This is by far the best shop I have ever been to. From the moment we walked in the mechanic Kevin was extremely welcoming and straight forward. Through the whole process he was honest and kept us informed of the progress. The realistic time frame for getting things done, the price, the kindness, and the no hidden fees makes this shop the best one in the USA in my opinion. This shop try’s to make everyone who walks in the door feel like family and they succeeded. Go to this shop and get treated right!

My 12 passenger van drove excellent, I get my regular oil change faithfully and take really good care of it. It started running slow like it needed a deep turn up but not cutting off at all…I took it to this company (turn key) and they quote me 2000 for just a flush and spark plugs change….🤔That was wired, so we said no we don’t want to do business…we took the car out the shop the next day and it start shutting off…the car that I use everyday now shutting off. They did something to our Van but my attitude is life is Carma…You do a family of God wrong it will come back to you three folds..I promise

Kevin did well. I dont think Ill be going back to this place, but he is just another mechanic. Nothing really special. Your best bet is to use YouTube and do it yourself. Learn a new skill and save a few hundred bucks.

Absolutely horrible shop, do not trust them. We had to get our motorhome tuned up before we moved and took it to them. Worst idea ever. They did the maintenance on it and we paid them 2k for the work and my husband drove it home. He noticed one thing they missed so he took it back. Then all of a sudden the water pump went out. We paid another 800 to have that fixed, but then the heads were cracked and he magically had a buddy that would buy it from us for 500. My husband said no and went and picked it up. They stole the ac compressor and now the motorhome dumps fluid and overheats. Took it to another shop and they said they didnt even put the water pump in correctly and that is why its leaking. These guys are crooks and will steal your money and leave your vehicle way worse than when you took it in. Use anyone but them.Edit. My husband brought it in, not me. Definitely got the right shop. You guys knew we were in a tight spot with moving very soon and took advantage of our situation and screwed us over.

Ok this has got to be the nicest mechanic shop Ive ever been to. It was my first time and Kevin took great care of me. He was able to help me do a quick inspection for a car I was purchasing even though I came so late and close to closing. And it was the lowest price ever. Compared to anywhere else Ive ever been. Kevin and his staff were very nice and welcoming. Something rare in todays capitalistic society. Thank you!

I couldnt have had a worse experience at Turn Key.Not only did they fail to repair the same issue on two occasions, after keeping my vehicle for over a month, they damaged the body.They admitted that a locker fell into my RV and told me to send them an estimate. After sending the estimate, they will not pay for the damage or take my calls.After months of no progress, I filled a complaint with the BBB. The BBB has reached out to them twice to try and resolve the issue. The BBB can see that they have opened the emails, but they will not respond to the complaint.My last resort is to take them to small claims court.Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable shop.Responding to the owners false claim:*** I sent you a check for the damage over a week ago to the address you gave us we are more then a reputable shop***This is a lie. I have not received payment or any communication for Turn Key. The response to my negative reviews was the first response I had received from them in months. I took that as they were maybe trying to make things right, so I reached out to determine if there was an issue with the address. They did not respond. The only communication has been them lying on this review.

The owner was on top of things...contacting me immediately. This small operation will treat you like family. I will continue to use them. What a relief to go to one mechanic you know will treat you fair and not rip you off. They will only repair what needs to be repaired and not try to up-sale you on unnecessary repairs.

Such a breath of fresh air working with these guys. They didnt give me the run around with pricing and labor. They told me the price and that is what I paid. It was so nice not to get told the price then when I went into pay they added labor and tax. I will continue to take my vehicles to them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Car problems suck enough as it is, dealing with honest helpful mechanics make it such a little less! Thanks again!

Turn Key Auto and Truck Repair Service is the best one I have found in 40 years of taking my cars in for repairs. Diagnostics are accurate. Mechanics and owner problem solve for best solutions for older vehicles. Repairs are completed on time--even earlier than expected. Pricing is very fair and competitive. Parts and labor have warranty. Positive interactions with all employees reveal a workplace that cares about doing the highest quality service and giving the best possible experience during and after repairs are completed.

They did a quick job repairing my car for the states VRAP program. I was however weirded out by the fact my car was driven home for the night by an employee as it had a guest parking pass hanging from the mirror when I picked it up. (Sidenote, the person who took it did add a bit of gas in it so thank you) I also never got a promised call back if the VRAP covers tags so I could pick up a sticker, so Ill give them a call. Other than that they were fine.

