Best experience Ive ever had getting what seemed like a major repair. Dropped it off and they shuttled me home. Repairs were covered under warranty. They gave a free inspection AND WASHED MY CAR! THATS CRAZY! I was so happy they didnt try to upsell a bunch of repairs and maintenance.
They provide great service. They made a mistake servicing my car and were 100% on top of making it right. I was so impressed with them every step of the way. They are efficient with oil changes and very reliable and communicative. I have rarely gone to dealers in the past for service but this dealer has great prices and excellent customer service!
I received great service here, the service techs have been good to work with. They have been great with repairs that had warranty coverage and other (non covered) maintenance.

Hello, good morning, a week ago I went to fix my car in hyundai murray and I paid 500 dollars for just replacing a sensor, that price is very high but I paid it and the fix had alignment and I asked the workers why they did not do it the alignment and they replied that my car did not need, and in the diagnosis that I had made right there a few hours before it said that my car needed alignment, they are very dishonest people I would like them to review the price they charged me and solve my alignment to avoid problems Legal and another thing is that at the time of payment they added other nonsense charges and then I claimed and they took them away, people have to know how dishonest you are and I hope a solution, thank you.

They do great warranty work and are willing to work with Hyundai USA to get you the best service in the industry. I was very happy with my experience. Horrible! We had to go back today when we felt a bad vibration. We discovered that they had left 2 of the 5 lug nuts off the wheel when we had our car serviced a couple of days ago.

Made an oil change apt for 6 pm. Guy comes into the waiting room at 7:30 telling me my car got lost in rotation and they haven’t even started on my car . “Tried” to find me but couldn’t ... even though I was in the waiting for the whole time ? Think I’ll go to jiffy lube next time 👎🏼Update - left at 8:15, guy was willing to give me a discount . Updated to 3 stars
