I own a small business in Southern Utah and have been looking for a small transit van for a little while. Ran across what looked to be a clean van so I sent a text over to Rafa asking if they deliver to Saint George and he replied right away saying they will at no cost! I’ve never purchased a vehicle sight unseen but from what I could tell it looked very clean, Rafa even took it to a separate 3rd party mechanic for an inspection for me as well. I was able to get him a check on a Saturday through my bank and he was able to get it from another branch up north. I received the van the following Wednesday. Rafa is very thorough and made good on all he said he would do, I am truly appreciative of him and his help. He kept me informed on every little detail and I’ve been very pleased with my purchase. I recently made a purchase on a white 2012 Nissan Rogue S and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The cleaning job made the car look much newer than I had expected for the price. I had such a great experience buying my first car from Christian Auto! I probably wasnt the easiest customer either. I spent hours asking questions both in person and via the phone (whether through calls or texts). I was doing this whole thing on my own and was terrified of auto dealers and being scammed or sold a terrible car. But my expectations were exceeded tremendously.Even after I purchased the car, my sales rep would answer all my questions about the vehicle that I had forgotten to ask. He contacted me a few weeks later just to see how I was liking the car still. Sadly, I had to tell him that a lady had run a stop sign and totaled the car. BUT LET ME TELL YALL HOW AMAZING THESE GUYS WERE!!!! I had already bought the car. Money was given to them. Car was given to me. Deal was done. But when they heard that less than 3 weeks later it was totaled, they offered to get me a rental at no charge to me!!! These guys were so willing to help me out (I didnt end up needing them to do that because the at fault drivers insurance had gotten me a rental) but the fact that they offered!!! What a stellar company to have found!!! I am grateful for them. I am also grateful for all their help during my car buying experience. I highly recommend looking at Christian Autos selection when looking for a new vehicle!!

DO NOT, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I would give 0 stars if I could. bought a rebuilt car, was told no frame damage was done, alignment and fluids were checked, and there was a small part that needed to be replaced for 100 dollars. After we bought it, we became worried and took it to a mechanic, who then told us there was well $4,000 worth of damage. There was $1,000 damage just to fix the alignment from frame damage (which we were told there was none), a front strut was blown, and battery was a goner. If they would have even checked out the car at all they would have had to have seen this. Will never buy or recommend them to anyone.Just wanted to add in response to them thinking we only did the tires.New tiresAlignment which they said that they had checkedNew exhaust system for the “easy 100 dollar fix”.New control arms in the back to correct the accident damage on the bent control armsNew front struts and suspension system due to it being blown and leaking oil.All totaling about 2400 dollars after the 6000 we spent.They also told us they wouldn’t take the car back until after I told them we had finished the work on it. For which they offered us about 5500 dollars for the now 8400 dollar investment we had made.Unfair dishonest and awful business owners.

We got a great car from some good people. There were a couple of issues that we were able to work through and I recommend Christian Auto as a great place to buy a branded title car.

Rafa was really helpful in finding a car. After missing out on a car because I was too slow to get to him and test drive it, he continued to text me cars that became available that matched my criteria. I bought a 2007 Toyota Prius about 2 months ago from Rafael at Christian Auto. It has been an awesome car and very reliable. I took it to Brent Brown Toyota in Orem to be inspected by one of their mechanics there to make sure everything was running well, the Brent Brown Toyota team confirmed that the car was solid. In other words, everything was exactly as Rafael told me. Rafael was very transparent with giving me a history of the car and gave me exactly what I needed. I went in, told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and he gave me exactly that. He didn’t upsell me and treated me and my wife like a million dollars.Including test-driving and all, the transaction took a little over an hour.I would recommend this dealer to my friends and anyone reading this. This dealership is dishonest in their practices. Not only did they sell my son and daughter-in-law a lemon, but the owners response to their complaint here is full of dishonesty. Raj, who sold them the car is either a dishonest human being, or he does not know what he is doing. When my son asked to speak to the owner about the situation, Raj told him the owner would not be interested in his complaints and refused to allow him to speak to the owner.What a terrible ordeal for two young college students just starting their life together and spending their hard-earned cash at such a disreputable business.