I first went to Turn Key Auto from a friends recommendation. I was in an emergency car fix because it had started to overheat. I headed right over to them, they were very fast to help me and find out what was going on with my car. They fixed everything up for me and kept me updated on everything that was happening. Kevin and Annie are AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else whether I need an oil change or I need something to be replaced. 5/5

My husband and I had to travel to Utah for my Brother In Laws funeral and our diesel truck broke down just as we got to our vacation rental. After the memorial we called Turn Key and brought the truck in. They mot only fixed the turbo and DPF system on my truck but repaired a couple of extra things at no extra cost. They made what was a horrible situation so much easier on our family. This is also a Veteran ownex and operated business. We are incredibly grateful that we found this shop....they were wonderful!

Was just starting my work day and my work truck started spewing coolant all over. Did a quick search of auto shops near my work that work on duramax diesels. These guys popped up. Im glad they did! They were able to get me in when I called and diagnosed the issue quickly! They got me fixed up and on back on the road! Definitely recommened these guys! They know what they are doing and do it well!

I live up in Farmington but make the trip to this business for my vehicle maintenance and repair. Recently I had my emissions tested and was able to get my registration done on site as well. I was provided quick professional service and feel like a valued customer.

I live in my travel trailer full time and a few days before I needed to pull out to my next job I started having electrical problems. Other RV repairs couldnt see me for weeks. Best auto repair in SLC. The owner is a Marine combat veteran and it shows in their work. My jeep was repaired two days early than I was expecting and the value couldn’t have been beat anywhere else. I really can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my experience at Turn Key.

My car wouldnt start so I had to get it towed. I honestly didnt know who to take it to as it was Saturday night so I just had the towing company take it to the first suggestion my roadside assistance gave me, which was turn key. Obviously since this happened Saturday night and they were closed Sunday so they couldnt look at my car until Monday morning. I needed my car for an appointment Tuesday for work. They were really good about keeping in touch with me, and very patient when I would call them cause I got impatient and wanted to know what was going on. They were able to get my car fixed up that day. I felt that they were honest with me and didnt push me to do a lot of repairs like some car places we will. And they charged me the exact price they quoted me. Down to the penny. I would definitely recommend them.

I brought my minivan in for an oil change today. The service technician was thorough and precise in his inspection of my vehicle. Mike did a great job explaining options and quoting me a price prior to work being done. The price was reasonable and I felt no pressure. The staff was both friendly and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer when I need any work done on my vehicles.

There are a few reasons I am giving this company a bad review. My wife took my 2015 Ford F-150 in for a simple oil change. Previously, I used a promotion I purchased to get discount oil changes with this company. Unfortunately, that deal expired but I still felt like this was the place to get my service done. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company repairing my vehicles and thought that they did a good job in the past.Today was a different story. I expected to pay a reasonable price for an oil change but got charged $72, for an OIL CHANGE!! I pay less for oil changes on my 30 box truck at work. I understand that I have to pay a little more for a truck but come on.It gets better... I called in later to ask for a quote on an oil change for the exact same truck and I was quoted $45 out the door. At that point, I called the man out for ripping me off and he gave me a sad excuse that my truck takes a special kind of oil and has a deeper pan. This is why I dont trust mechanics and auto repair shops. They saw an opportunity to rip off my wife and took full advantage of her.This company also has a referral program where you can get discounts for referring people to their company. I was given a stack of these cards months ago after my last repair was done. I was told to bring these cards back in with a name and a phone number to get the discount. Apparently, the person you refer has to bring the card in for you to get your discount. My wife explained to them that this is not what we were originally told. They said, Was it Kevin that told you this, because he got fired. More excuses from a lousy company. They would not uphold the discount.I know that this review is going to hurt this company but I want to make sure they know that what they did was not okay. I hope that other potential customers will avoid this company and find a more trustworthy mechanic.

I had my oil changed and an all around check (for a trip). Everything was done with professionalism (explained everything to me) and was reasonably priced. Turn Key believes in and practices customer service (which is not done other places). I definitely will be back and recommend them.

Took my car into them cuz it wouldnt pass emission. The check engine light kept coming on and staying on and they were so helpful. They were on it to get my vehicle fixed FAST! I was PAST my THIRD temp tag and they were empathetic and responded quickly to help. Overall great place, great customer service, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone! If I could give 10 stars I would. :)

I had a not very good experience in the past due to a different factors and miscommunication and after a few weeks i received a call from Bobby and addressed my discontent with professionalism and a great manners, i really appreciate the gesture of calling me and try to fix the issue that meant a lot to me and win back my trust when they showed me that they did care, i talk to her on the phone and she was amazing and listen to me carefully with a sincere kindness and understanding, with no doubts she offered me my full refund of my money. I was in Utah from out of state I wanted to have my car serviced I brought my vehicle to turnkey and first of all they did excellent customer service over the phone I brought my vehicle and as promised on the time that they told me to bring it in and they told me a timeframe my car would be done and my car was done before the time specified, Turn key auto is very clean and the staff is very respectful very courteous and extremely helpful in explaining things in great detail I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends that live in Utah in the Salt Lake City Ogden Utah area, It’s nice to see places like this still exist. Ive been going here for a few years now. They are always honest. They give me a heads up on services I may need in the future (never claiming that emergency repairs are needed). Theyre quick and have lots of available appointments. Today I took my car in on a spur of the moment because I hit a huge tire shred on the freeway. They took my car back immediately to look at it, assessed the damage, and took and emailed me pictures of it. Theyre so nice and have such good service. They really do earn your loyalty. The RTB Card is worth it, by the way. Great deal. Highly recommend this shop.

