Changed financing terms after I gave down payment returned due to the change and got charge 300+ for detailing and miles. Ran very poorly.All of their good reviews are from friends and family learned the hard way.

Bought a car from them about a month back. Car was nice, but not as described in their listing online. An while they did give me a temp tag, I’m still struggling to get my actual plates from them. After paying the down on my car and getting my loan approved they seem to have cut contact with me without giving me my plates registration, or even giving my bank the title to the car. Honestly wish I took my business elsewhere.

Great customer service !Update: definitely a good dealership besides the fact that Sebastian practically makes you beg for your referral money ( I didn’t even know about it until he told me himself about the money I would get) referred one of my friends and bought a 2016 car almost 2 months ago and have not yet gotten my money after contacting him several times and when I do he said he has not been selling enough cars as if that’s my problem and like the money shouldn’t have came from the car I referred my friend to buy. So if you’re thinking about referring anyone, wouldn’t recommend as he never replies anyways
