet. Mike, Henry and the rest of the crew are diligent at finding and fixing whatever is wrong with your car, only use the best quality parts. Ive even made the mistake of trying to find another mechanic to work on my cars that is closer to where I lived at the time and had to go back to them to fix what they other guys couldnt.

We had excellent service at Enginuity for years, but when they replaced the catalytic converter a few months ago, they introduced some debris into the engine. (They told me that in a follow-up checkup, but offered no remedy.) In consequence a valve in the engine developed a problem and then a head gasket failed, as per diagnosis elsewhere. I now have to replace the car.

Went in to get a bid for work. Waited for someone to help me at the front desk. Told him what I needed. He went to his computer and spent an incredible amount of time to look up parts. Left the desk while I waited. Came back and gave me a bid 2 1/2 higher than two other bids. Took over 30 minutes of my time and I left feeling that I had wasted his precious time. I would never go back.

Others places couldnt find out what the problem was tried taking advantage on me. Being a girl hard find a good car place to go where they wont take advantage of you. Wont go any where else. I have a friend that took her 2008 Honda civic to this shop and they told her all 4 of her motor mounts needed to be changed and that the engine was sitting on the frame...quoted her 500 dollars... She brought the car to me at my shop and there was nothing I mean NOTHING WRONG with her motor mounts ... This shop saw a young blond girl come into their shop and thought jackpot.... Its shops like this that give real mechanics a bad name....

Dishonest. They use Inspection to make more repairs. They told me I needed $1800 worth of repairs but the next shop said it was only 650.

Enginuity has been servicing all our business and personal vehicles for a lot of years now. Only wish we had gotten to know them sooner. Car repairs are about TRUST. You can TRUST these people to be honest and fair. If its not right we will make it right.
