They have a lot of really fun clothing and accessories. They have Disney, Pokemon, Avatar, Legend of Zelda, and much more. Great place to stop and get a fun gift or get something for yourself.The store was well organized and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had such a great experience even became a member! Everyone was awesome in the positive vibe made it super easy and comfortable to shop! Ended buying more then we came in for! This is a nice little anime-themed boutique that offers some unique pop-culture merchandise based on popular anime titles. This is a great place for a teen or the young-at-heart to find those items that you probably wont find at a big box retailer, and instead of just seeing it online you will get to see what it looks like irl (in real life).Some unique items my teen liked are the themed ceramic ramen bowls, the themed backpacks, and the themed shirts.They mostly have apparel here and several knick-knacks as add-ons.The store isnt very big, but it was well organized, clean, and the employees were very helpful (and friendly).Next time we go we are getting one of their Mystery Bags!

I had the funnest experience at this location. I was looking for birthday gifts for my son and one of the associates went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only showing me the items that were buy one get 1/2 off but also sell items etc. He took more than enough time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and didn’t complain or act annoyed at all of my questions. I highly recommend box lunch they have a huge Selection of funko pops and all of the cool Star Wars, Harry Potter, it goes on and on and each thing has its own little group. Such an awesome store!!!

Horrible store with horrible employees. A woman with curly red hair named Shelby ( I believe) was the worst part of my whole experience. If you wanna come to a store to be watched and followed around the whole time, this is the store for you. She watched me and followed me the entire time. And would not leave me alone. And she was rude and refused to keep a safe 6 foot distance from me, even though I kept backing away from her. Awful customer service. Please respect the way your customers want to shop. If you want to go to a good Boxlunch, go to the one at University Mall in Orem.

It has many beautiful and exclusive things, I love this store, and the boys and girls who serve are very attentive and polite, congratulations guys, they are very special.

Wonderful fan items. Their stuff is more subtle than got topic and decidedly more adult. Very attentive employees. One directed my friend to more Lord of The Ring items in the store after she saw us one in another area. They have a system like hot-cash where you get $15 off a purchase of $30 or greater.

Was followed by an associate throughout the whole store (I walked in maybe 2 minutes before she said anything) and was looking and their new anime and Disney for future Christmas presents. The one guy In there was also very unfriendly and the whole staff I did see outside the store looked worn down and exhausted and very very stressed. I shopped for 3 minutes and left. Not buying anything. I always spend money on that store and today showed me maybe I need to stick to online or no shopping at all.

The staff is soooo friendly and knowledgeable! They make sure you’re taken care of! The overall layout of the store is easy to navigate and organized. Yes the pricing is much better than other stores that sell the same type of products as well. Highly recommended.

My husband loved BoxLunch and it appears many others do as well. I wish they had a bigger location because it seems like it is always so crowded in there you cant hardly look around without bumping into someone. As far as merchandise goes, I think the selection is great

Fun store with A LOT of pop culture trinkets and accessories. They donate to homeless people and those with food, I think its great. The employees are super friendly and helpful.

My sister and I went into this shop to see what they had. As soon as we walked in, we were confronted by 2 employees asking if we needed help. We said no and continued on our way, looking around. I asked one of them what the price of one of the items was and he looked at me very strangely. As we kept walking around, I noticed the 2 employees following us everywhere we went. I felt very creeped out by this because this adult man was following 2 teenage girls around. I told my sister we should leave and the man continued to follow us. When we walked out the doors, he yelled “Are you guys gonna buy anything?” We said no because we didn’t want to buy anything from this store at this point. Then he continued to say, “Are you gonna put it back?” We were both very confused. We took off our jackets and emptied our pockets and showed him that we didn’t have anything. This caused a huge commotion and everyone’s eyes were on us. After leaving, we thought about it again and decided to come back in to talk to someone about it. This time, THREE employees followed us around. We waited to find someone we could talk to, and they told us that this lady who glared at us every time we moved was the manager named Shelby. We just decided to leave it alone and not come back to this store. I understand that they were just trying to watch out for thiefs, but come on. Teenagers are probably their main costumers and we weren’t doing anything to bother anyone. I don’t think I will ever come to this store again.

It was a fun little pop culture store. The staff were very finding and nice and I ended up getting a bit more than I planned because I enjoyed being in the store and looking around. Ill definitely go back.

Its a great place for geeks and kids-at-heart! They especially sell lots of Disney stuff, but they also have other cool merch from Harry Potter, Rick & Morty, Game of Thrones, and more! The employees here are really nice, enthusiastic, and helpful too.

Really cute stuff and much more chill than Hot Topic. It mainly is adorable Disney apparel but if youre a nerd for something they likely got it. My only complaint is that it is very expensive and costs more than its worth. On the other hand, money donated will go to feed the homeless.

