We went to the chevy dealer in Murray, they wanted to work a deal on a car someone else was going to use for a month, without even considering a discount on that vehicle.I was insulted by the sales persons seemingly intuitive knowledge of credit worthiness. Hey nice facilities though.

Very knowledgeable and talks to you so you understand.. the customer in front of me said Craig is the only one he will go, as I.They have a tall heavy set blonde who comes to your car was rude not once but multi times I have been there, as my friends and family members who have encountered her,, that is why they dont get all stars.

They constantly leave a lot to be desired.While I had a great first experience buying my Honda Accord here, every single experience after that has been horrible. Waiting for hours with no communication. When I got my second car from them it had some issues they said they’d take care of free of charge and didn’t uphold their end of the bargain and LOST MY CAR FOR 2 HOURS. Whenever I get an oil change they take hours. HOURS. Usually they clean your car after but they stopped doing that as well. Left a gross scuff marks inside of my car once I get I back today specifically.It saddens me to leave a review like this but after countless chances for redemption I’ve just lost all faith in dealerships.
Great bunch of people at the service department. I recently bought a used vehicle and had needed some help understanding the radio/ Bluetooth and they spent the time needed helping me set it up . Also I was concerned about a noise in the front end and they worked me into the schedule to have an immediate safety check . I was reassured that all was normal and I was not charged for an honest inspection. That is why I came back 20 years later to buy my second Toyota !! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer .

Cleanest bathrooms in Utah. Nice free coffee bar, with hot chocolate and hot tea. All this in the excellent service department, outstanding customer service and support. The reason for the 4 star is they didnt have my air filter, they did check but no. So 4 stars but still much nicer place then Guss. I drove across town to here cause it is a much better place!

Ive been coming here since my husband first took his truck for maintenance service. Ive been coming ever since and all the workers there are awesome. Have always updated me if Im waiting too long and make me feel like they care about my service. Not all vehicles I have are Toyota but I choose this place over anywhere else. Definitely will recommend to others!

I been there Friday, a got an appointment at 7:00. I left my GMC to do oil change, tires rotation & aligment. Nobody call me back to let me know if my track was ready. At 4:00pm I started calling customer service but nobody pick up the phone in 35. I left 4 recorder messege. Nobody response. I arrived at 5:00pm to pick up my truck but wasnt ready. I have to wait another 35 asking to returme my car. Finally when they finish the oil change and because I made complaints. Return me the truck without aligment & rotation. They had more then 10 hrs to finish my trucks service. Im very disappoint we them. The day I had an event staring at 6:30pm, they made me run. My truck have the change oil soon light on, so they never reset, after 10.5 hrs my truck was in their shop service. Not good service.

Really long wait time for a simple oil change and they didnt even refill the windshield wiper fluid like theyre supposed to.
The young woman at the parts counter was great. But I was a very serious looker at a Honda Ridgeline a couple weeks earlier here and the salesman and his manager were giving me the runaround. I bought one that same day at Ken Garff Downtown. This was the second poor experience at LHM in Murray.

Its great to know that during these uncertain times, you can always be certain that you will be overcharged, misled, and overwhelmingly disappointed by coming here, not only will they lead you to believe many things that are not true they will change the contract, take off coverages, and take all your cash and still act like they are giving you a good deal. First time buying a new car and certainly going to make sure everyone knows about them.
I went to the dealership to get the lock nuts removed after buying the keys and them failing. They helped me and removed successfully so I could get my tires changed. Thank you for your service. I really felt like I was well taken care of. It had been a very long day and I felt good after coming here.

The Lexus dealership was refreshing! The service was on point. The service center made sure they understood my concerns, called to clarify when there was a question and followed up in a timely manner. They were quick, efficient and very helpful. The parts department was I huge help as well and they work well and communicate clearly with their service department. So when I got some new wipers and mats for the car that I had planned to put in, they walked them over to the service department and had them on the car before I knew it. Amazing service, friendly people, I will definitely go back!!

So we purchased a vehicle there and they told us that we had 4 free services. Our family used 1 in 1 year and then they told us that the rest had expired. Why in the hell would the rest expire? We arent talking about some coupon. We spent $32,000 at this place!! They cant show loyalty to their customers by keeping their word on simple oil changes and or tire rotations???They also have these package deals that if you purchase 3 oil changes, you can do so for $90. But wait their is a catch!! You guess it!! They expire within 1 year of purchasing. How is it that you send your $$ for a package deal but they expire? It isnt like your $$ expires if they do not spend it within a certain time for them!! This places absolutely makes no sense to me...
I always have courteous customer service here at t Murray location...t work they do is reasonable in prices..Midas was more for my repairs than t dealer

Although they sell a very nice product (Lexus vehicles), their sales tactics are not becoming of a Lexus dealership. My experience may be a one-off, but I was interested in a vehicle and we had discussed price and was told a price on the phone, and hinted that it could be lower. When I arrived, they told me they could sell the car for more, and in fact, they had an interested party that would be coming in later that day to buy the car in case I did not. Long story short, they increased the price of the car (not reduced it or kept it at the price they quoted), and still 3 weeks later were still advertising the car, so the alleged buyer was not real. Honestly; this is not honest and when I told them about my experience a few days later and told them I did not think I was dealt with honestly, the sales manager said yeah. Yeah? No apology, no what can be done to make it right, just agreement.Update: 1 month later, they still have the same car for sale, but now it is selling at below the price they said they paid for it and well below the price they said was the lowest they could go.

Took our CR-V in for an oil change and they were helpful and friendly.
The mechanic that I took my vehicle into for getting emissions found my car to have this problem where it kept trying to start itself after already being started. which was a very high pitched unpleasant sound. I then had the ignition switch replaced and the relay and (something else) which didn’t help.I was asked to unplug the relay every time I went anywhere just to prevent repeat problems. but it got to be snowy parts of winter and that became harder to manage. so I took it into the dealership. they literally tested it 2 dozen times, and were unable to duplicate the problem. they connected the relay a different way and said I didn’t have to do that anymore to drive. and they didn’t charge me anything. which was a welcome surprise during a very difficult financial time. I appreciated that

Always get my oil changed here. $90 for 3 full synthetic oil changes, 3 car washes and 3 tire rotations! Service staff is always friendly and free popcorn and soda?! Life time customer right here.

Service was excellent (LHM Lexus), I think the 4 stars is more indicative of buying a used car than it is of the service here. Dont appreciate the high pressure warranty sales guys prior to closing on a car, but that is expected. Service center has been fantastic to work with.

Still waiting on Baron to contact me on the manufacture warranty on my stained seat in my 2016 Lexus 450h. He said 48 hrs. to hear back and now two weeks later, even after calling and leaving a message, not even a follow-up from Baron. Think Ill call the Dealership Manager and let him answer for Baron.