I took my truck to turn key auto because my a/c didnt work, they told me it would be 120.00 fee to find the problem then they would give me a estimate to fix my a/c, so I said ok its fine it would cost 800 dollars. I got my truck back and the a/c work 1 day so I told them my a/c still doesnt work, they said it would cost more money to find out why it doesnt work. So basically this place charges you to learn how to fix your cars if they dont fix it the first time they keep replacing and charging till they do.DONT!!!!DO Business with this place

From not following my instructions when I dropped the vehicle off -to throwing away the parts they replaced before I could look at them.I have no trust anymore. A follow up as promised. When I took the van in the owner looked it over with the mechanic and agreed, it was not properly done. They warranteed the work and did it over again free of charge. I honestly dont know what went wrong, if the work was never done correctly, or the part failed, I dont understand auto mechanics well enough. I do know that I appreciate the owners willingness to address the concern and make it right. My only concern is what would have happened if I hadnt had transmission problems and another mechanic flagged the issue. I will continue to use Turn Key, but I have learned to be much more educated with repairs and service work. For my sake. I understand that things happen, but I have to cover myself and my children. Thats just the business. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn more and recognize how I can keep myself safer in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Worst experience ever!They only want your money, they could care less about you or your concerns. They WILL rip you off then harass you if you try to voice your concern or call them out on a service they DID NOT provide.On 2/23/18 I decided to take my car in to have it diagnosed at Turn Key Service in Murray. I wanted them to diagnose my Right Rear tail light as the day time running lights didnt come on, however the brake light, blinker and reverse bulb all worked. I called 2/22/18 to schedule an appointment for 8am on 2/23/18. I brought my car in at 8, explained the problem and filled out a written form of the problem. They told me they would give me a call in about an hour to let me know the status. After more than 2 hours I called back to check the status and they said they had not looked at my car yet. I received a call around 4pm from them saying they were done diagnosing my car and that the light assembly was inoperable and the only way the problem would be solved is if they replaced the assembly. I declined as the repair (roughly $200-$300 is what they quoted me for the repair) would have been more than I paid for the tail lights as a whole. I then paid $116.29 for the diagnostic, then left. On 3/26/18 I noticed after reversing into my parking spot and leaving my car on to run into my house quickly, that my Right Rear tail light was on. I found this odd as Turn Key Service had told me to my face as well as noted on the invoice that my Right Rear tail light was inoperable and vehicle needs new light assembly. I called and spoke with Tom Henry (owner) on 3/27/2018 to inform him that my car was misdiagnosed and that I wanted a refund as they DID NOT perform the service they claimed to have performed. He said it was an intermittent short meaning it shorts in and out of functionality. When I stated that was never mentioned to me or stated on my copy of the invoice he replied with, sounds like youre accusing me of fraud, that pisses me off and I dont want to talk to you. Click. He hung up on me. I immediately called him back and pointed out how unprofessional it was to hang up on a customer expressing their concern and he hung up on me again. I immediately called back a third time and lost my temper, I had been hung up on multiple times trying to express my concern to the owner of the business. We exchanged comments, then he proceeded to laugh hysterically at me and told me how funny and humorous it was that I was mad and that there was nothing I could do about it because I dont know what Im talking about. I mentioned contacting the BBB and the laughter towards me subsided. He then said he needed to cool down, he would look into it and get back to me. He returned my call about an hour and a half later. He then started with the same story of it being an intermittent short, I then corrected him again stating what was written on my invoice and he immediately got sarcastic with me so I knew that I was going to get nowhere with Tom Henry as he made it quite clear to me he did not value his customers, their business or their concerns. I tried to resolve this with the owner and it was not happening, thus why Im filing a formal complaint in regards to this business and the utter disrespect shown towards me from the owner Tom Henry. I wish to get this out to the public to prevent any further customer abuse and possible fraud being practiced at Turn Key Service by Tom Henry and possibly his employees. Not only did they fail to communicate what was happening with my car during my scheduled appointment, but they did not diagnose my issue correctly then disrespected and insulted me by laughing in my face and hanging up on me multiple times due to my concern of paying for a service that was not performed correctly. Keep in mind this is the owner that subjected me to this. I also requested copies of the forms I filled out there and he said he would email them, I made my email very clear yet I still have not received anything.