I have never seen such poor customer service. I purchased the little mermaid apple watch wrist band and when I made the purchase the sales rep was too busy talking to another sales rep at the register. She took my payment handed my item in the bag and that was it. Well that same day I made the purchase, the wrist bands broke. When I went to take it back they would not accept it because I did not have a receipt. Since the sales rep was too busy talking to the other sales rep during the original purchase I was NOT told about the return policy. I got in contact with the district manager,aeri and she told me that I could do a full return or just an exchange with no issues. When I went to do a full return for the money to go back on to the exact same card, the sales rep couldnt do it and gave me a gift card. I felt that they didnt want to lose the sale by just giving me a gift card instead of trying my card. This location has terrible customer service and I will never shop here again.

Small, cramped, eclectic shop (in Fashion Place Mall) of unique gifts for every age - ranging from clothing to action figures. Themes of merchandise touch on almost all super heroes, Disney, popular tv show characters, etc. There is a lot to choose from!

Went in to purchase a box lunch exclusive funko pop and they had plenty of stock, unlike stores like Target who only receive 3 of an exclusive item and never restock it. Boxlunch is awesome. The sales associates were really nice and helpful as well.

We go here looking for funko pops and everyone there is super helpful and friendly.

Shelby was THE most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure of talking to.

So one of the employees was screaming out saying they had a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off on any item. So I went and buy some figures. I was in such rush because all the employees were slacking around while the nice little girl was trying to check out all the customers so I was running late for dinner with my friends and I didnt pay attention but when I got to my dinner I realized they never applied any discounts!!! I am mad they promotions dont really work and I ended up paying extra 5 dllrs. I mean it is not like a tone of money but it does not worth my time spending time to go back deal with this punks for they to say of that actually does not apply to this or that item when they actually said it was for everything. Waste of time and money!

I love going here, the prices are pretty high, but it is fun to look through and see all the coold things they have. Im a Huge Harry Potter fan, and you can go here and find anything from jewelry to bedroom sets amd decor, even dishes and stuff for you bathroom. The service is always nice. The only reason its jot a total 5 stars is for the pricing...its so expensive. At least for me.

Went to the store and they didnt have the size I needed. The store told me I could get it off line and still get the buy 2 get 1 free deal which was the only way I would buy shirts there because they were so expensive!!!!!!! I decided to get all 3 shirts off line because I was told the would ship in less then a week. After waiting a few weeks with no email saying my shirts were being shipping I started calling every few days to see if my order was close to being shipped each time I was told its in the final stages and I should receive a shipping number within a few days. Today I received an email that my order has been canceled!!!! When I called I was told its because I never verified my phone number. In all the times I called to check on my order I was never told I needed to verify my phone number to get my order shipped. The lady seemed less then interested to help with my problem. I definitely wont be shopping there ever again.

I can’t say enough about the two people my daughter and I interacted with while we were doing back to school shopping. Lance and Korrin (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) were the most helpful and most personable people I have met in a retail setting. Even though we didn’t find everything we were looking for we found some super neat clothing etc... I highly recommend this store if your shopping for a gift and you or the receiver of the gift shop at Hot Topic and if you can’t decide these Lance or Korrin will help for sure. Prices are good and they have super cool fan items for everyone on your list. Plus they give back to you and charity so it’s a win win coming here!!!! Cutest Sailor Moon tops and accessories!

I loved all of the product! They had everything from Disney to Anime. Pricing was a little higher than I expected. ESPECIALLY THE T SHIRTS! 30$$ For one!Customer service was amazing the first time I came in! A guy (Cant Remember his name, He was shorter, black hair and had a moon tattoo.) Helped me find the Dragon Ball Z Merch and even went to the back to find different sizes. He then showed me some Dragon Ball Z figures, and we ended up talking about the show, He was extremely nice and very helpful.Second Time I came in I was looking to see if there was new Dragon ball Z merch ( there wasnt) The guy wasnt there but instead a Blonde lady, She asked me if I was doing okay over 5 Times and wouldnt even let me fully check out the stuff without asking questions. She seemed to really want me to buy things that I wasnt even looking at. I then asked if they had any more sizes of a certain shirt. Without even hesitating she said No everything we have out is what we have out. I then asked to see if it might be in a different store and she seemed really mad about that.Overall the product is really cool but overpriced, Customer service was amazing the first time and a nightmare the second time.

Employees will acuse you of putting something up your shirt even if its impossible and prove you havent. With a bra snap and a shake of a shirt.

I worked here for a while and absolutely loved it at the beginning. Management and DM seemed to really care for not only the customer but also the associates. Later on new management came in and was EXTREMLY two faced. They would try to wrongfully fire people due to improper training, disabilities, and favoritism. As a assistant manager I never had communication with neither manager or DM. This company really seems to be all in it for the money, even though they claim to be donating and helping families. NOT ONCE did management seem exited to be getting donations or setting goals for more meals, rather they only focused on sales. The manager would force people to buy things and guilt trip them to add on items. I know a bonus is really important but management and DM really need to go over good customer service.For POP collectors looking to buy here, just know that they will lie to your face and say they can’t look into the inventory or look in the back for you. Before the current management we always did our best to help find pops. They also stopped posting about pops because management didnt like pop Collectors.Overall ovoid this store if you don’t want to deal with bad customer service, management lying about inventory, and feeling pressure to buy things.
